“Reporters” and “journalists” let Hillary Clinton and Team Herself see questions prior to interviews, and approve of articles before they were posted. They fed moderators scripted questions in an attempt to trip up Trump. They spent inordinate amounts of airtime and column inches excoriating Trump and his supporters over relatively trivial matters while giving Hillary passes on matters vital not just to her character and judgment, but to America’s national security.
In total, people identified in federal campaign finance filings as journalists, reporters, television news anchors or news editors and others working in journalism, had combined to give $396,000 to American presidential campaigns as of the end of August, according to a recent analysis by the Center for Public Integrity. Of that sum, $382,000- or 96% of the total donations to that date- went to the Democratic nominee and her Machine. This figure would’ve made Nikita Khrushchev and Yuri Andropov blush.
Attacking the outsider and crouching down to lick the jackboots of those in the elitist political oligarchy who have run the government for decades now is behavior quite the opposite from their famously self-aggrandizing oath to “speak truth to power.”
They are in power now, and they know it.
If only enough of us would speak the truth to them.
