Sadiq Khan, London’s mayor, has
steadfastly led his once venerable city into an abyss of violence, wokeness,
and depravity. Instances of rape and sexual harassment of women have
skyrocketed along with the number of young male Muslims infiltrating his city. But,
“not to worry” as the Brits say, Khan is on the job and addressing the problem!
In fact, he has implemented a “Say Maaate” campaign
which challenges men to confront sexual harassment of women by other men by
disapprovingly saying to them: “Maaate.”
Really.
I’m not sure Sadiq’s heart is in this battle. Call
me a skeptic, but I don’t believe saying “mate” is going to stop a man
from sexually harassing a woman. In fact, it may well do quite the opposite.
“Mate! Mate! Maate! Maaate!”
“Well, if you insist, I’ll do just that!”
