Cisgender Women Versus Trans Women

A writer for Inside higher Ed, an online publication, recently reported on the intersection of transgender politics and philosophy courses in higher academia…or rather the lack of intersection between them. She asked: “If there are inherent differences in interests between cisgender women and trans women, why aren’t academics debating them?” The writer quotes Kathleen Stock, a philosophy professor at the University of Sussex in England, who recently wrote, “Beyond the academy, there’s a huge and impassioned discussion going on, around the apparent conflict between women-who-are-not-transwomen’s rights and interests, and transwomen’s rights and interests. And yet nearly all academic philosophers—including, surprisingly, feminist philosophers—are ignoring it.”
Stock believes that part of the problem is “fear of being labeled transphobic for asserting that there are important differences between cisgender women and trans women—what is called the ‘gender-critical’ position.” At the risk of being labeled “transphobic” myself, I will tell you that there are important, indeed critical, differences between the two groups. “Cisgender” women are women, “trans” women are men. Period. Members of the first group have natural breasts and vaginas, those of the latter typically sport penises and scrotums. The former possess two “X” chromosomes, the latter have one “X” and one “Y” chromosome. They are distinctly different at the molecular level. This is why human reproduction/life is possible.
Strip all the bark off an oak tree and wrap elm tree bark around it, rip all its leaves off and staple or glue elm tree leaves to it…and it’s still an oak tree. Period. The science is actually settled on this topic, unlike with global warming. See how easy this is?
Yet, the LGBTQ “community” and progressive academics chose to invent a meaningless new modifying prefix, “cis,” to tell us all that the word to which it’s attached means what it means, and a meaningless new adjective, “cisgender,” to state the same thing. Talk about the “Department of Redundancy Department!”
Cisgender. Cisoak. Cisdumb-ass. Ciscisgender. Where the hell will this stop? It won’t, as long as the overwhelming majority are somehow terrified of standing up for logic and reason.
It is stunning how successful a small minority of “progressives” and leftists have been in this regard, until one realizes that good people are predisposed to be kind, accepting, considerate, and tolerant. Therefore, they are remarkably easy marks for those professing to be “open-minded” and “tolerant,” but who are actually the new totalitarians.

Miss America 2.0

The women who comprise the board of The Miss America Pageant, Chairwoman Gretchen Carlson chief among them, have decided the pageant will scrap the swimsuit and evening gown competitions…and no longer be a “pageant” at all. They vow to transform the competition from one rewarding physical beauty to one supposedly rewarding brains and social consciousness. Looks, age and hygiene will no longer be factors.
Fantastic! Rosie O’Donnell could be Miss Florida! Kathy Griffin could be Miss California! That’ll be “must see tv,” won’t it? The “Miss America 2.0” show will henceforth be no different from anything else on the boob tube…except that it will diligently conceal boobs. What red-blooded male wouldn’t tune in to see Miss New York, Hillary Clinton, discuss gerrymandering? Who wouldn’t get aroused by the words, “Please welcome Miss Massachusetts, Rachel Maddow!”
Apparently, contestants will now be given a choice of a burqa, toga, full-length burlap sack or canvas tarp as their show attire. Insiders tell me, on the condition of anonymity, that the show will keep the talent contest, while adding a knowledge test, a recounting of contestant’s favorite #MeToo movement memories, and a “final thoughts” segment. They will also get to pick their category for the knowledge test, ala the television show “Jeopardy!” There will be six to choose from, including “women leaders,” “feminism,” “Oprah,” “world peace,” “socialism” and “LGBTQ history.”
In related news, the Chippendales dance troupe just announced that they will no longer parade around in skimpy underwear and bare their torsos—and everything else-- for the benefit of admiring females. A troupe spokesman said, “We are no longer comfortable flaunting our bodies for the express enjoyment of the opposite sex. It feels exploitive and unnatural. Frankly, we’re sick of it.”
Harlequin Enterprises Limited of Toronto has similarly proclaimed that its iconic Harlequin romance novels, long-time staples of the pulp-fiction paperback book market, will no longer place images of men with bare chests or long flowing locks of hair “ala Fabio” on its covers. Playgirl magazine has also joined the rapidly burgeoning anti-heterosexual movement, stating that it will “never again allow pictures or portrayals of naked men in or on its pages,” adding that it won’t even allow depictions of males in “regular swimwear” going forward.
Best-selling author E.L. (Erika Leonard) James jumped onboard the virtue-signaling bandwagon as well, vowing that from now on men in her books will politely ask before attempting to kiss a woman…and even then, only after vacuuming and doing the dishes.
Gay Pride! Transgender Rights! Sexbots! Vibes! Masturbation! Virtually anything that wouldn’t naturally lead to propagating the species is celebrated, but not men’s natural lust for women and vice versa.
To say that to a rational person this inarguable fact is stupefying would be—or should be—an understatement.
I guess The Kinks put it best: “Girls will be boys, and boys will be girls. It’s a mixed up, muddled up, shook up world, except for Lola.”

Bernie Sanders Goes South

In an effort to attract African-American voters for a likely 2020 presidential run, Bernie Sanders recently made a 14-hour long swing through the South, even marching in Memphis with Al Sharpton on the 50th anniversary of the Rev. Martin Luther King JR.’s assassination. The Whitest One also spoke before a crowd at an economic justice forum in Jackson, Mississippi, under the projected words of Dr. King stating: “True compassion is more than flipping a coin to a beggar; it comes to see that an edifice which produces beggars needs restructuring.”  He finished the day’s attempt to burnish his non-stellar reputation among African-Americans by devouring a plate of wings during a late-night dinner with Chokwe Antar Lumumba, the city’s new mayor.
After observing a comically bad online headline about his efforts that read, “Bernie Wooing Blacks,” I decided to pen a song in his honor. Well, actually, I rewrote a song in his honor.

                Bernie and the Blacks

Hey blacks, how ya’ like my sweater?
                The spotlight’s hitting something
                That’s been around forever
We’ll kill all those fat cats tonight
                So stick around
You’re gonna hear some old-time music
                Folk songs will abound

Hey, Maxine and Sharpton, have you seen them yet?
But they’re so spaced out, B_B_B_Bernie and the blacks!
Oh, but their weird and they’re wonderful
And on Bernie oh so keen
Al’s got eclectic shoes, a baggy suit
You know I saw him in a limousine, oh
                B_B_B_Bernie and the blacks!

Hey kids, can’t you see I’m ageless?
                Maybe they’re blinded
                Or maybe they’re just shameless
We shall overcome, let us take ourselves along
And go fight the system out in the streets
Tell them all this is our song:

                “Hey Bernie (Bernie)
Oh Bernie (Bernie, Bernie and the blacks)
Oh, you look so good on that stage, baby, yeah
Ey, Bernie, oh Bernie, yeah Bernie, Bernie
                Bernie and the blacks baby!
                Oh my Godlessness, ooh, yeah
Bernie, Bernie, Bernie, Bernie, Bernie and the blacks!! Yeah!!”

Bill Clinton Compares Himself To JFK

Former President Bill Clinton appeared on NBC’s “Today” show recently-- along with preposterously prolific author James Patterson-- to promote the newly released political thriller “The President is Missing” that the two purportedly co-wrote. Asked by NBC’s Craig Melvin if he would have resigned over his sexual affair with Monica Lewinsky if it had occurred at the height of the #MeToo movement in 2018, the erstwhile Philanderer-in-Chief said he would not have, bizarrely saying: “I think I did the right thing, I defended the Constitution.” Bubba noted that, despite “all these serious allegations against the current occupant of the Oval Office…his voters don’t seem to care.” He did not mention that any and all allegations of Trump impropriety were directed at alleged acts that (may) have occurred years before he was in elected office, while Slick Willie cheated on his wife by engaging in kinky sex—with an intern-- while he was actually in the Oval Office…and, in at least one case, likely on the phone with a foreign leader.
When Clinton was subsequently asked if President Trump has been given a pass when it comes to Stormy Daniels, he remarked, “No. But it hasn’t gotten anything like the coverage you would expect.” The only way Stormy Daniels and her shady lawyer, Michael Avenatti, could have gotten more air time from CNN and MSNBC, et. al., would be if those networks literally had them host every single one of their shows, 24/7. And that would only have added a few minutes a day to their airtime. Kimba Wood, a federal judge, actually warned Avenatti about the length and breadth of his “publicity tour” recently.
When Clinton was asked if he feels responsible for pain Lewinsky has suffered, he coyly replied “I felt terrible then, and I came to grips with it.” Meaning he felt terrible for himself and came to grips with Lewinsky’s pain…among other things. Melvin proceeded to ask him, “Did you ever apologize to her?” Slick responded, “Yes. And nobody believes that I got out of that for free. I left the White House $16 million in debt.”   So, in answer to a question about apologizing to a young intern for taking advantage of her, Clinton emphasizes that he was millions of dollars in debt when leaving the White House. “Poor, poor pitiful me.” He was certainly morally bankrupt, then as now.
In yet another odd remark, Clinton stated he had a sexual harassment policy when he “was a governor in the ‘80s.” Quite so. His policy was to harass as often as possible and hope he was never held accountable for his actions. In reference to the Lewinsky scandal, and channeling his best Monty Python imitation, Clinton attested that he’d already “apologized to everybody in the world.” Which naturally led the NBC News reporter to inquire if he had apologized directly to Lewinsky. Clinton replied that he publicly said-- on more than one occasion-- that he was sorry, before allowing that he had “not talked to her,” about that. Melvin then retorted, “You don’t think a private apology is owed?” The Great Prevaricator then asked Melvin if he thought Presidents Kennedy and Johnson should have resigned. Am I sensing a theme here? Clinton, Democrat. Kennedy, Democrat. Johnson, Democrat. Ad infinitum.
Finally, in a truly spectacular display of prevarication, Clinton averred that impeachment hearings would already be in full swing if a Democrat were in the Oval Office.
Neither JFK nor LBJ was impeached. Clinton himself was not forced to leave office despite numerous creditable allegations of rape and assault, and his own admittance of improper relations “with that woman” in the White House.  The only thing Democrats could possibly impeach Trump for is for being…Trump. And that would be unconstitutional, and therefore  itself a crime.

California Bans Travel To Oklahoma

Californians who work for that state’s government will be banned from traveling to Oklahoma, in any official capacity, effective June 22nd. The reason? Oklahoma had the audacity to pass a law forbidding state adoption agencies from permanently placing children with same sex couples. This law is in contravention to a California law that prohibits state-sponsored travel to states that “discriminate” based on sexual or gender identity.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported that California Attorney General Xavier Becerra announced the travel ban, stating: “Our taxpayer dollars do not fund bigotry. No exceptions.” That statement is complete bullshit, as the ban itself is obviously blatantly bigoted against those with traditional moral and religious beliefs. How many of California’s bizarre laws might Oklahomans object to? Much of the country detests The Golden Showers State’s sanctuary laws that allow illegal aliens to flout federal laws, while potentially being granted access to driver’s licenses and free health care and education. Yet, Oklahoma doesn’t prohibit its employees from going to California.
California forces its taxpayers to fund infanticide, illegal immigration, sexual perversity and gender chaos, just to name a few of its key programs.
Most states haven’t yet legalized marijuana, but I don’t recall any of them banning travel to California. In Blythe, California, a person is not allowed to wear cowboy boots unless he or she owns at least two cows. Not a single Midwestern state has banned it governmental workers from traveling to California because of this. No state is more inflexible and bigoted, or less tolerant than The Land of Fruits and Nuts. No other state is as opposed to free speech and freedom of thought. No other state is so opposed to the founding principles. No other state is as hostile to the Ten Amendments.
Someday soon, The Land of (Breast) Milk and Honey (pots) will only allow its throngs of government workers to travel to Oregon, Minnesota and Massachusetts. Its attempt to overthrow federalism and republicanism may or may not succeed. Its support of all manner of illicit behaviors and its distancing itself from America should result in reciprocal travel bans from the approximately 40 other saner states.
During the Dust-bowl Years of the 1930s, many Oklahomans moved to California to find jobs… and therefore peace of mind. In a fitting irony, many Californians are now moving to Oklahoma to find…America.

"Mis-gendering"

Susan Knoppow (Blogger and CEO of Wow Writing Workshop!) began her article by saying of her daughter Miriam, "When someone tells me, 'I’ll just call Miriam ‘she’ because that’s what I’m used to,' they are passing judgment on my child. They are saying, 'My comfort is more important than your child’s comfort.'" No, they are stating a scientific fact. They are refusing to play semantic games. They are declining to ignore reality.
The science is always "settled" when it supposedly supports something a progressive wishes to believe, such as the existence of man-caused global-warming. Yet, demonstrable scientific facts such as a baby in a mother's womb...being a baby... or that there are not actually 63 different genders are denied as so much right-wing bigotry.
Ms. Knoppow, whose article first appeared in The Detroit Free Press and later in The USA Today, went on to say, "When someone I haven’t seen for months asks, 'How’s Miriam?' I say, 'They’re fine, thanks.'"
She recalls the time, shortly after her daughter had returned from a weekend with her youth group, that she informed her mom that gender existed on a spectrum. How 'bout those youth groups?! She claims she told Miriam, “No, sweetheart. Sexuality is on a spectrum; you can be straight, gay or lots of things in between. Gender is either male or female.” To which, she added, "Miriam corrected me. 'No, mom. Gender is on a spectrum, too.'"
Knoppow recounts how they thought they were raising a daughter until that daughter, upon completing  high school, "Told me they were neither female or male, and that I should switch to 'they/them/their' pronouns when referring to them in the third person."
The Wow CEO gallantly informs us:  "People who are non-binary use a variety of pronouns, but they/them/their are the most common today. The English language is still figuring this one out. My child (and many other non-binary folks) use they instead of she or he, them instead of her or him, and their instead of hers or his." Ah, I see, it's the English language that's a bit slow on the uptake.
She continues: "The pronouns we use reflect our level of respect for the person we are speaking with or about.  Being mis-gendered — or mistaken for the wrong gender — stings. Hearing 'she/her/hers' instead of 'they/them/theirs' causes my child pain." Using inaccurate or made up pronouns or genders does not afford respect to a person, quite the opposite. And, being coerced into butchering the language causes me pain, lady. (Hope I'm not mis-gendering).
Knoppow proudly avers she is doing everything she can "to expand the universe in which my child and other non-binary people can feel comfortable." Mission accomplished. That "universe" is expanding at a greater rate than the actual one. Insurance companies, sports teams, large corporations, school systems, churches, media conglomerates and almost ever other known entity are welcoming the LGBTQIA "communities" and prclaiming "Pride" days, weeks, months, events, etc., etc. Bathrooms and lockerrooms around the country are opening to anyone who professes to be of any given gender at the time of use.
At one point, Ms. Knoppow {I apologize, I don't know her ("they?") preferred pronouns} declares, "If I deny their reality, I will be shutting that door." There is no such thing as "their reality." Or "her reality." If there were, there would be no reality, proving her/they wrong anyway, and rending everything random and meaningless.
If gender is a "spectrum" between male and female, what about those who claim to be neither male nor female, or who purport to be "anongenders?" Moreover, if there can be more than two sexes, I say there is only one sex. That is my reality. Although, if that were the case, we'd be f--ked as a species. F--ked yet childless.
To those who say addressing an individual with a plural pronoun like "they" is ridiculous, Knoppow says, "Language is always evolving. You'll get used to it." Word up. That's dank, Susan. And this after she states "language matters." But, language is robbed of meaning when its words and symbols don't represent anything concrete or constant.
The broad-minded blogger finished by affirming: "I love my child. They are exactly the same artsy, sensitive, insightful person they have always been..," with the "...same funky sense of style."

She thinks she's enlightened. I think she's delusional. I guess it's just a classic case of "they said, they said."

Using the new rules for (transgendered) pronoun usage, I rewrote a popular Billy Joel song of some years ago. Enjoy.

They's Always A Being To Me-- Billy Joel

They can kill with a smile, they can wound with them eyes
They can ruin your faith with them casual lies
And they only reveals what they wants you to see
They hides like a child, but they's always a non-binary to me
They can lead you to love, they can take you or leave you
They can ask for the truth, but they'll never believe
And they'll take what you give them, as long it's free
Yeah, they steals like a thief, but they's always a person to me
Ohhh...they takes care of themself
They can wait if they wants, they's ahead of them time
Ohhh...and they never gives out
And they never gives in, they just changes them mind
And they'll promise you more than the Garden of Eden
Then they'll carelessly cut you and laugh while you're bleeding
But they'll bring out the best and the worst you can be
Blame it all on yourself 'cause they's always a human to me
Ohhh...they takes care of themself
They can wait if they wants, they's ahead of them time
Ohhh...and they never gives out
And they never gives in, they just changes them mind
They's frequently kind and they's suddenly cruel
They can do as they pleases, they's nobody's fool
And they can't be convicted, they's earned them degree
And the most they will do is throw shadows at you
But they's always a being to me

They's not half the person they used to be.

Thawing Arctic Releasing Mercury

A recent article in the Washington Post (“Democracy Dies in Darkness!”) cites a study purporting to show that thawing Arctic permafrost will release “massive” amounts of mercury into the atmosphere, in addition to “powerful” greenhouse gases. Scientists have said for years that permafrost, the Arctic’s frozen soil, acts as a massive ice trap that keeps carbon stuck in the ground and out of the atmosphere, preventing further warming of our dainty, clueless planet. Now they’ve discovered that the permafrost also contains large volumes of mercury, a potent neurotoxin dangerous to humans.
The study, published in the journal Geophysical Research Letters (don’t miss the crossword puzzles on the back page!) claims there are 32 million gallons of mercury currently encased in the permafrost, amounting to “twice as much mercury as the rest of all soils, the atmosphere, and ocean combined.” How do we know this? Frankly, it sounds a bit “shot-in-the-dark-ish” to my ears. And if this were true…why?
Kevin Schaefer, a scientist with the National Snow and Ice Data Center in Boulder, Colorado, and a co-author of the study, said: “As permafrost thaws in the future, some portion of this mercury will get released into the environment, with unknown impact to people and our food supplies.” The scientists are especially concerned because “humans have already been pumping” mercury “into the air by burning coal,” according to the article. I conducted my own study to see why this is the case. Turns out, in large part it’s because we are trying to warm ourselves when it’s so bleeping cold outside. Maybe the NSIDC should factor that into their equations. If the planet were to warm a bit, perhaps we’d use less energy in our attempts to avoid freezing to death.
The study’s author’s claims carry with them the implicit suggestion that the planet would be better off if it were entirely entombed in ice. No worries about greenhouse gases or mercury frolicking about in the atmosphere! Of course, there wouldn’t be any humans frolicking, either. Maybe that’s the point.
By-the-way, how did the mercury get into the soil in the first place? It must have been a lot warmer then. Schaefer again: “We figure that this represents the buildup of mercury during and since the last ice age.” Hmm. That about covers it.
The article ends thusly: “How much would be released depends on how much the permafrost thaws—which in turn depends on the warming of the planet. But permafrost thaw has begun in some places and scientists project that it will continue over the course of the century. The study says that with current emissions levels through 2100, permafrost could shrink by between 30 and 99 percent.”
Nailed it!
It could shrink by between 30% and entirely gone.

Just as it’s done in the past, sans humans, due to natural cycles that we don’t fully understand and will never be able to master. That is a scientific fact.

McDonald's Installing Cowbell Buzzers

McDonald’s recently announced that it’s replacing the frozen hamburger patties it previously used with fresh, real beef patties on its Quarter Pounders, etc., and that these will now all be cooked to order. In an effort to continue to serve customers in a timely manner and have its meals qualify as “fast food,” the iconic burger joint is installing cowbell buzzers in its kitchens that will ring every single time a hamburger order requiring fresh beef is placed.

Which is driving many of its employees crazy.

Yet, “Mickey D’s” competitors are scrambling to catch up with its actions.
Burger King, for example, will now play a recording yelling “The King is Dead, Long Live the King” every time an order including a hamburger is placed. Kentucky Fried Chicken will broadcast a “clucking sound” when an order is up, while Carl’s Jr. will feature a “bomb blast” each and every time a Green Burrito is requested.
Moreover, Jack-in-the-Box will announce every order with “Whoomp, there it is!” and Arby’s says it will trumpet the arrival of its roast beef sandwiches with an actual trumpet, and sound a loud horn when an order involving chicken is up. Culver’s will play the opening strains of “Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony” whenever someone orders a “Pretzel Haus Pub Burger,” Chick-fil-a will broadcast “Ode To Joy” when an order is up, Cane’s will issue a few notes from “Thunderclaps” when it gives you the fingers, Chipotle will air the melodic phrase “hahahaha Wipeout” for each and every order ready, and Sonic will blare a “siren sound” at decibel levels akin to an “Emergency Alert System” tornado warning before delivering an order to a customer.
For its part, Wendy’s will blast “Here’s the Beef” when serving a hamburger. Taco Bell will produce a lengthy “farting sound” for every Taco order placed, while proudly announcing the imminent delivery of a burrito with two bars of the “Mexican Hat Dance” song. And, finally, the sound of a toilet flushing will permeate all Taco John’s restaurants when an order is up.
Once again, McDonald’s appears to lead the fast-food industry in (an) innovation.

Only time will tell if its customers think it’s a Kroc.

The Right To Try

Clarity: in 2018 America, there is a “right to die” party and a “right to try” party. Think of that. At minimum, this must necessarily be divisive, as these mindsets are, by definition, of life and death importance…and will utterly shape the worldview of those who possess them.
Democrats continually push to legalize assisted suicide and protect and expand “abortion rights.” Well, if you can’t prevent them from being born, you can at least try to kill ‘em early!
President Trump just signed into law a bill that would allow those diagnosed with terminal illnesses to bypass the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and try experimental treatments. The “Right to Try Act of 2017,” sponsored by Wisconsin Republican Ron Johnson, passed the House of Representatives last week on a party-line vote of 250 to 169, after unanimously passing the Senate last August. Upon signing the bill, the president said: “As I proudly sign this bill, thousands of Americans will have the help, the hope and the fighting chance—and I think it’s going to be better than chance—that they will be cured, that they will be helped, that they will be able to be with their families for a long time, or maybe just for a longer time. But we’re able to give them the absolute best we have at this current moment, at this current second. We’re going to help a lot of people. It’s an honor to be signing this.”  Touching sentiments, indeed.
Trump’s action would, at worst, seem to be uncontroversial, especially given that the FDA drug approval process can take up to 15 years. But Democrats claim the bill peddles “false hope,” and may place patients “at risk.” Research groups, and some groups purportedly representing patients have deemed the legislation “unsafe.” “False hope” is fake news. Unsafe? May place these patients at risk?! Holy-bleeping-bleep-ass-cow!! They’re already nearly certain to die soon or they wouldn’t be seeking experimental new treatments!
To recap, Democrats will make sure the elderly and terminally ill have the option to die quickly-- if artificially-- but think it is too “risky” to allow them to try new drugs that may or may not help them live longer. Too risky for whom? There are no words to adequately describe this madness…or evil.
Democrats incessantly try to legalize marijuana and other illicit drugs, saying things like, “Hey, pot might have health benefits, man,” or “Give the addicts a safe place to shoot up and provide them with clean needles, it’s the humane thing to do.” But they are firmly against letting people use potentially life-saving drugs. Unbelievable. This is akin to saying: “We’ll shoot you in the head if you like, but we don’t want to allow you to have access to a gun, because that would be too risky.”
That we don’t know if the Right To Die Party or the Right To Try Party will ultimately prevail is unspeakably sad.

Last I checked, we all have the right to sigh.

Trump Administration Anti-Japanese

                 Mainstream Media Moron
                @mainstreammediamoron

These heartbreaking photos clearly show the plight of Japanese people in the United States today under Trump administration policies. These images, I believe the first of their kind to surface, are so despicable, words fail me. Internment camps? Seriously?! Even a respected member of the media, such as myself,  a person who follows current events closely, was blind-sided by these pictures. Man’s inhumanity to man is, apparently, unceasing…and increasing. Please retweet these disturbing reminders of Republican Party bigotry and intolerance. And remember to “like” my post! Shout out and tip of the hat to New York Times Magazine editor Jake Silverstein!      Twitter.com/mainstreammediamoron/status/should befiredifnotcastrated         1,997 people love this     9,882 people are talking about this

                @mainstreammediamoron

I guess these photos were actually from World War II, when FDR, a Democrat, was president. My bad.  I was busy with my family this past weekend. But this does nothing to take away from the fact that Trump is heinously anti-Japanese.
