Obama Administration To Push Paid Sick Leave

Washington, D.C.
August 5, 2015
The Obama administration has drafted an executive order that would force any company that contracts with the federal government to give paid leave to employees who are sick, seeking medical attention (?) or need to care for a sick ‘relative.’ Well, that’s cut and dried. No room for interpretation or abuse there!

Administration officials say the executive order is still under review and open to “enhancement.” Some in the Obama camp want to “open up” and reword the order so as to further liberalize it. Suggestions are being weighed, such as forcing said companies to extend paid leave to those  employees that are “sick and tired, sick and tired of being sick and tired, sick of work, seeking attention, and also to those who need to care for a sick acquaintance.”
