Hungary Helps Hawaiians As Biden Administration Focuses On What Really Matters

The Biden administration has shown repulsive indifference to the victims of the tragic Maui fires that have laid waste to Lahaina and taken the lives of more than 100 people, with hundreds more are still missing. On two separate occasions, when President Biden was asked about the tragedy, he responded “No comment.” When he finally deigned to interrupt his most recent vacations and make an hours-long appearance in Lahaina, he told those who had lost everything that he could relate to them because he once had a small kitchen fire in his home.

The entire episode was yet another example of government ineptitude. Local officials made a series of almost incomprehensible errors. Federal aid officials were discovered staying in ritzy four and five-star hotels far from Lahaina even as that city’s survivors lacked basic aid.

But, fortunately, the government of Hungary has stepped up to provide shelter for 250 Maui families. Hungarian Ambassador to the United States Szabolcs Takács issued a statement to Newsmax proclaiming that the nation’s armed forces would provide pop-up homes for 250 Maui families by the end of October, with the first shipment of 20 arriving within days. This despite the fact that Hungary was reportedly the only European Union member state that was not invited to Biden’s “Summit for Democracy” this year. Moreover, Biden deemed Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán one of “the thugs in the world” in 2020 while also attempting to assassinate the character of Donald Trump, who was friendly with Orbán.

Perhaps the reason Hungary can devote more attention—and resources-- to disaster victims on the Hawaiian island of Maui than the Biden administration has thus far done is because Orbán’s government is not entirely focused on pronoun etiquette, climate change…and locking up its political opponents.

It has never been clearer: Trump put America First, Biden puts America—and Americans—last.

Let’s Go Brandon! (FJB.)

Gadsden Flag's Meaning Completely Misconstrued By "Educators" Who Kick Boy Out Of Class

A 12-year-old boy was recently kicked out of class-- at the Vanguard School in Colorado Springs, CO.-- because his backpack had a sticker of the Gadsden Flag on it. The famous Revolutionary-era flag depicts a coiled snake on a yellow background and closely mirrors Benjamin Franklin’s similar symbol of a snake adorned with the slogan “Unite or Die.” (The Gadsden flag instead sports the slogan “Don’t Tread on Me.”)

By way of a reason, the school cited the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (USEEOC), which admitted the flag “originated in the Revolutionary War in a non-racial context,” before adding “However, whatever the historic origins and meaning of the symbol, it also has since been sometimes interpreted to convey racially-tinged messages.” Ironically, the only racially-tinged message the Gadsden Flag was possibly intended to convey was one against the British monarchy and ruling elite, and no one has ever been whiter than that!

But literally everything is now (at least) sometimes interpreted to convey racially-tinged messages. Everything is racist, period. Language, symbols, hand-gestures, highway design, infectious diseases, the weather…etc., etc., ad infinitum.

The Vanguard School claimed that the Gadsden Flag is a symbol of “slavery,” “White Supremacy,” and “hate.”

The truth is quite the opposite. The Gadsden Flag is actually a symbol of love. Love of liberty. Love of freedom. Love of unity. And love of representative government. Something which, sadly, we seem to no longer have.

Alice Cooper Weighs In On The Trans Movement

Stereogum (yes, there is such an entity) reporter Rachel Brodsky recently asked legendary shock-rock musician Alice Cooper, whom she called "one of the best-known gender-benders in rock," to comment on the cultural debate surrounding "sexuality and gender."

Cooper, who was born Vincent Damon Furnier, responded, "I'm understanding that there are cases of transgender, but I'm afraid that it's also a fad, and I'm afraid there's a lot of people claiming to be this just because they want to be that. I find it wrong when you've got a 6-year-old kid who has no idea. He just wants to play, and you're confusing him, telling him, 'Yeah, you're a boy, but you could be a girl if you want to be.'” He continued: “You're still trying to find your identity, and yet here's this thing going on, saying, 'Yeah, but you can be anything you want. You can be a cat if you want to be.' I mean, if you identify as a tree…and I'm going, 'Come on! What are we in, a Kurt Vonnegut novel?' It's so absurd, that it's gone now to the point of absurdity." No More Mr. Nice Guy Alice?

Cooper added, "The whole woke thing ... who's making the rules? Is there a building somewhere in New York where people sit down every day and say, 'OK, we can't say "mother" now; we have to say "birthing person"; get that out on the wire right now?' Who is this person that's making these rules? I don't get it. I'm not being old school about it. I'm being logical about it. It's getting to the point now where it's laughable. If anybody was trying to make a point on this thing, they turned it into a huge comedy.”

The 75-year-old artist also stated, "I look at it this way, the logical way: If you have these genitals, you're a boy, if you have those genitals, you're a girl," while noting that an individual's desired sex cannot negate their actual sex.

Cooper quit abusing drugs and alcohol decades ago, and in fact told the U.K.’s Times last year that the first thing he does in the morning is “make a cup of coffee, grab [his] Bible, then spend the next hour reading and praying.”

How things have changed when Alice Cooper is a voice of conservative reason and dignity.

Cooper is telling all of us that School’s Out.

We would be well served to take heed.

Drag Queen Events And "Demon-Summoning": Just Another Day In Minneapolis

Minneapolis, like the mainstream media, has leaned left for decades now. Progressive, you see. However, it had been a relatively clean, safe, and vibrant city for most of that time…until recent years. Much as the media had, until recent years, strived for a modicum of balance and objectivity.

Those days are gone. Several media outlets recently characterized those protesting a “Drag Event for Kids” being held in the Minneapolis suburb of Chaska as a “Nazi Group.” Reports noted that the Little Roo’s Children Boutique “faced a wave of backlash for hosting a family-friendly drag story-time event.”

A “children’s boutique” needs to host a drag queen event?

At least one of the reports noted that “some members of the far-right neo-fascist organization Minnesota Proud Boys showed up at the event, making remarks about children being ‘sexualized’ and ‘groomed.’” Just so, because only a fascist would be concerned about the grooming and sexualization of young kids!

That report also referenced the videos Little Roo’s posted on TikTok which supposedly garnered thousands of likes and comments, with one receiving “over 11 million views.” Another video showed the parking lot outside Little Roo’s filled with families and supporters holding up Pride and rainbow flags while forming a “protective barrier” against “the haters.” Love is love—no matter the gender or the age, right?!

Besides being an abortion, illegal alien, and transgender procedure sanctuary, Minneapolis is also a haven for drag queens. And, apparently, for those who like to entertain demons. Literally. The taxpayer-funded Walker Arts Center, a Minneapolis icon, recently hosted a family night to help people learn how to summon and trap demons. Yay! What says “family” more than demon-summoning? The event was put on by Tamar Ettun, an artist who specializes in creating demon traps.

Alpha News said the exhibition details for Ettun’s last exhibit, in NYC, dispensed with “the historical gender binarism” to mediate “the inner demons and renegade instincts that are deliberately silenced.” One image from that exhibit shows Ettun washing what looks to be a placenta with a watering can.

We can only speculate on the deep meaning associated with that image.

Details of the exhibition also characterized the demon-summoning as “playful.” Which brings to mind the “mostly peaceful” protests that burned down large swaths of Minneapolis in 2020.

Demon-summoning. Just what we need today. Perhaps an Olympic Sport by 2028? If so, bet on the U.S. to win the gold medal. Thanks to Minnesotans. Okay, so it’s not the “Miracle on Ice.” Al Michaels will not broadcast the event, nor will anyone who may do so say “Do you believe in miracles?!” And we might not be chanting “USA!” or singing the national anthem after our victory.

But rest assured, drag queens might well be recounting this triumph to your kids for years to come. If they can overcome the fascists.

Hillary Clinton Beclowned "Herself" On MSNBC

Hillary Clinton recently told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow that attempts to question electoral results (that she deems legitimate) are “hallmarks of authoritarian, dictatorial leaders.” She also asserted that the efforts of Democratic prosecutors to jail President Joe Biden’s main political opponent are a sign that the “system is working.”

This is surpassingly odd given that Clinton “herself” has repeatedly labeled Donald Trump an "illegitimate president” who somehow stole the 2016 election with the help of the Russians. In 2020, the First Pantsuit, while on the Atlantic's "The Ticket" podcast, stated: "There was a widespread understanding that this election [in 2016] was not on the level. ... We still don't know what really happened." Actually, that could more accurately be said of the 2020 election, HRC.

What’s more, prior to the 2020 election, Hillary said: "Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances." That seems like a rather authoritarian and dictatorial notion.

Though Clinton lauded the recent Georgia indictments of Trump (on obviously trumped-up charges), she previously and solemnly averred that Stacey Abrams would have beaten Republican Gov. Brian Kemp in 2018 "if she'd had a fair election." In 2002, she publicly stated that former President George W. Bush had been "selected" president, not elected, due to nefariousness and chicanery.

Modern-day Democrats vehemently contest almost every significant and reasonably close election they lose, their gaslighting and staggering hypocrisy revealed in a 24-minute video you can watch here.

Democrats don’t consider it tyrannical or dictatorial when they question elections…or wish to dramatically raise your taxes, tell you your job isn’t “essential,” make you wear masks and stay inside your home, or force you to accept an experimental mRNA vaccine into your bodies—repeatedly. They do consider it to be tyrannical if Republicans question an election-- or if you show up at your local school board meeting to ask that preposterously pornographic books be removed from your middle-schooler’s library.

I ask you, which is the greater threat to “our democracy:” parents concerned about the souls of their children-- or open borders, endless wars, the decriminalization of crime, the Great Reset, the mocking of traditional values, the unwillingness to distinguish between male and female (let alone appreciate the divine complementarity), and the devaluing of discipline and excellence?

Chicago Mayor Sues Automakers For Car Thefts In His City

Like many big cities run by Democrats, Chicago’s crime rates have skyrocketed in recent years. The Windy City’s spiraling crime rates include a shocking increase in the number of catalytic converter and vehicular thefts.

But not to worry, Chi-town denizens, your city’s new (anti-cop) mayor, Brandon Johnson, has decided to finally do something about this disturbing trend. Johnson is filing a lawsuit against Kia and Hyundai, claiming that their cars are simply—and apparently illegally-- too easy to steal.

That’s right, give the thieves a pass and go after those that make the vehicles. Makes perfect nonsense in today’s senseless world.

Perhaps Mayor Johnson would also like to sue silverware manufacturers by claiming that they are responsible for people being obese. Or pencil and pen manufacturers for their role in misspelled words and ransom notes.

Come to think of it, why not sue food producers for the nearly global obesity epidemic?

In fact, let’s sue the living hell out of any company or entity that produces the products or food that makes our lives easier…or possible. Makes sense, no? Logical? The right thing to do?

Sue the doers. Sue the makers.

And while we’re at it, let’s find a way to punish those who tell the truth.

My bad, I guess we already have.

And it’s the crime of the century.

Neil deGrasse Tyson Thinks It's "Weird" To Separate Male And Female Athletes

So, after all of recorded history, it has come to this: an (alleged) astrophysicist claims it is odd that we separate male and female athletes. In a recent (2022) discussion with science writer and podcaster Michael Shermer, Neil deGrasse Tyson said: “It is a little weird that we split people by male and female in this way. I’m imagining a hundred years from now looking back and saying, ‘Do you know back 100 years ago they split boys and girls and they couldn’t compete?’ And … that’d just be kind of a little weird.”

Really? At the rate we’re going, in 30 years people may not be able to distinguish males from females.

But do we really want to have women competing, say, on NFL, NHL, and NBA teams? The injuries would be horrific. And the majority of both would be extremely uncomfortable in the locker rooms. Moreover, the few who wouldn’t be uncomfortable would likely be an even bigger problem.

To his credit, Shermer didn’t agree with Tyson’s take. Which didn’t set well with Tyson, who likened Shermer to an “old man on the porch in a rocking chair” for his backward thinking.

Other clips of progressives’ favorite scientist have surfaced recently, including one in which Tyson called the human brain’s need to make categories, even of things that he says are “not inherently categorizable,” a “failure of evolution.” He added, “Suppose no matter my chromosomes, today I feel 80 percent female, 20 percent male. I’m gonna put on makeup. Tomorrow, I might feel 80 percent male. I’ll remove the makeup and I’ll wear a muscle shirt. Why do you care?! What businesses is it of yours to require that I fulfill your inability to think of gender on a spectrum?”

Sorry, but that is not science, Neil. It is quite the opposite. Science categorizes everything. Flora. Fauna. Domain. Kingdom. Phylum. Class. Order. Family. Genus. Species.

Humans wouldn’t be here if our minds couldn’t/didn’t incessantly categorize. Dangerous, safe; edible, inedible; true, false. And yes, good or bad.

It would be more than “weird” if we didn’t recognize the differences between boys and girls-- and men and women. It would be bizarre—and a lie—if we refused to do so. We are not paramecium. We don’t reproduce by cell division.

It is one thing to challenge Neil deGrasse Tyson. It is quite another to attempt to refute biology, anatomy, history, evolution…and our Creator.

I hope most of you reading this will categorize this last statement as true.

California Governor Gavin Newsome Says His State Is A Veritable Bastion Of Parental Rights!

Gov. Gavin Newsome (D-CA) continued his attacks on red states recently, blasting Texas and Florida for purportedly banning books containing pornographic imagery from school libraries. Incredibly, he did this while touting his state as a bastion for parental rights, going so far as to argue that no state outdoes California on "local control and parental engagement." (He claimed that outstate groups have misled parents into thinking that schools are somehow "sexualizing" children.) Newsome actually claimed that he supports “the rights of parents to speak out,” despite the fact that the state is poised to turn parents into criminals if they dare to question their school board representatives.

According to the California Globe, Senate Bill 596, introduced by Democratic State Senator Anthony Portantino last February and dubbed the “School Employees Protection” act, expands an existing law “which makes it a misdemeanor for any ‘person’ to threaten or harass a school employee during the ‘course of [their] duties.’” This expansion adds a penalty for creating a “substantial disorder” at any meeting of a public school board, charter school board, county board of education, or the California State Board of Education. As the Globe’s Kenny Snell (a retired longtime teacher) put it, “In California-speak, that means school boards get to decide what is substantial and what is not; what is harassment and what is not. In Totalitarian-speak that means don’t dare even think about going to a school board meeting and question their narrative or policies.” (We all know that Democrats consider concerned and outspoken parents “domestic terrorists.” In fact, at one point, the National School Boards Association even planned to ask the Biden administration to deploy the Army National Guard and military police to school districts where uppity parents were protesting mandatory masking requirements and the teaching of critical race theory.)

It's comforting to know that Newsome doesn’t believe that giving kids access to books with illustrations depicting gay, oral, underage-- and anal-- sex could in any way “sexualize” them. And that he fully supports the right of taxpaying parents to engage with school boards…as long as they don’t disagree with them in any way.

From the French Laundry scandal to his professions of love, Gavin Newsome is a fraud. From the hyper-slicked hair on his head, to the toes in his expensive shoes.

Congressman Claims Trump, Not Biden, Used The Government For Self-Enrichment

Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin recently claimed that Donald Trump, while president, used the government for his own self-enrichment. Raskin (D-MD) made the claim during an appearance on ABC’s “This Week” with (anchor) Jonathan Karl.

Karl asked Raskin his thoughts on the ever-increasing evidence that Biden family members received inexplicable cash contributions—A.K.A. bribes-- from foreign countries.

Raskin replied: “Here’s what I’m concerned about. During the Trump administration, we saw the development of a completely new public philosophy, which is that government is not an instrument of the common good in the public interest. Government is an instrument for private self-enrichment, for the guy who gets in, for his family, for his private businesses…”

Raskin’s statement is more than untrue, more than absurd. It is the complete opposite of reality. It is outrageous and despicable. The truth is, Donald Trump donated virtually his entire presidential salary…to various government agencies…at least $1,400,000 out of the $1,600,000 that he earned over his four years in the Oval Office. (The president’s salary is $400,000 a year.) Trump turned over parts of his checks to agencies such as the National Park Service, the Department of Transportation, the Veteran’s Administration, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Education, Health and Human Services, and the Small Business Administration.

I’m guessing Congressman Raskin has not donated much or any of his salary to anyone but Congressman Jamie Raskin.

Contrast Trump’s actions with those of the Biden Crime Family, who inarguably took many millions of dollars from countries such as Ukraine (!), China (!), and Russia, all for access to the “Big Guy” for policy considerations.

I’m not a fan of willful ignorance, but the two things I most detest are hypocrisy and bullies. The left, as embodied by today’s Democrat Party, combines them all…into one repulsive, antidemocratic, borderline demonic ideology—advanced by projection and attack.

London's Mayor Implements "Say Maaate" Campaign To Address Sexual Harrasment Of Women

Sadiq Khan, London’s mayor, has steadfastly led his once venerable city into an abyss of violence, wokeness, and depravity. Instances of rape and sexual harassment of women have skyrocketed along with the number of young male Muslims infiltrating his city. But, “not to worry” as the Brits say, Khan is on the job and addressing the problem! In fact, he has implemented a Say Maaate” campaign which challenges men to confront sexual harassment of women by other men by disapprovingly saying to them: “Maaate.”

Really.

I’m not sure Sadiq’s heart is in this battle. Call me a skeptic, but I don’t believe saying “mate” is going to stop a man from sexually harassing a woman. In fact, it may well do quite the opposite.

“Mate! Mate! Maate! Maaate!”

“Well, if you insist, I’ll do just that!”

Al Sharpton Says "Riggers" Is Racist

In a recent Truth Social post regarding his indictments in Georgia, Donald Trump used the word "riggers,” obviously in reference to those that he believes tried to rig the 2020 presidential election. The correct term for those of that ilk would be “election riggers.” But this prompted Al Sharpton to observe, whilst appearing on an MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” show, that “riggers” rhymes with the n-word. And that can't possibly be a coincidence, can it? Sharpton inferred that Trump knew what he was doing when he said it. And that prompted Mika Brzezinski to breathlessly utter (unseen from the background) “yup,” and “exactly.”

Sharpton added (while presenting no evidence), “There’s no wonder independents are running away from them” due to this supposed identification “with blatant racism and blatant violence…”

The MSNBC clown who was apparently subbing for Joe Scarborough then closed the clip by stating: “Yeah, and Trump has used, of course, that racist and inflammatory language for so long.”

Riggers? Really?

So, if a Democrat says the word “donkey,” are we to automatically assume he or she means “honkey?” Should we think of “backer” “hacker” or “slacker” as dog whistles for “cracker?”

Where does this stop? (And by “stop” did I actually mean “wop?”)

Jonah Goldberg Claims "Small Donors" Are A Big Problem For "Democracy"

Former National Review columnist and unhinged Never-Trumper Jonah Goldberg recently claimed that small donors in the Republican primary were a problem “for democracy” and are “just venting their spleen” rather than acting strategically.

The pompous neocon told “Inside Politics” host Dana Bash, “Small donors in Iowa are more important as an indicator of grassroots support than anything else. But I also think we’re dealing with a time where there’s a lot of people, there’s a lot of cheering and self-congratulations about the rise of small donors a decade ago.”

He then added, “Now small donors are one of the biggest problems for democracy, for the GOP. Because small donors — large donors actually have a strategic view about moderation, who can win, who can’t. Small donors really are just venting their spleen with their credit card, and they lock candidates into positions that can hurt them in the general election.”

Wow. That is an elite, inside-the-beltway view that is certain to be music to the ears of the Uni-party and the countless members of The Swamp/Deep State.

Rather it is big donors, corporate lobbyists, and wealthy individuals such as George Soros that have warped politics, crushed the middle class, driven the growth of (unrepresentative) government, pooh-poohed the Constitution—and assaulted the rights and freedoms of Americans in the 84% of counties in the U.S.—at minimum-- that voted for Trump in the past two presidential elections.

Times have changed. Things have pivoted. Once upon a time, Republicans typically received more donations from businesses, and in greater amounts than Democrats. Totally different now. In 2016, Trump got more small donations than Hillary Clinton did. Trump empathized with—and energized—middle Americans…who wrote out checks to him for $30, $40, or $50 in droves. By contrast, Hillary got large donations from super PACS, corporate interests, and the uber rich like Jeff Bezos and George Soros. There is a reason for that.

Goldberg dismisses the ordinary citizen, as well as the ones who have the audacity to support a candidate that “can’t win,” while excoriating those who have the temerity—and poor manners--- to vote for those candidates that appear to share their interests… and frustrations. Don’t these rubes have a strategic view? Why are they not “moderate” to my way of thinking? How dare they urge their potential representatives to support their positions if that could hinder them in the general election!

Today, the more someone blathers on about “saving our democracy,” the more it tells you they disdain anyone who might disagree with them, which is quite the opposite.

This nation was borne with the idea of public servants accountable to engaged citizens.

Today, we have too few of either.

President Biden, A.K.A. "Robert L. Peters"

It has come to light that, apparently, Joe Biden used the pseudonym “Robert L. Peters” as an alias while engaging in, shall we say, sketchy multi-million-dollar business deals with various foreign officials.

A recent tweet on X:

Isaac’s Army

@ReturnOfKappy:

So it's been exposed today that Joe Biden's pseudonym name is Robert L. Peters for his money laundering deals in Ukraine..... I wonder if that's why Hunter... his own son has him saved in his phone as Pedo Peter....

This was a clear reference to a 2022 Tucker Carlson segment on Hunter Biden’s pet name for his father on his cellphone, which was “Pedo Peter.”

Is/was “Pedo Peter” short for “Robert L. Peters?” Who knows. Sounds likely, though.

In any case, the Bidens are always looking for ways to pad their incomes, so I would like to see old Joe do a commercial for ice cream, as it is a favorite indulgence of his. Second only to sniffing young girls, if documented past history is any guide.

I can picture it now. As long as there was a teleprompter—and Joe had had a nap, his spinach, and his meds-- it might go something like this:

“Robert L. Peters here, for Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. My new favorite flavor? ‘Strawberry Blonde.’ Smells great, tastes even better! You can get it right here at Target-- across from the LGBTQ merchandise and down the aisle from the Bud Light display. If you haven’t tried it yet, what’s wrong with you? Are you a dog-faced pony soldier? C’mon, man!”

“Let’s Go, Brandon!”

Coastal Crises: The End Of The World As We Know It?

Was the band R.E.M. prescient? Is it “the End of the World As We Know It?” (I must say, if it is, I don’t feel fine!)

Why do I pose these questions?

Because the things that used to hold our society together are rapidly being stripped away. The rule of law. Equal treatment under the law. Patriotism. The Ten Commandments. The Golden Rule. (If any of you reading this are thinking, “What an old fuddy-duddy, I bet he’s a Christian extremist, white supremacist-- and supporter of the patriarchy,” you are, inadvertently or not, part of the problem. And also wrong.)

Exhibit 1: Washington, D.C., Councilman Trayon White is on record as fearing that rampant shoplifting might close the last grocery store in his ward. (In fact, earlier this week, White pleaded for the National Guard to be sent in to assist with the rising crime in our nation’s capital.) This grocery store, which serves an area containing about 85,000 people, has lost hundreds of thousands of dollars to theft in recent times. This is, obviously, unsustainable.

So-called “progressive” policies are leading to the extermination of farms in Western Europe. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has imposed such draconian restrictions on fertilizer emissions that Canada’s grain output will be significantly reduced-- at a cost of billions of dollars to western Canadian provinces. Democrats in the U.S. think that is a grand idea and are pursuing policies that would achieve the same result. And their pro-crime policies—and that is exactly what they are—have led to retail outlets, including grocery stores, having to close their doors or move to saner environs.

Incredibly, “progressive” policies have led to many places in California, the erstwhile Land of Milk and Honey, becoming hellholes of crime, filth, destitution, and homelessness. And now to at least one area of our nation’s capital potentially becoming a “food desert.” Somewhere, George Washington weeps.

And then there is exhibit 2: the 18-story Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal Building in San Francisco may soon be devoid of tenants after Pelosi raised concerns about their safety in a recent meeting with the U.S. attorney’s office. The building houses various federal agencies, as well as the former speaker’s office and members of her staff.

This prompted Cheryl Campbell, the Health and Human Services assistant secretary for administration, to release a memo August 4th stating: “In light of the [disgusting and unsafe] conditions at the [Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal Building] we recommend employees…maximize the use of telework for the foreseeable future.”

The San Francisco Chronicle noted that the building named after Pelosi “has long been a locus of some of the city’s most intractable problems.” The Chronicle added: “Dozens of dealers routinely plant themselves on, next to, or across the street from the property, operating in shifts as users smoke, snort, or shoot up their recent purchases. The property’s concrete benches are an especially popular site for users to get high, socialize, or pass out.”

San Francisco’s “most intractable problem” is that its residents keep voting for Democrats like Pelosi. Period.

Unfortunately, there are innumerable other “exhibits” I could cite.

We’d all like to avoid high crime areas. We all need food to survive. We need to feed our families.

But we also need to nourish our souls-- by once again respecting decency, discipline, beauty, courage, integrity, and competence—and by having faith.

If we wish to avoid societal collapse, we must simply do the opposite of what Democrats have been advocating for many years now.

I fervently wish more Republicans had the mental acuity to properly characterize what is really occurring.

And the integrity—and spine—to oppose it.

Pot Okay, But No Cigars!

Recently, a group of senators led by Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) wrote a letter to the Food and Drug Administration urging the agency to ban, or at minimum heavily regulate, flavored cigar sales. In response, the FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products said it will likely take action in the weeks ahead. The agency purports to be concerned that teenagers are smoking these cigars-- and are at risk of becoming addicted.

Yet, statistics show that fewer youth than ever are smoking cigars, flavored cigars included. The FDA should know this because it funded a definitive recent study, published by The New England Journal of Medicine, that analyzed the tobacco use of over 13,000 children from 12 to 17 years old. The study showed that only 2.3% of the kids had ever smoked a traditional cigar, and less than one in a hundred had tried one within the past 30 days.

Contrast our government representatives’ actions and FDA concern about cigars to their almost unquestioning, wholesale sanctioning of increased marijuana usage. Bizarre doesn’t begin to describe this dichotomy. Illogical? Insane might be more appropriate.

Many people who smoke cigars don’t (deliberately) inhale the smoke. The whole point of smoking pot is to inhale—and hold the smoke in your lungs deeply and for as long as possible…to achieve the high. Moreover, higher combustion temperatures are reached when smoking pot because it is typically smoked to a shorter butt, which leads to a carboxyhemoglobin concentration that is five times higher than tobacco. Also, roughly three times more tar is inhaled when smoking marijuana as opposed to tobacco. What’s more, the quantity of THC (the psychoactive component in cannabis) found in weed has tripled in less than three decades, causing teens and others to experience addiction, psychosis, and chronic vomiting.

How times have changed. Today, nearly half (48%) of U.S. adults say they have tried marijuana at some point in their lives, up from only 4% in 1969, when Gallup first started surveying rates of lifetime marijuana use. That same year, 40% of Americans said that they had smoked a cigarette in the past week.

This is not to say I am a fan of smoking tobacco. Like far too many others, I have lost family members to lung and other cancers-- likely at least partially due to tobacco use.

This is to say, however, that there is a growing psychosis in America, marijuana-induced or not. Many people—woke, progressive, leftist, Democrat—no longer appear to have the ability to rationally process information, construct a reasonable argument, or even to perceive or acknowledge reality or objective truth.

Cigarettes and cigars? BAD! Pot? GOOD! Trying to limit abortions? BAD! “Their body, their choice!” Forcing people to accept an experimental mRNA vaccine into their bodies, even if they are young and healthy? GOOD! “Screw their free will and bodily autonomy!” Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, Stacey Abrams, et.al, vehemently and incessantly question election results? Meh. Their right to do so. Donald Trump questions an election result? Indict and imprison him! BLM and Antifa thugs burn down sections of major cities? Support them in their noble cause! Trump supporters-- almost certainly egged on and abetted by federal government operatives-- riot in front of, and stroll through, the Capitol Building, A.K.A. “The People’s House?” Fry the bastards!

Ad infinitum.

Those of us who’d like to drain the swamp can try all we’d like…but it’s likely the best result will be “close, but no cigar.”

But, on the bright side, we can always light up a big doobie, joint, or spliff.

Maryland School District Trying To Make Gender And Sexual Indoctrination Mandatory

Lawyers representing Maryland’s largest school district recently argued in court that opt-out policies that ‘allow’ parents to exempt their kids from gender and sexuality lessons undermine “specific goals the district is trying to advance.” Incredibly, coming as it did from lawyers representing the government, that statement is unquestionably accurate, although not in the way that the schools would like us to believe.

The Montgomery County Public School District recently reversed its original opt-out policy that ‘gave’ parents (and their kids) the right to refuse lessons they considered inappropriate or at odds with their religious views.

According to a story in the National Review, the district now strategically considers its gender and sexuality lessons to be part of its ‘English Language Arts curriculum,’ since Maryland law only requires schools to allow opt-out choices for health curriculum. And rightly placed they are. Gender and sexuality studies have much more relevance to ‘English Language Arts’ than they do with health, right? (“Romeo and Juliet Swap Genders?”)

The gender and sexuality curriculum is purportedly part of the district’s effort to create more ‘representative’ classrooms, because traditionally popular stories like Sleeping Beauty supposedly over-represent ‘heteronormative families.’ How the hell does the MCPSD know what the ‘proper’ ratio of LGBTQ kids to ‘heteronormative’ kids is in any classroom? (And, quite frankly, if it weren’t for those boring old strait-laced ‘heteronormative’ families, there wouldn’t be any children/students at all.)

One of the books in the district’s lesson plan states that doctors only ‘guess’ when determining a newborn’s sex. This is like saying geometricians only ‘guess’ when trying to determine if a shape is a circle or square.

Nonetheless, a student’s (or parent’s) right to reject any instruction in sexuality is “precisely what this curriculum is trying to prevent,” lawyers for the MCPSD said in court. (Wow, that is transparent, bold, and in our faces! I guess the ball is in our court now. Not that anything will change. Sure, we are being summarily stripped of our fundamental rights, but Trump exaggerates and puts out kinda mean tweets sometimes. He’s not very ‘presidential,’ and we can’t countenance that, can we?)

You see, we must be forced to let our kids be groomed in the precise manner our rulers desire… if we want to save our democracy! And the tyranny and mental illness march on. Everyone raise your hands and say it with me now: “Sich Heil!”

Tellingly, the MCPSD lawyers added that the curriculum “doesn’t work” if only some children participate.

Also true. Indoctrination doesn’t work if you aren’t subjected to it.

Elites Attacking Agriculture Again: Let Them Eat Bugs!

Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John (“Effing”) Kerry recently took time out from flying around the globe in his private jet to warn the world that climate change cannot be conquered without first dramatically reducing the agriculture sector's emissions. Kerry asserted that agriculture production alone creates roughly 33% of the world's total greenhouse gas emissions, and argued that reducing those emissions must be "front and center" in the quest to defeat global warming.

Giving the keynote address at the Department of Agriculture's “AIM for Climate Summit” on August 2nd, Lurch the former secretary of state said: "A lot of people have no clue that agriculture contributes about 33% of all the emissions of the world. We can't get to net-zero, we don't get this job done unless agriculture is front and center as part of the solution. So all of us understand here the depths of this mission." Kerry added that "lives depend" on our ability to lower agricultural emissions.

That’s simply not true. In progressives’ parlance it’s “disinformation.” Or, as Trump might say, “fake news.” Actually, lives depend on people having enough food to eat. Dramatically reducing the number of farms-- or otherwise making it vastly harder for farmers to be productive-- is the dumbest and worst thing we could do at this point.

But elites like Kerry, who ironically came into wealth by marrying the heir to the Heinz ketchup fortune, have no compunctions about putting everyone but themselves on starvation diets. “Let them eat bugs,” they say. (Maybe we could smother them in ketchup.)

Of course, Kerry wasn’t the only noted climate change alarmist bloviating of late. Vice President Kamala Harris recently called on the U.S. to “reduce population” in an effort to combat climate change. Let’s start with you and Mr. Kerry, Kamala, okay? But wait, according to the White House, the vice-president meant to say, “reduce pollution,” which is different. (Kind of. Maybe. Though many climate alarmists fervently believe there are too many CO-2-emitting people on earth.) So, Kamala Harris misspoke? Hard to believe! She’s usually so articulate!

Plants thrive on C0-2 and absorb a staggering amount of it while releasing oxygen. But, as usual, these global warming-mongers refuse to acknowledge that the world is significantly greener because of additional CO-2. And a greener world can produce more food-- which is better for wildlife, people, and the planet as a whole. Not to mention tomato production, John.

We are growing more food on the same amount of land than we ever have before. Yet our leaders, such as Macron, Trudeau, Rutte, Harris and Kerry, don’t like that. What does that tell us?

In places like Minnesota, the Democratic Party is officially referred to as the DFL, or Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party. Note to Dems: whereas John Kerry used to casually and publicly drop “eff-bombs,” you might just wanna drop the “F” from DFL. False advertising, you know.

Lastly, and to paraphrase John Kerry, I hope all of us here understand the depths of our mission.

Which is to unequivocally-- and permanently-- reclaim our rights, our freedoms, our heritage…and our countries. From the virtue-signaling but self-serving elites that would ever so gently enslave us.
