Canadians, Carney Delusional, Dangerous

 

Canadian Prime Minister Mark “Elbows Up” Carney recently claimed that the United States is trying to break Canada apart to gain control of the country, while urging voters in oil-rich Alberta to reject the path toward independence in today’s (Oct. 19) referendum.

Speaking at a so-called “pro-Canada” rally in Calgary, Carney stated that the referendum is occurring at "the worst time possible" because the "the world has become more dangerous and divided."

He said, "Some outside our borders are working to break us so they can own us," an obvious reference to U.S. President Trump and the United States of America.

Perhaps we can all try to act like serious adults for a moment…even Canadians. The only reason—the only reason—Russia or China hasn’t yet attacked or simply annexed Canada, a huge open country chock full of precious natural resources, is because they know the United States would go to all-out war to prevent this from happening. And yet the majority of Canadians, if the many polls are to be believed, now hate America and Americans. Mind-boggling.

So, Alberta, do your thing. We will never seriously press you to become a “51^st state.” But, should you want to at any time in the future, you would be welcome…unlike most of your country’s other provinces. At least in a conservative administration. In any case, choose liberty like we Americans did 250 years ago. Don’t follow your Canadian brethren into subservience to the EU and/or China, or you will have permanently solidified your status as serfs. Carney loves the idea of globalization, but if he gets his way, Canadian citizens will eventually effectively be slaves to a sinister global dictatorship. Choose autonomy forever, despite the challenges that decision will present. Liberty, pass it on.

In a totalitarian state, the past is always changing. It is the future that is known. That that is impossible, the reverse of reality, should tell you all you need to know. It also tells you how well-nigh impossible it is to throw off a totalitarian dictatorship, especially a Communist one.

It is amazing to me that there appears to be so little relationship between intelligence and wisdom in so many people. Seems like there should be.

So, a pathetic, thin-skinned, globalist clown blames all of his country’s troubles on Trump instead of on his Liberal Party policies of the past 13 years…including his own. It is not a good sign when an alleged leader blames every ill on others. It is an even worse sign when that “leader” essentially threatens a much more powerful—and remarkably benevolent—neighbor.

But Carney seems to believe that Trump is somehow responsible not only for Canada’s economic problems, but for the budding Super El Nino, Lyme disease, drought, flooding, and painful rectal itch, as well. You can almost hear him saying, “You know what caused this…and so do I. Elbows up, Canucks! Sticks, too! If the U.S. wants to go, we’ll go, eh?!”
