Undocumented Immigrant Stolen Land Acknowledgement

 

Undocumented Immigrant Stolen Land Acknowledgement (UISLA):

        In light of current mores-- and in the interest of fairness and equity-- I recommend that I.C.E. mandate that the following statement be read by every illegal alien prior to being deported:

“We undocumented (illegal) migrants hereby acknowledge that we are standing on the unceded land of American citizens. We totally acknowledge these indigenous peoples, their elders both past and present, as well as future generations. We further acknowledge that these communities have worked their asses off to build an amazing, successful, and wealthy society upon this sacred land. We, the illegal aliens from various nations around the world, hereby admit that we have inappropriately attempted to appropriate and colonize said lands, peoples, and communities out of sheer privilege and arrogance, taking undue advantage of these indigenous citizens’ spellbinding tolerance and inclusivity. This active acknowledgement demonstrates our commitment to working to dismantle the scourge of lawlessness, appropriation, and entitlement inherent in illegal immigration.”

        This should be the expectation for all who try to enter Western nations illegally.
