G-20 Protesters: "Welcome To Hell"

             “Welcome to Hell.”

Or, in this case, Hamburg, Germany. That nation’s second largest city will be the site of the G20 summit meetings starting Friday, July 7th, the biggest international meeting it has ever hosted. Anti-capitalist activists and anarchists are threatening to stage potentially violent “Welcome to Hell” protests during the meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin, China’s President Xi JinPing, and other world leaders. Police have already used water cannon and pepper spray to clear out an unauthorized protest camp, resulting in five people being injured, while stoking fears of more clashes to follow. As many as 100,000 demonstrators are expected to vex the city prior to- and during- the important international conference. The city has deployed 20,000 police officers around event sites, and they are equipped with riot gear, armored vehicles, helicopters and surveillance drones.
[Update as of 9 p.m. Eastern Time, July 7th: Rioters have looted shops, set fires in the streets, and hurled projectiles- including looted bottles of champagne- at police, 197 of whom have been injured since Thursday, July 6th].

“USA! USA! USA!”

The chant rang out from the Polish crowd attending President Trump’s speech in Warsaw on Wednesday, July 5th, at a wreath-laying ceremony in Krasinski Square. Later, during the President’s prepared remarks, the enthusiastic crowd chanted “Donald Trump! Donald Trump!” Trump responded, “Thank you so much. A great honor.”
Trump said the U.S. is determined to honor NATO’s Article 5, the mutual defense pact, while thanking Poland for being one of the few NATO members to fully honor its financial commitment to the alliance. He also announced that the eastern European country will purchase the PATRIOT Air Defense Missile System that the Obama administration cancelled in a misguided attempt to appease Russia.
The President went on to state: “The story of Poland is the story of a people who have never lost hope, who have never been broken and who have never ever forgotten who they are.”
A particularly poignant message at this moment in history, a moment where the West must decide if it will defend itself, its borders, language and culture, or simply slowly cease to be.
The scene in Hamburg offers a shockingly stark contrast to the one in Warsaw, the more so for being simultaneously juxtaposed across the European Continent. The pathetic nihilism of Western Europe appears even more repulsive against the faith and zeal of Poland, a country that has routinely been invaded by its neighbors on both sides, east and west. Poland suffered from each of the twin tyrannies of fascism and communism, and experienced the savage brutality and unspeakable evils of both forms of omnipotent government. The Polish people will do whatever is required to avoid being subjugated again. (Ergo, they are funding their own defense, including purchasing the PATRIOT Missile System).
Ironically, it is still okay to tell “Polish jokes,” but it is forbidden to poke fun at either leftists or Muslims. The West, including the United States, has been seized by a kind of cultural dementia, and is more interested in transgender bathrooms and the possible effect of plastic straws on turtle snouts than it is in defending itself against existential threats. It is blithely sowing the seeds of its own destruction, in every imaginable way. Societies always get soft after getting wealthy, and ours are no different in that regard. The only way to avoid the yawning abyss of permanent decline- and eventual disappearance- is to stand and fight those on the left that are pushing us towards the black hole of history.

 No matter what.

Only then will we be able to defend ourselves against any-and all- external enemies.
President Trump put it exactly right in his historic- and courageous- Warsaw speech when he said: “The fundamental question of our time is whether the West has the will to survive.”
If left to the elites and the media, the answer will be a resounding “no.” They will sacrifice Western culture, and all the advances it has brought to the world, on the altar of multicultural purity.
So, people of Europe and the Americas, what will it be?

Your answer starts now, whether you know it or not.
