Boston University Has A "Condom Fairy"

 

Have you heard of the Condom Fairy? No? Well, unlike, say, the Tooth Fairy, the Condom Fairy actually exists. At least at Boston University. In fact, he/she/it/they just celebrated he/she/it/they’s ten-year anniversary! The Condom Fairy program, according to a Campus Reform article, delivers “free condoms (both internal and external), lube, dental dams, [and] information about sexual health and consent” to students on and off BU’s campus. What’s more, each order includes a sticker depicting the program’s “tiny and sassy winged mascot.” Well, actually mascots, because, in 2022, the Condom Fairy program modernized, expanded, and morphed its erstwhile singular mascot into a “trio of gender-, race-, and body-diverse fairies.” How fun! Why have just one Condom Fairy when you could triple your diverse pleasure?! Does BU have a Vibrator Fairy, too?

Plato, Shakespeare, Locke, Adam Smith? The classics, economics, history, engineering? They never stood a chance against the Condom Fairy.

The Campus Reform report noted “The original slogan from the Condom Fairy’s 2013 launch read, ‘Now flying wherever flies come undone.’” And now there is a squadron of Fairies! 

Boston University’s Student Health Services (SHS) is in charge of the Condom Fairy program and is also home to an "emergency contraception vending machine,” sponsored by "Students for Reproductive Freedom.” (Why not just rely on the Abortion Pill Fairy?)

I can envision a BU student sitting with her parents at the dinner table and her mom or dad saying, “Remember to put the virginity you lost under your pillow tonight sweetie, and, if you’re lucky, the ‘Condom Fairy’ might visit you while you’re asleep!”

Well, we all need protection.

Especially from our colleges and universities.

 

 

 

 

Abortion Proponents And Euthanasia Fans Coming Together

 

Mark Meincke, a Canadian Army veteran who served with the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry, appeared on a  recent The John-Henry Westen Show. Meincke has testified before the Committee on Veterans Affairs in Ottawa about Canada’s Medical Assistance in Dying program, or MAID. and the current apparent push for assisted suicide in the military.

A soldier returns from fighting-- and risking his life—for his country and, depressed, reaches out to the very government agency supposedly set up to help veterans deal with PTSD and other trauma…and is promptly offered euthanasia-- instead of help-- by the government agent who took his call.

“Thank you for your service. Would you like us to kill you now?” That couldn’t ever happen, could it?

Yes, it can. An investigation by Veterans Affairs Canada itself verified that this very thing indeed happened, and may have occurred repeatedly over the last several years…though VAC claimed it was the result of just one misguided agent.

Canada’s “Medical Assistance in Dying” program is set to expand from offering assisted suicide to the terminally (physically) ill to offering it to the mentally ill as well starting in March.

 

A physicians group in Quebec has already proposed euthanizing severely ill infants. What the hell, that’s simply “after-birth abortion,” right?

 

Where will this stop? Will Trudeau’s government soon offer to off anyone who contracts the next iteration of the coronavirus? Permanently put down athletes who break a leg, sprain an ankle, or pull a groin? Snuff out teenagers after a break-up or spouses after a divorce? Will MAID be available to those dealing with “the heartbreak of psoriasis?”

The Left’s support of assisted suicide is dovetailing with its zealotry for unfettered abortion.

Former President Barack Obama recently tweeted that people need to advance "reproductive rights" for the sake of modern-day families and future generations.

He stated, "On what would have been the 50th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, we're reminded that progress can move backward. And that means we've got to recommit to doing our part to protect and expand reproductive rights for families today — and for generations to come.” Meaning we need to protect and expand abortion rights for families today-- and for generations to come.

This kind of talk is more than ironic, more than tone deaf. Were abortion to become ubiquitous, there would be no families…and no future generations.

 

 

State Department Bans Times New Roman Font, Moves To Calibri

 

At a time when the U.S.-- and indeed the world—is facing an increasing number of deepening crises and heightened instability, it is comforting to know the State Department under President Biden is working hard…on ensuring that only "accessible" font choices grace its documents.

 

Secretary of State Antony (Winken) Blinken (and Nod), instructed his agency’s staff, via an internal directive, that they are no longer to send him any documents using Times New Roman font, but will instead be forced to use Calibri in an effort to be "more accessible."

 

The directive, originally obtained by Washington Post reporter John Hudson, states: "Secretary Blinken has directed the department to adopt Calibri, a Sans Serif font in 14-point font, for all paper submitted to the Executive Secretariat.” It added, "Starting February 6, 2023, domestic offices, and bureaus, as well as posts overseas, also should adopt Calibri as the standard font for all requested paper in support of creating a more accessible Department.”

Whew! Praise the Lord!.

The U.S. may well be on the verge of a recession. Inflation is high, crime is rampant, and the southern border is utterly unsecured, leading to a massive influx of illegal aliens, fentanyl overdoses and sex/human trafficking. Moreover, our food processing plants are under attack, energy prices are rising…and, on top of all that, we may be on the precipice of war with Russia.

But, by God, the State Department has decided on a truly accessible font for in-house communications!

So, there’s that. Things may be looking up.

If only we could get the Federal Reserve to dispense with the Hadassah Friedlaender font and move to Calibri or Arial, and the Department of Defense to quit using Forte and move to Verdana, the world might be salvageable after all.

 

 

Biden Judicial Nominee Can't Answer Basic Questions On Constitution

 

One of President Joe Biden's judicial nominees was recently stumped when Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) asked her basic questions about the United States Constitution.

At a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing to consider several federal court nominees, Kennedy used his opportunity to question Charnelle Marie Bjelkengren, whom Biden appointed for a federal district court position, by quizzing her knowledge of basic legal texts and theory.

Kennedy queeried Bjelkengren: "Tell me what Article V of the Constitution does.”

Bjelkengren replied, "Article V is not coming to mind at the moment."

(Article V of the Constitution explains the procedure for amending the Constitution, including the process for how amendments are proposed and how they are ratified.)

Kennedy, pressing on, asked, "How about Article II?"

"Neither is Article II," Bjelkengren responded.

(Article II establishes the executive branch and defines its powers. It explains the role of the presidency, how a president is elected and removed from office, and the president's unique responsibilities and powers.)

It’s hard to support and defend the Constitution—or determine what is or isn’t legal under it-- if you don’t know what’s in it…or why.

I envision Kennedy asking Bjelkengren other questions pertinent to the American system of government, of which she aspires to be a part.

Kennedy: “Ms. Bjelkengren, can you tell me what the First Amendment to the Constitution does, what it guarantees?”

Bjelkengren: “I am afraid to say. Can I plead the Sixth?”

Kennedy: “You mean the Fifth?”

Bjelkengren: “Um, yeah, I guess so.”

Kennedy: “Do you know what the Fifth Amendment says?”

Bjelkengren: “I think  so………well, no.”

Kennedy:  “Shouldn’t a judge, whose job is to uphold the Constitution, know what is in it?”

Bjelkengren: “Um, yeah, I guess so, maybe. I don’t know. But I think you are mansplaining me. And I think you are a misogynist and a homophobe and a transphobe and part of the white supremacist patriarchy that founded this country in 1619.”

Kennedy (with head hanging down): “SIGH.”

Michigan State University Offering "Unconditional Love Fund"

 

Michigan State University (MSU) is now offering an "Unconditional Love Fund" to its young scholars…on one condition: a student must be a member of the LGBTQ community in order to apply for the money. The fund’s purported purpose is to “provide LGBTQIA2S+ Michigan State University students with flexible assistance in a timely manner to address extraordinary and unexpected financial hardships associated with their sexual and/or gender identity.” Selected students will be given up to $500. 

“Extraordinary and unexpected financial hardships associated with their sexual and/or gender identity?”

Like what, paying for hormone “therapy” or genital reconstruction surgery? Multi-colored hair dye? Outrageous outfits? Piercings on every part of one’s body?

The fund is offered through Michigan State’s Gender and Sexuality Campus Center and LGBTQIA2S+ students can apply for assistance twice each academic year.

The rapidly diminishing ranks of heterosexual students need not apply, of course. Apparently, they are incapable—or undeserving-- of “unconditional love.”

Non-heterosexual students can also apply for financial aid through Michigan State’s "Lesbian, Bisexual, Gay, and Transgendered (LBGT) Resource Center Endowment Fund," and via its "Queering Racial Justice Summit Fund." Heterosexual students can pound sand. Unity! Pass it on!

MSU’s Gender and Sexuality Campus Center also houses "Transcend," described on the school’s Gender and Sexuality Campus Center website as “A campus-wide caucus which seeks to build a sense of community among MSU students who are transgender, nonbinary, and/or gender non-conforming, as well as to defend their rights and advocate for their specific social, educational, and cultural needs.” The site is intended to “help combat the transphobia, cissexism, transmisogyny, and isolation that these students frequently experience.”

(Transmisogyny? I had to look it up. Turns out it’s: “dislike of or prejudice against transgender women.”)

The Site links to seven others, six of which are dedicated to transgender support. Toward the bottom of the site, the following message is displayed in bold: “Are we missing something?”

Yes. “Transgender women” aren’t women. Else there would be no need for “transgender.”

The Merriam-Webster definition of “transcend” is as follows:

1)      A : to rise above or go beyond the limits of

       B : to triumph over the negative or restrictive aspects of : OVERCOME

               C : to be prior to, beyond, and above (the universe or material existence)

 

2)      : to outstrip or outdo in some attribute, quality, or power

 

“To rise above, to triumph, to be above or beyond (even the universe or material existence)?”

 Clearly, many in the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and particularly in the trans movement, are not just fighting for equal justice or battling “transmisogyny.” They believe they are special, more equal than others. And are demanding everyone else recognize this, too.

California Lawmaker Pushing To Tax Even Those Who Have Fled The State

 

California lawmakers are pushing legislation that would impose yet another new tax on the state's wealthiest residents — even if they've already moved to another part of the country. (You can run, but you can’t hide!)

Assemblyman Alex Lee, a progressive Democrat (is there any other kind?), recently introduced a bill in the California State Legislature that would impose an extra annual 1.5% tax on those with a worldwide net worth above $1 billion, starting as early as next year.

Moreover, as soon as 2026, the threshold for being taxed would drop dramatically: those with a “worldwide net worth” exceeding $50 million would be hit with a 1% annual tax on wealth.

“Worldwide net worth,” or wealth, extends far beyond annual income to include holdings such as farm assets, arts and other collectibles, stocks and hedge fund interest, and other assets.

The legislation just introduced includes measures that would allow the state to impose wealth taxes on residents even years after they leave the state and move to somewhere less repressive and tyrannical!

 

Remarkably, exit taxes aren't new in California. But this bill goes further, including provisions to create contractual claims tied to the assets of well-to-do taxpayers who don't have the cash to pay their annual wealth tax bill because the majority of their assets aren't “liquid” and therefore aren’t easily turned into cash. These claims would require the taxpayer to make annual filings with California's Franchise Tax Board and eventually pay the wealth taxes owed, even if they've moved to another state.

Of course, this bill, if passed, will just further hasten the exodus of successful people out of the formerly Golden State.

If California stays on its current trajectory, it is likely that the next bill proposed by its progressive Democrats (as if there is another kind today) will seek to impose a tax on anyone who has ever visited the state— and perhaps those that simply passed through on the way to Arizona, Nevada, or Oregon. (California Democrats could do this by accessing the visitor sign-in logs at national parks and utilizing the bazillion cameras around the state, etc.)

People once rushed to California when it held the promise of riches. Now they run from California (in what may soon be a vain attempt) to protect what they’ve already earned.

 

 

 

 

U.S. Army Welcomes Transgenders Into Its Ranks (Again)

 

“The U.S. Army has prepared extensive guidance for how to integrate transgender soldiers into its ranks, including instructions for group showers and how to respond to pregnant men, newly revealed training documents show.”

So read the opening to a recent Daily Caller story.

Biological men showering en masse with biological women? What could possibly go awry? And it is great that it is finally addressing the age-old question of how to respond to “pregnant men.” Armies down through history have had to deal with that delicate situation. (Some historians now believe the German Wehrmacht would have taken Stalingrad and Moscow in World War II if so many of its men hadn’t gotten pregnant.)

This became news because President Biden restored an Obama-era directive codifying service for transgender individuals shortly after taking office, despite serious questions as to how gender-related psychological issues and medical procedures may affect a person's fitness for service. And how that may affect a unit—or army—as a whole.

The Daily Caller story said that a 2016 RAND study “pegged” the total number of transgender people in the active-duty military at somewhere between 1,320 and 6,630. “Pegged” might not be the best term in this context, for a couple of reasons. I would have gone with “broadly estimated.”

In any case, the training materials, dated August 2021, postulate a range of problems officers and soldiers might encounter in relation to transgender members. The manuals are divided into three “tiers” and feature various “vignettes” on how to handle potentially sensitive interactions. Tier One is aimed at staff, Tier Two at commanders, and Tier Three at individual units and soldiers.

A section of the Tier Two training materials addresses how an officer should respond when a soldier approaches “to discuss his newly confirmed pregnancy.” Yes, that has puzzled armies since the time of Caesar.

The manuals also address how to respond when a soldier questions bathing/showering with “a female who has male genitalia.” That’s easy, just say “nice package, ma’am!”

They also state, “Understand that soldiers who have transitioned gender may remain susceptible to medical conditions associated with their birth gender.” Yes, because we can’t repeal the laws of nature. We can only pretend and ignore reality. Which we are now doing with staggering alacrity.

President Trump had nixed the Obama-era directive that Biden has since restored. The Trump administration had commissioned a panel of experts who found that allowing transgender individuals-- with or without a history of gender dysphoria-- to serve as their preferred sex would likely undermine readiness and provoke division. But, really, how important is readiness and cohesion to an army? Or to the nation it is supposed to serve?

Call me a skeptic, but I don’t think our current or future fighting force is going to rival the boys of Pointe du Hoc or the marines who fought at Tarawa.

No matter. This whole “defending freedom” thing has been overrated since the birth of the nation.

What really matters is that each and every member of our armed forces knows how to act around a lady with a penis.  

 

 

Schiff, Swalwell Preposterously Whine About Being Removed From House Intelligence Committee

 

Democrats ousted Republican Reps. Marjorie Taylor Green and Paul Gosar from their seats on House committees in 2021. Turnabout is not fair play to today’s Democrats, however. Speaker Kevin McCarthy recently removed Democrats Adam Schiff and Eric (“Gassy”) Swalwell from their spots on the House Intelligence Committee, causing them to react like children who have been grounded.

Swalwell flatulated: “This is some Bakersfield BS. It’s Kevin McCarthy weaponizing his ability to commit this “political abuse” because he perceives me just like Mr. Schiff and Ms. Omar as an effective political opponent.” (The House is soon slated to vote on removing Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar from her seat on the House Foreign Affairs Committee.) No, in your case, Eric, it was because you dated a Chinese spy. And Schiff lied to Americans in the lead up to former President Donald Trump’s first impeachment…and probably a number of other times, as well.

The United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence is tasked with oversight of the intelligence community, and thus is privy to a good deal of sensitive information. With the removal of Schiff and Swalwell, it just got a little more intelligent. And perhaps a little less friendly to spies.

Schiff and Swalwell attempted to summarily dismiss McCarthy’s move as nothing more than retribution born of shear political vengeance. Republicans must not listen to these hypocritical clowns anymore. They—we-- should be on to their game by now. They indignantly accuse others of doing what they have done routinely…and bitch, cry and whine when they think it has been done to them.

For the love of God, it is (past) time we just laugh at them and press on. In fact, it is the only chance this country has to survive, the only way to preserve “our democracy.”

Schiff, Swalwell, and Omar? You could pick any three illegal aliens coming across our border and they would do a better job if placed in Congress. Or any three literal clowns. Probably any three border collies, for that matter. Could any three living beings be worse for America?

Democrats are hell-bent……on replacing middle class, middle Americans with immigrants from non-democratic countries because they believe they will vote for them in perpetuity. Which, sadly, may well be true.

It would be far better for American citizens—and the country-- if Democrats in Congress were replaced with people who loved and respected them.

 

 

 

 

 

Minnesota House Passes Legislation Establishing Unlimited "Right" To Abortion On Demand

 

The Minnesota House recently voted to pass legislation establishing an unlimited “right” to abortion-on-demand.

The so-called Protect Reproductive Options (PRO) Act asserts a woman’s “fundamental right” to “…obtain an abortion, and to make autonomous decisions about how to exercise this fundamental right.” It also preposterously asserts that this “right” can be found in the “principles of individual liberty, personal privacy, and equality” in the Minnesota Constitution. Furthermore, the North Star State’s Democrats claim that localities are therefore forbidden from “regulat[ing] an individual’s ability to freely exercise the fundamental rights set forth in this section in a manner that is more restrictive than that set forth in this section.” Department of Redundancy Department. Minnesota’s House Democrats are not just crazed abortion zealots, they are gifted writers, as well!

Democrats were apparently responding to an amendment, previously proposed by Republicans, that would have limited late-term and partial-birth abortions, but that was rejected by something called the Minnesota House Health Finance and Policy Committee.

Responding to the Democrats’ PRO Act passing the House, Cathy Blaeser, Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life co-executive director, said: “Let’s be clear: The PRO Act would mean it’s legal for any baby to be aborted, for any reason and at any time up to birth. The absolutist extremism of this bill would put Minnesota in the company of just a handful of countries worldwide, among them China and North Korea. Mothers and babies deserve a far more humane and compassionate approach.”

Unfortunately, Ms. Blaeser doesn’t appear to understand that Minnesota Democrats consider it high praise indeed to be compared to such exemplars of human “rights” as China and North Korea.

What do Minnesota’s Democrats want? Unfettered abortion! When do they want it? Now!

No longer shy about publicly supporting a holocaust on innocent life in the womb, these Democrats now scream that abortion should be legal, safe, and…ubiquitous!

If many “preemies” can now survive and thrive—even those born many weeks before their due date-- and yet Democrats want to make abortion perfectly legal until the moment of normally expected birth around week 40, the PRO Act is simply, and inarguably, a license to murder a child for one’s own convenience.

But, remarkably, even that isn’t enough to satisfy today’s Democrats appetite for slaughter. Most approve of what is effectively “after-birth abortion.” In fact, all but two of them in the U.S. House recently voted against legislation that would require immediate medical attention for babies who are born alive after an attempt was made to abort them.

The House did pass the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which states that any infant born alive after an attempted abortion is a "legal person for all purposes under the laws of the United States” and which would require doctors to care for those infants as a "reasonably diligent and conscientious health care practitioner would render to any other child born alive."

 

The bill passed 220-210, with all 210 of the “no” votes coming from Democrats. Only one Democrat voted for the bill, that being Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas. Another, Rep. Vicente Gonzalez of Texas, simply voted "present."

 

The rest voted for mass genocide over personal responsibility.

 

 

 

Pfizer Execs Tip Their Hand

 

The CEO of Pfizer is apparently on board with the WEF’s stated goal of reducing the world’s population by 50%. This seems a reasonable assumption, as he attended the recent gathering of the self-anointed in Davos, Switzerland.

I would, however, ask Albert Bourla and his peers this question: “Which 50% of the world’s people should be dispensed with?” I mean, who gets to decide which one of every two-- or five of every ten-- people we see are expendable? Klaus Schwab? Adam Schiff? Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez? Ilhan Omar? Keith Olbermann? Eric Swalwell? Maxine Waters? RuPaul? Greta Thunberg?

On top of this, Pfizer executive Jordan Tristan Walker was recently caught on film stating that his company is considering deliberately mutating the COVID virus in order to pre-emptively develop a vaccine to fight future strains…and, coincidently, to continue to make unprecedented profits doing so.

Then, when he was subsequently confronted by Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe, he first claimed he himself was a “liar,” and then attacked O’Keefe, snatching his iPad and throwing it to the ground.

And I’m supposed to allow an experimental gene-therapy pseudo-vaccine into my body made by a company led by a guy who apparently has no qualms about seeing the world’s population reduced by 50%?!! And another who said Pfizer is considering deliberately mutating the virus in pursuit of eternal relevance, power, and profits?

“Gee, I guess I’ll do it if you think it’s best!”

Not.
