Teacher Says Ovaries Produce Eggs, Not Women

 

The immensely popular Twitter account “Libs of TikTok” recently posted a video of what it claims is a Department of Education training session for teachers to learn how to be inclusive of transgender and non-binary K-12 students. The teacher doing the speaking/training on the now viral video has been identified as Sam Long, from Colorado.

In what appears to be a Zoom call with DOE staffers and fellow teachers, Long states: "In our classroom we need to be a stickler for inclusive language in any conversation, and especially in the content that we teach. I’d like to give some examples from my content, which is science. I’ve mostly taught biology, and we’re teaching about life and living things.”

He added: "A lot of textbooks, a lot of existing teaching will say, well, women produce eggs. Males are more likely to be color-blind. The mother carries the fetus for this many months. And some ways that we can show our support for trans and non-binary students just to clean up that language, be more precise. We can be more accurate and be more inclusive. So I would say, no, it’s not women that produce eggs. It’s ovaries that produce eggs. That’s accurate, that’s precise. We’re acknowledging that not all women produce eggs and also, not all egg producers are women, for example."

That is not accurate. Ovaries don’t exist on their own as a separate genderless entity. And all egg producers are, in fact, women.

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson said she couldn’t define what a woman is because she wasn’t “a biologist.” Long claims to be a long-time teacher of biology and still doesn’t know what a woman is. He is doing the opposite of what he purports to wish to do. He is deliberately being imprecise, inaccurate. He obfuscates and confuses in order to push his agenda on his students. He lies about biology…and then lies about his lying by claiming he is striving for accuracy, precision and the truth.

Given what we have seen from teachers of late, the sexualization of young students, pushing of a radical LGBTQ agenda, demonization of America and her founding values, and the shocking number of teacher-student liaisons, this is not surprising. Would that it was. Combine this with the NEA touting Critical Race Theory (CRT) and the fact that there are students in some districts that graduate from high school without the ability to perform basic math functions or read at what should be considered a seventh-grade level, and it is more than understandable that many parents are angry.

Mark Steyn has said that America was built by those with an eighth-grade education and is being destroyed by those with an eighteenth-grade education. He is right. Common sense is no longer common. Wisdom has been shown the door, replaced by a radical yet unchallengeable belief in Pixie Dust and unicorns. If anyone dares to question that belief, they are accused of trafficking in “misinformation” or “disinformation” and are summarily dismissed as “haters,” racists, misogynists.

Here's a truly radical idea based on common sense and wisdom: The Department of Education and the National Education Association (NEA) should be abolished. Disbanded. Unfunded. Cancelled. De-platformed. Disappeared. Un-entitied. Erased. Memory-holed. Annulled. Dissolved. Abrogated. Eviscerated. (The other NEA, the National Endowment for the Arts, should suffer the same fate. For that matter, so should the DHS, the IRS, and several other federal agencies. And the U.N. But I digress.)

Education should be privatized and localized. Just like everything else. Ovaries included.

 

 

World To Run Out Of Food In 27 Years, Scientists Say

 

According to a report in the Daily Star, some scientists are now predicting that the world will run out of food in 27 years. 27 years and 251 days, to be more precise…as of Sunday, April 24^th, 2022. (Start your doomsday countdown at home!)

So, that’s it, the science is settled, apparently. We are done by 2050.

But, what if, say, 26 years from now half of us go on strict diets and limit our caloric intake…or 60% of us are by then vegan…or 10% of the projected population has been killed off by Lyme Disease/Islamic radicals/leftist economic policies? Might we actually then have 27 years and 351 days left? Or, dare we hope, perhaps even 29 years and 5 days left? Could we even make it to 2055?

“Sociobiologist” Edward Wilson is quoted in the report saying, “There are limits to Earth’s capacity to feed humanity. Even if everyone on the planet agreed to become vegetarian, the world’s farmland could not support the need. The world population will be too big to feed itself. By then, there will be almost 10 billion people on the planet and the food demand will have increased by 70% compared to what we needed in 2017. The limit to how many people Earth can feed is set at 10 billion at the absolute maximum. The constraints of the biosphere are fixed, there’s no wiggle room here.”

Wilson added: “It’s unlikely that everyone will agree to stop eating meat, so the actual limit is lower. And each nation is different, but still there is an excess amount of food being eaten and wasted every day. For example, if everyone shared the diet of the average American, the world could feed just 2.5 billion people. The world could feed a much larger population if we didn’t eat meat because it requires more energy to produce meat than any other food. For example, it takes 75 times more energy to produce meat than corn.”

Ah, I see, it’s Americans fault. However, if other nations produced food like the United States does, there would be no looming food shortage/crisis/famine. Just sayin’.

I’m pretty sure scientists (or sociobiologists) issued dire warnings such as this decades ago, but they turned out to be wildly inaccurate. Paul Ehrlich, for instance, in his 1968 book “The Population Bomb,” predicted that widespread famines would occur in the 1970s and 1980s due to overpopulation. Since that time, much of the planet’s people have escaped poverty and subsistence level existence. Food and heath care have become more plentiful. (In large part due to the spread of capitalism, free markets, and American agricultural practices and equipment.)

Yet these “experts” say that, after studying the current “excessive” rate of food consumption and the planet’s still growing population, they have concluded that we will need to produce more food in the next 40 years than has been produced in the last 8,000 years combined. Call me a skeptic, but I’m not sure I buy that assertion.

Dr. Doomsday Wilson is joined in his assessment by Professor Julian Cribb, who said: “This is a global food crisis, and I don’t think I can see a way out of it. It is arriving even faster than climate change. Shortages of water, land, and energy combined with the increased demand from population and economic growth, will create a global food shortage around 2050.

Yes, that damned economic growth! Not to worry, though, with Biden administration economic policies in place, leftist authoritarians in charge of many nations, the lingering effects of our leaders response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the potentially widening Russia-Ukraine War, and the resultant supply-chain shortages and hyper-inflation, we may experience catastrophic food shortages long before 2050. They will have been utterly avoidable, not inevitable, however.

Given the elitist clowns in control of much of the world’s population, doomsday predictions may finally, actually come true. Things can change very rapidly. The U.S. was energy independent just 16 short months ago. A budding net energy exporter. Now Uncle Sam goes hat in hand around the world begging for a cup of oil. Progressive/leftist policy prescriptions render the efficient production of energy—and food—well nigh impossible. (See also, Soviet Union Five-Year Plans.)

The good news, I suppose, is that if we all shortly succumb to famine, we won’t have to worry about the long-term effects of climate change.

 

 

Grading Versus Ungrading

 

“Dr.” Elisabeth Gruner, in a recently published op-ed for the Conversation, averred that she stopped grading her students’ written assignments four years ago — and that she wished she had done so sooner. Gruner argues that grading is “highly inequitable” and serves only to increase students’ stress levels. Sure, grading has been the standard for assessing students’ educational performance and comprehension of material for many centuries now-- the world over—but we now know that this has been hideously unfair to those who either aren’t willing to study hard and/or are not as bright in some respects as some of their peers may be.

Perpetuating inequality is precisely the reason students are graded. We want to find out who has a clue and who doesn’t. Who knows what they are talking about and who does not. Who is capable of securing a job in the real world and who isn’t. Who might have a shot at keeping that job for the long-term and who will likely flame out early. Who is capable of successfully removing a tumor from you and who might accidentally remove your healthy spleen…and leave the forceps inside of you while stitching you up.

Dr. Gruner dispensed with grading her students…and now practices "ungrading" them. Remember, “judging” is bad, but aiding and abetting the release of idiots into the world is an act of kindness and tolerance! What possible benefit is there to gauging someone’s educational performance or situational competence?

Grading, judging, assessing, rating. It is a vital part of life. We assess the pros and cons of investments in the stock market and the appeal of potential mates.

We can do no less for the most vulnerable among us.

 

Whites Trashed II

 

So-called “progressive” elites love to attribute everything-- from differential outcomes to climate change-- to Racism. Everything must be examined solely in the context of Racism. The conventional wisdom amongst them is that all white people are Racist. And that there is nothing they can do about it due to the color of their skin! CRT and The1619 Project are in. The entire Western canon is out. Anyone who dares to challenge the new conventional orthodoxy is promptly and universally smeared as a bigot, and a Racist. And that person will be accused of trafficking in microagressions and hate speech. Even for the slightest unintentional acts of assumed affrontery.

 

Alright, let’s talk about Racism. Microaggressions, too. I say a study is needed to determine why movie-villains have almost always been portrayed as white people. Whether it be The Joker, The Penguin, The Riddler, Poison Ivy, Egghead from the Batman series, Max Zorin (Arayan superman), Dr. No, Auric Goldfinger, Alec Trevelyan, or Francisco Scaramanga in the James Bond flicks, it’s always the same: the bad dude- or dudette in the case of Poison Ivy- is white. What’s up with that?

 

 The Master, Rassilon, and other unsavory characters in Britain’s Dr. Who series are also Caucasian. Hell, its “Black Guardian” character is even white.

 

 Then there is the “Wolf of Wall Street.” Okay, that movie is based on a real person, but still…you get the picture, right?

 

 As for television…well, almost every evil character is a white man, often a businessman. And pretty much all the dumb ones, too. Even on television commercials men are continually made to look like incompetent, bumbling, ignorant fools, people who couldn’t possibly figure out how to properly scrub a toilet even if they could be made to do so.

 

 Furthermore, how come when anyone wants to convey their opinion that someone is intolerant or evil, they automatically brand that person a Hitler? Why not label them a Dada, after the notorious Butcher of Uganda, Idi Amin Dada? “Dada” is more fun to say than “Hitler,” anyway. Or they could smear them as a Pot, ala Pol Pot, the brutal Cambodian Commie who saw to the slaughter of 25% of his country’s citizens in the Cambodian Killing Fields. “Pot” is easier to say than “Hitler,” and takes less time to utter, as it’s just one syllable.

 

We should be more inclusive in terms of our villains.

 

 But no, it’s always “whitey” that takes it on the chin. And who determined that, if one wants to surrender, one should wave a white flag? I don’t recall having any input on that decision. Are all white people cowards, is that what’s being implied? Is that why scary situations are often said to be “white knucklers?”

 

Not convinced of the conspiracy yet? Why do we tell little white lies, hmmm? Is it only white people that are dishonest? If something is overly costly and not worth keeping around, why is it called a white elephant?  Talk about triggering!

 

Are you starting to get it now? No? Well, is the term “white trash” affirming and welcoming? No, it’s a vile epithet. And finally, if a person is particularly pale, why do we call them “ghastly white?!” No one has ever labeled anyone else “ghastly black,” or “ghastly” brown, yellow, or red, for that matter. Who did this to us? Where is the diversity, equity, and inclusion? Whence the reparations?

 

What to make of these ramblings? There’s no whitewashing it: if you choose to think of yourself as a victim, you are one.

 

Of yourself.

 

And that, my friends, is black and white.

 

 

 

Here Come The Fictosexuals!

 

These days there are all kinds of marriages. Traditional marriages, covenantal marriages, marriages of convenience, gay marriages, polyamorous marriages, and even sologamy, or marriage to oneself. And now we have marriage to fictional characters.

Akihiko Kondo, an apparently otherwise ordinary Japanese man, married Hatsune Miku in a small, unofficial wedding ceremony in Tokyo in 2018. The twist is that Miku is a 16-year-old, turquoise-haired, computer-synthesized pop singer who took the form of a plush doll for the ceremony. She wore white (wink, wink) and Mr. Kondo was resplendent in a matching tuxedo.  

Kondo’s ravishing betrothed is somewhat famous, having toured with Lady Gaga and starred in various video games. Kondo tied the knot with her after a decade-long courtship, one that he says pulled him out of a deep depression.

Mr. Kondo claims he has found love, inspiration, and solace with Miku. He and his assortment of Miku dolls eat, sleep and watch movies together, and have even gone on romantic getaways, after which he often posts photos of the blissful adventures on Instagram.

Mr. Kondo has long known that he didn’t want a human partner-- for obvious reasons. He has always felt an intense and admittedly inexplicable attraction to fictional characters. The 38-year-old Kondo is aware that most people think his “union” is strange.  And he allows that deep down he knows that Miku isn’t really real. But his feelings for her are, he says.

Stranger still is that Mr. Kondo is one of thousands of people in Japan who have recently entered into unofficial marriages with fictional characters. Tens of thousands more around the globe comprise an online community that openly discusses their undying attraction and commitment to characters from anime, manga, video games, and the like. Apparently, a good-sized industry exists to support their every whim and desire.

Kondo says life with Miku has advantages over being with a human partner: she’s always there for him, she’ll never betray him, and he’ll never have to see her get ill or die. (So, what’s in it for her?) And he is part of a growing movement of people who identify as “fictosexuals.” So he has taken pains to be open about his “relationship.” He wants the world to know that people like him are out there, and that rapid advances in artificial intelligence and robotics are allowing them to experience more, um, “profound” interactions with their heretofore inanimate lovers. Kondo proclaims “It’s about respecting other people’s lifestyles.” Damn straight!

"Gypsy Moth" Relegated To Ash Heap Of History

 

The gypsy moth will henceforth be called the "spongy moth" by the Entomological Society of America. The august entity will also rename the insect in a prominent bug database. You can probably guess why. You are correct. Some people consider the word “gypsy” to be an "offensive, dangerous, and dehumanizing" term for the Romani people, at least according to Margareta Matache, director of the Roma Program at Harvard University.

Back in 2020, a complaint filed with the aforementioned Entomological Society of America spurred efforts to stop the use of the allegedly derogatory term. And, just last month, the Society's governing board voted to remove “gypsy moth”-- and “gypsy ant”-- from a list of common names used to refer to our insect friends.

The erstwhile gypsy moth is a common but invasive species known for destroying the leaves of hundreds of species of trees in North American forests. No self-respecting gypsy would want to be known for that kind of behavior.

Pressure from PETA and other entities has resulted in the renaming of a number of species in recent years. PETA recently went so far as to urge people to quit using animal names in general to insult other people. Because, it tweeted, “Calling someone an animal as an insult reinforces the myth that humans are superior to other animals & justified in violating them. Stand up for justice by rejecting supremacist language.” 

Yes, we must all reject species-supremacist language, because who’s to say that a human being is in any way superior to, say, a cockroach, rat, or wood tick. Given a level playing field devoid of systemic white, patriarchal, heterosexual, homo sapiens supremacy—and opposable thumbs—who’s to say that cockroaches wouldn’t have built Manhattan, rats wouldn’t have discovered electricity, or that a wood tick wouldn’t have written War and Peace?

Canceling the gypsy moth and gypsy ant is just a start. Much more needs to be done. Did you know there are still birds with names such as “boobies,” “dickcissel,” and the “common loon?” “Boobies”is an obvious affront to women persons with breasts. “Dickcissel” could be construed as a slur against men people with penises. And “common loon” could be deeply hurtful to the mentally ill logically challenged.

Moreover, “German Shepherd,” “French Poodle,” “Scottish Terrier,” “Siamese Cat,” and “Asian Carp”-- among many other animal names—could be considered offensive in the right context.

And, back to birds again, surely the Fluffy-Backed Tit-Babbler (look it up) is offensive to somebody.

Today, many animal names, place names, lake names, building names, statues, personal pronouns, etc., etc., are deemed offensive.

To hell with the First Amendment. To hell with free speech. Let’s just pre-emptively ban everything now and maybe sort it all out later if we decide to come out of our cocoons. What could go wrong?

I don’t know about you, but, for the record, this topic really bugs me.

Taiwan Television Station Apologizes For Falsely Reporting Invasion By China

 

Taiwan’s Chinese Television System (CTS) recently apologized for "causing public panic" when it erroneously ran a series of alerts saying China had launched attacks on the island. One of the alerts appearing on its screen read "New Taipei City hit by Communist army's guided missiles." Another stated "Vessels exploded, facilities and ships damaged in Taipei port."

CTS attributed the unfathomable airing of the fake news to staff who mistakenly put out content from disaster prevention drills that the station was commissioned to produce for New Taipei City's fire department. The company subsequently released a statement saying: "CTS offers its sincere apology that this serious flaw has caused panic among the public and trouble to relevant units."

CTS also noted that it ran corrections and apologies on multiple channels and added that it will "severely punish" those responsible after it analyzes the results of an internal probe.

Mainland Communist China has long threatened to attack Taiwan and bring it under its control. Tensions have dramatically increased recently due to China’s saber-rattling and Russia’s attack on Ukraine. Many feel that it is only a matter of time—and not much time at that-- before free and tiny Taiwan is attacked and subsumed by its giant Communist neighbor.

In light of this, it is incomprehensible that such a blunder could occur. CTS might as well have said, “Oops, sorry, our bad. But no harm, no foul, right?”

Before reporting extraordinarily disturbing things like, say, “a comet is going to wipe out life on Earth,” “an alien invasion is imminent,” “giant murder hornets are going to fly away with your offspring,” or “Nancy Pelosi is going to speak at your next PTA meeting,” it might behoove media outlets to exercise due diligence and verify the “information” before publishing it.

Just sayin’.

 

Taxation Based On Vaccination?

 

Though they subsequently backed away from the proposal, Rhode Island Democrats recently put forth a bill that would have punished the parents of children who were not vaccinated against COVID-19. Had the measure been enacted, it would have financially crippled these parents by doubling their personal income tax. As a further kick in the pants, it would have also required parents of unvaccinated offspring to pay a monthly fine of $50.

State Senator Samuel Bell was the lead legislator backing the bill, which would have mandated that all Rhode Island residents, workers, and taxpayers submit to a COVID-19 vaccination-- as well as any and all subsequent boosters that the state’s director of the department of health shall have required, apparently in perpetuity-- or else be subjected to pecuniary purgatory.

Exemptions to the mandate would have been nearly impossible to obtain, given that, due to a provision baked into the bill, parents would have had to have three different doctors state on the record that their child was “not fit for immunization,” and then have the child sign that statement.

Even then, the Ocean State’s department of health would have been authorized to investigate each and every individual case and could have summarily rejected any given petition-- and reinstated the monetary penalties on the minor’s parents or guardians.

Moreover, public and private employers were to be charged with helping the government enforce the legislation. Any employee not working remotely would have been forced to provide proof of vaccination. The employer would have been forced to terminate any recalcitrant worker who refused to have an experimental gene therapy drug injected into his or her body-- or face a monthly fine of $5,000.

Talk about tyranny! The United States was, uniquely, founded on the concepts of limited government and individual rights as granted to us by our Creator. Today, we are suffering the consequences of an incomprehensibly massive, virtually unlimited government that refuses to recognize individual rights and autonomy while it emphasizes group-think and tribalism in the guise of “intersectionality” and “multiculturalism.”

If the government could arbitrarily double the taxes of the unvaccinated, there would be nothing it could not do. “We the people” would have ceded control of our finances, freedom, futures…and very bodies and souls…to the elites who gleefully rule over us. What would stop our elected representatives—or, increasingly, unelected bureaucrats in the Deep State—from deciding that those of us who own firearms or watch Fox News should have their tax rates doubled. Or tripled. Or that people who smoke cigarettes should have their personal income taxes quadrupled while those who smoke marijuana should have theirs halved?

Or that those who listen to Joe Rogan podcasts or subscribe to The New York Post should pay six times the taxes of those who take to Twitter to profess their undying devotion to Dr. Fauci or The New York Times?

This country was founded in large part because colonists refused to abide taxation without representation. It will effectively cease to exist unless we here today highly resolve to be as bold and full of integrity as they were.

 

 

 

Teacher Tells Young Students Doctors "Guess" Whether Babies Are Boys Or Girls At Birth

 

A transgender teacher (there seems to be a lot of those lately) named Ray Skyer recently posted a Facebook video showing the “Identity Share” Zoom session with elementary-school-aged students from Brooke Roslindale, a charter public school south of Boston. The non-binary educator first told the kindergartners, first-graders and second-graders in his/her/they charge “something that’s really cool and unique about me is that I am transgender.” We’re happy for you. By way of explanation, he/she/they went on to assert that when babies are born the doctor looks at them and makes a “guess” about “whether the baby is a boy or a girl based on what they look like.” After noting that the doctor usually “guesses” correctly, the teacher stated that “Sometimes the doctor is wrong, the doctor makes an incorrect guess,” adding, “When the doctor guesses wrong” the babies “are transgender.”

Yes, and when dogs, horses, dolphins, rhinoceroses, elephants, giraffes and zebras are born, we make a wild “guess” as to what species they are based on what they look like. But sometimes we are wrong. Well, maybe not. Turns out, visible external clues actually can help us determine what someone or something is.

For example, we don’t say, “When cars are made, manufacturers and dealerships guess what they are, but sometimes they guess wrong.”

Or, “I think this might be a flathead screwdriver. I sure hope it fits into what I believe to be this slotted screw.”

Most “birthing people” know what their baby’s gender is long before he or she is even born, through the wonder of ultrasound. Perhaps Ray Skyer has heard of it. For many years couples-- or their families and friends—have shared their joy at the birth of a child by communicating “It’s A Girl!” or “It’s A Boy!” via balloons, banners, cigar wrappers, or social media posts. Rarely have I seen one of these proclaiming, “It’s A Girl…We Are Guessing!” or “It’s A Boy…We think!”

It is deeply disturbing that so many teachers today feel the need to tell their elementary age students how special they-- the teachers-- are for being transgender, gay, lesbian, bisexual, fill-in-the-blank. Deliberately confusing them at this vulnerable time in their young lives should be a criminal offense. Their incessant virtue-signaling of their non-virtues in front of impressionable kids makes my stomach turn.

“Don’t conflate our desire to identify as whatever gender we wish to be with identifying other species or things! It’s different!” they may exclaim.

Sorry, instructors, you cannot just choose whatever gender, race, or species you wish to be.  And, if you don’t believe that the parts of which you are composed should have anything to do with how you are characterized or identified, you are anti-science. And insane.

And that’s not a guess.

Warner Bros. Removes "Gay Dialogue" From New Movie At China's Request

 

The entertainment industry, particularly as represented by Hollywood, is a vast, virtue signaling, repository of frauds and hypocrites.

In yet another recent example of this, Warner Bros. admitted to cutting scenes with gay dialogue out of its latest "Fantastic Beasts" movie in order to appease Chinese censors. The company released a statement to News.com.au confirming that it complied with the CCP’s censorship request. It read: “As a studio, we’re committed to safeguarding the integrity of every film we release, and that extends to circumstances that necessitate making nuanced cuts in order to respond sensitively to a variety of in-market factors. Our hope is to release our features worldwide as released by their creators but historically we have faced small edits made in local markets.”

WB is “Committed to safeguarding the film’s integrity?” But circumstances may “necessitate making nuanced cuts?” To “sensitively” respond to certain “in-market factors?” What a load of tripe.

 Would WB have made the same “nuanced” cuts to appease American Christians? Of course not. We all know that. It would have called them intolerant, red-necked bigots. But China can dictate the content of its movies. (As can some Muslim nations, as well.) Because, well, that’s different. That’s their culture, and WB doesn’t want to offend the Chinese or their Communist overlords. A thought experiment: would Warner Bros. have publicly admitted today to removing gay dialogue at the behest of Putin’s Russia?

The brief scenes/dialogue referenced were excised from Warner Bros. new movie titled "Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.” They were statements Dumbledore made about his same-sex attraction to the character Grindelwald.

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. is, like Disney, an American diversified multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate. Like Disney, it is headquartered in the People’s Republic of California. Burbank to be precise. Like Disney, it is steadfastly “woke” when it comes to America, but equally craven and nauseatingly obsequious when dealing with China.

Where is the leftists’ outrage about WB hateful decision to appease Communist tyrants at the expense of the LGBTQ community? Has anyone heard from Amy Schumer, Wanda Sykes, or Regina Hall?

I suggest Warner Bros. rename the movie in the interests of truth and transparency. It should be retitled “Fantastic Beasts: ‘Don’t Say Gay.’”

 

Even Math Classes Now Indoctrination

 

There is no doubt that school isn’t what it used to be. Nor is there any doubt that many of today’s teachers are, frankly, perverts. Recent examples are legion. Incredibly, even “STEM” classes (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) have been infected by wokeness, CRT (Critical Race Theory), LGBTQ worship, and a Marxist-Socialist ideology.

Even sadder, this agenda has been thrust upon younger and younger students until it now permeates every level of “education” including elementary schools. As a case in point, one school district recently had some of its students take a “math” quiz with truly bizarre multiple-choice questions.

In the context of asking students to solve a simple algebraic equation for x and y, one question from the “Person Puzzle” quiz-sheet asked if Nobel Laureate poet Maya Angelou was “sexually abused by her mother’s”……“boyfriend,” “brother” or “father.” Another question asked whether the writer worked as a “pimp, prostitute and”……“Bookie,” “Drug Dealer” or “Night Club Dancer”…… to “support her son as a single mother.”

Drag queen story hours for kids as young as two-years-old are now de rigueur. “After school Satan clubs” are popping up around the ever more fruited plain. And non-binary witches are bragging about what ideology and sexual licentiousness they foist on their young charges. It appears many teachers now wish to be “educators” simply to fulfill their pedophiliac urges.

It is high time we teach the “educators” a lesson. Indoctrination of this sort is not instruction. It is not teaching. It is mental tyranny and child abuse. And something we will not abide. Their hubris is not acceptable. We pay for the salaries of teachers in the vast public school system with our taxes. They should-- quite literally-- be indebted to us. They should not be attempting to brainwash our children.

                 

 

 

 

Abortion Is "Life-saving, Life-affirming Health Care" Med Student Says

 

Shira Fishbach, a University of Chicago medical student and future OB/GYN, was cited in a recent article in MedPage Today about physicians and medical students who choose to abort their own babies. Fishbach told the web-based medical news service provider of her 2017 abortion. She stated: “I felt a connection between my having an abortion and my ability to pursue my own education, to have economic freedom, to live my life the way that I wanted to. It felt like they were literally handing me that gift.” Monstrous selfishness and entitlement.

 

Nonetheless, her comments met with praise from Vineet Arora, the dean of medical education at the University of Chicago, whose research on abortion rates among medical professionals was the genesis for the MedPage article. In a Twitter response to Fishbach’s pronouncement, Arora wrote, “So courageous and a bright future ahead.” Yes, it is “courageous” to refuse to accept responsibility for your own careless actions and instead decide to terminate the life of an innocent baby in your womb. (Or perhaps her actions weren’t careless. Perhaps she wanted to get pregnant just so she could feel the wondrous “connection” between aborting her child and living her life the way she damned well wanted to. And receiving “that gift.”)

 

Fishbach killed her baby even though she admittedly had a supportive family to help her out had she decided to keep her child.

She also tweeted, “Dreams come true— I’m going to be an abortion provider!” That’s not something we probably would have heard in days of yore, but in today’s depraved new world many on the left champion abortion over motherhood—or even birthingpersonhood.

 

 Fishbach had previously called abortion, “life-saving, life-affirming healthcare” when speaking of the death of the seven-week-old baby in her womb. “Life-saving. Life-affirming.” Mind-blowing.

 

 This kind of preposterous, repulsive insanity is mindful of an op-ed piece written by a late-term abortion provider that was the subject of my first ever article on American Thinker. The op-ed, published in The New York Times, was titled “Pregnancy Kills. Abortion Saves Lives.”

Progressives have now reached a point where they routinely state what is exactly, demonstrably, the opposite of the truth-- because they know that a substantial portion of the populace is too afraid or brainwashed to challenge them. The examples of this are legion and far too numerous to cite here. As a for instance, Robert Reich, University of California at Berkeley professor and former Labor Secretary under President Bill Clinton, recently said that Elon Musk’s plan to bring free speech to Twitter-- and his preference for an uncontrolled internet-- is “the dream of every dictator, strongman, demagogue and modern-day robber baron on Earth.” The nutty professor stated: “That’s Musk’s dream. And Trump’s. And Putin’s.” He added, “In reality, that world would be dominated by the richest and most powerful people in the world, who wouldn’t be accountable to anyone for facts, truth, science or the common good.

The truth is that the world is currently dominated by the richest and most powerful people in the world, who aren’t accountable to anyone for facts, truth, science or the common good. Or common sense, for that matter. This is because of smug elitists like, for example, Robert Reich…and the policies they promulgate, middle class rubes outside of major urban areas be damned.

Free speech, an open internet—and social media platforms that aren’t wildly biased—are anathema to dictators such as Putin, Xi Jinping, Kim Jong un, et. al. Dictators, strongmen, demagogues, and robber barons have always feared free speech. They shut it down. And always try to obtain more control over the flow and dissemination of ideas and thought. Always. Throughout history.

Any nation or society that tolerates the obliteration of truth, individuality or liberty is a nation or society doomed to imminent collapse. Groups trump individuals in America today. Multiculturalism and “intersectionality” rule the day. Our liberty has been stolen from us via “lockdowns,” “mandates”, punitive taxation, assaults on our First and Second Amendment rights-- and through the actions of Big Government, Big Tech, Big Labor, Big Business, Big Media, Big Pharma, and Big Education.

And the truth? The truth is that, as George Orwell said, “The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those that speak it.”

Pregnancy does not kill, it is, in fact, the only way any and every life has been brought into the world…since the beginning of time. Abortion does not save lives. By definition it ends them. It is not a “gift,” it is a form of genocide.  

Males cannot become females. Free speech is not tyranny. And abortion does not save lives.

If the vast majority of us can’t even agree on that, our society will soon be effectively aborted.

There is nothing “life-affirming” about that.
