Charity is when you donate your own salary...like President Trump did. There are 4 ways to spend money: 1) You can spend your own money on yourself, 2) You can spend your own money on someone else, 3) You can spend someone else's money on yourself, or 4) You can spend someone else's money on someone else. By the time you get to number 4, the people "responsible" for dispersing the money don't give a rat's ass how it's spent. Trump selflessly took option number 2. Biden and the Democrats always choose options 3 and 4. Who truly cares about others?
