New U.S. Navy Task Force To Combat Structural And Interpersonal Biases

 

            The United States will soon fully unleash a new naval task force, Task Force Navy One, or TF1N. What will this mighty force be charged with combatting? The rise of China? Russia? The Hermit Kingdom of North Korea? Iran? Global terrorism?

None of the above. The force was actually established “to combat discrimination in the Navy”-- by requiring its members to "advocate for and acknowledge all lived experiences and intersectional identities of every Sailor in the Navy." Every single one. No matter if he/she/they/xir/xie lived experience includes a proclivity for pedophilia, polyamory or a fondness for riding crops.

Task Force Navy One’s mission, one each and every sailor must accept, is to "address the issues of racism, sexism and other destructive biases and their impact on naval readiness." (I clearly see the Village People singing their 1979 hit In the Navy.)

A recent TF1N press release noted: "The task force will seek to promptly address the full spectrum of systemic racism, advocate for the needs of underserved communities, work to dismantle barriers and equalize professional development frameworks and opportunities within the Navy.”

It sure as hell won’t have any time left over to, say, protect the nation it’s supposed to serve. But that’s not important now. Though those in the force won’t be asked to recite the Pledge of Allegiance, they will be required to recite the TF1N Pledge, according to a report it recently released. Put your hand over your favorite body part and say it with me now:

As a key member of Task Force One Navy I will invest the time, attention and empathy required to analyze and evaluate Navy-wide issues related to racism, sexism, ableism and other structural and interpersonal biases.

I pledge to be actively inclusive in the public and private spheres where I live and work, and proactively encourage others to do the same.

I pledge to advocate for and acknowledge all lived experiences and intersectional identities of every Sailor in the Navy.

I pledge to engage in ongoing self-reflection, education and knowledge-sharing to better myself and my communities.

I pledge to be an example in establishing healthy, inclusive and team-oriented environments.

I pledge to constructively share all experiences and information gained from activities above to inform the development of Navy-wide reforms.

The report also conveyed instructions for how commanders are to interact with fellow Navy members:

At the command level, we need to: a. Start a dialogue with your superiors, peers and teams and listen to their personal stories and experiences. If we have not directly experienced racism, sexism, ageism, or other forms of discrimination, it is often difficult to realize they exist. However, they do exist in our Navy and country, and it is our responsibility to eliminate them. b. Keep the conversation going. Practice inclusion every day by integrating Sailor and civilian perspectives in early stages of problem-solving and idea generation. In each meeting you have and problem you tackle, include all perspectives to gather varied points of view that will help you make the best decision.

It is the Navy’s job to eliminate all forms of discrimination in the country? What about the massive surge in cancel culture and the overt attacks on conservatives? Will it be tasked with bombing Silicon Valley?

The Task Force Navy One leadership has even created recommendations related to the naming of buildings, streets and ships. I can’t wait for the commissioning of the USS Pangender, the USS Caitlyn Jenner, and the USS RuPaul. (“We’re coming at you big boys! Are those 50-caliber guns on your deck or are you just happy to see us?!”)

Go back and reread the first stanza of the TF1N Pledge. Please. Notice that it lists “ableism” as one of the “structural and interpersonal biases” that need to be dealt with. Ableism! In the military! Yes, the fact that someone is highly skilled at piloting a ship, landing an aircraft, analyzing radar and sonar returns or targeting weapons systems is no reason for them to be given the job over another who happens to be utterly incompetent. That would be ableist, unfair and non-inclusive!

Not to be left behind, the U.S. Army is also leaving behind traditional norms and will go woke or go broke. Starting later this month, women in the United States Army will be permitted to wear ponytails, earrings, lipstick, and nail polish while in their combat uniform. And so will the men, I’m sure. Or at least those that claim to be women. Push-up bras, crotchless panties, Ben-Wa balls and genital piercings will most likely also be allowed as long as they aren’t visible to other sailors during active duty drills or wartime combat missions.

Straights, gays, lesbians, transgenders, pan-genders, etc., all sharing the same ship or general quarters, wearing whatever they want? What could be less confusing and more conducive to focus and team building, right?

Studies Show Westerners Getting Dumber

 

Recent studies have shown that I.Q. scores have been declining in Western nations for decades. Evan Horowitz, director of research and communication at FCLT Global, wrote a post for nbcnews.com in which he stated: “A range of studies using a variety of well-established IQ tests and metrics have found declining scores across Scandinavia, Britain, Germany, France and Australia.” Horowitz added that this plunge in cognitive ability could well lead to “fewer scientific breakthroughs, stagnant economies and a general dimming of our collective future.” Duh.

These findings have led some to issue dire predictions of a general dumbing down of certain selective populations. “Global dumbing” as I call it, though the rising idiocy appears to be concentrated in the West. Perhaps “intellect change” would be a more inclusive and palatable term. I have previously written about this emerging phenomenon/escalating crisis, and it was rather prophetically parodied in the 2006 movie “Idiocracy.”

So, is it true? Are we getting dumber? The studies themselves would appear to provide empirical evidence that this is indeed the case, but perhaps we should look at some anecdotal evidence, as well.

 Popular television shows from the early days of the medium included “Gunsmoke,” “Perry Mason,” “Night Gallery” and “The Twilight Zone.” Popular television shows in recent years include “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” “The Bachelor,” “Jersey Shore” and “The Masked Singer.” Doh!

Well, how about music? Can we trace Cardi B’s musical lineage back to, say, Bach or Amadeus? Sinatra?

Okay, let’s look at the arts. Can earlier depictions of the Virgin Mary, such as Raphael’s The Alba Madonna, compare to Chris Ofili’s 1996 version?  

So how about politics? Surely Barack Obama and Joe Biden, Tony Blair and Gordon Brown are on par with Washington and Lincoln, Disraeli and Churchill. No?

What about architecture? Big Ben, the Statue of Liberty, the Vanderbilt Mansion, the Golden Gate Bridge and St. Louis’ Gateway Arch all must have their modern-day counterparts, correct? Oh well, we’re damn good at making Wal-Marts!  

Come to think of it, we haven’t been back to the moon in over 48 years, either.

Circa 1960 we thought anything was possible. And shortly thereafter people envisioned a Jetsons-like society of the future. Perhaps sadly—and certainly ironically—after decades of progressivism, we are now laser-focused on how many genders there may be…and if our breakfast foods are racist.

Ergo, based on the preponderance of the evidence, it is true.

Acronyms Now Racist

 

Acronyms are racist, too. Yes, acronyms.

 Sam Bass, the San Francisco Unified School District Arts Department Director, says the use of acronyms furthers white supremacy. Which is why the organization is changing its name from the acronym “VAPA,” for “Visual and Performing Arts,” to the blander “SFUSD Arts Department.”

“We are prioritizing antiracist arts instruction in our work,” Bass said. “It is a very simple step we can take to just be referred to as the SFUSD Arts Department for families to better understand who we are.” Places where visual and performing arts occur, perhaps?

Director Bass believes that the abundance of acronyms in the education field “often tends to alienate those who may not speak English.” Apparently, Bass was awakened to the evil of acronyms by a decades old paper titled  “White Supremacy Culture” by Tema Okun of National-Louis University, who managed to ascertain that “our culture perpetuates racism when things continue to be written down in a certain way.” Literary and historical continuity perpetuates racism? And I thought it added to consistency and comprehension. 

And anyway, isn’t SFUSD itself an acronym? Well, maybe. Whereas an acronym is a noun meaning “an abbreviation formed from the initial letters of other words and pronounced as a word, such as “NASA,” it is simultaneously a blanket term that can also encompass initialisms. An initialism is a phrase indicated by abbreviating the first letter of each word in it, but it is unpronounceable as a unique word. Instead, initialisms are pronounced by saying each letter of the word individually. LGBTQ and FBI would be examples.

 

The first acronyms were telegraphic code developed for the United Press Association in 1879. The code abbreviated “Supreme Court of the United States” as SCOTUS and “President of the...” as POT, which gave way to POTUS by 1895. After World War II (WWII), the use of acronyms and initialisms became much more common. But now, like almost everything else, they may soon be forbidden.

 

WTF? IMO this is nuts. How can an “abbreviation formed from the initial letters of other words” be a vehicle for white supremacy? Things have really gotten FUBAR.

 

 

 

 

 

 

To Democrats, Unity Equals Repression

 

Democrats really do want “unity”…as long as it’s achieved through the total elimination of their political and ideological opposition. They are tolerant, in the sense that they allow women to have penises, and men to have vaginas. Hell, they’ll let you pick any one of a vast panoply of genders. They’ll tout gay marriage as equally beneficial, covenantal, and holy as heterosexual unions…if not more so. You can be any gender, color, or species you like, burn down buildings (as long as they are not theirs), loot and steal…and still be a victim. Diversity is our strength and highest value, right? But, disagree with any of this, and you are worse than Hitler. You are anathema that must be erased.

 You see, Democrats also believe we all must hold the exact same opinions on spending, taxes, environmental policy, the economy, equality, the Bill of Rights/Constitution, the size and composition of government, history, past leaders, the role of religion, abortion, civil rights, healthcare, mask wearing, vaccines, lockdowns, BLM, Antifa, mail-in ballots, election integrity, sustainable energy, climate change, border walls, foreign policy, etc., etc. To channel a former president, they want to make one thing perfectly clear: while we all should have our choice of a limitless number of sexes, of which there are really only two, diversity of the perception and thought that makes us human, is bad. That’s why conservatives must be silenced, cancelled, re-educated, or eliminated.

I ask you one question: what would the founders do if they were alive today and facing this kind of insanity and oppression? Can you imagine Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Ilhan Omar or AOC telling George Washington, John Adams or Thomas Jefferson how they-- and their supporters—must think and behave? Good Lord! They took on the largest military and most powerful navy the world had ever known to that point…even though they didn’t have either themselves! And they did this because they weren’t being properly represented. Their voices were being ignored or mocked. Sound familiar?   

To today’s Democratic Party leaders, freedom is scary, truth is the enemy, and repression equals unity.

George Washington said, “If freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.” What would he have said to Mark Zuckerberg or Jack Dorsey? “Which way to the slaughterhouse?”

John Adams wrote, “A Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever.” I, for one, would like to have seen him “debate” Pelosi, Schumer, Omar or Ocasio-Cortez.  

Thomas Jefferson, supposedly the founder of the Democratic Party, once noted: “I have sworn on the altar of God, eternal hostility to all forms of tyranny over the minds of man.” Today’s Democrats could not have moved any further from that belief. I wonder what Jefferson would tell Biden and company if he were alive today?

I swear, on the altar of God, I would love to know.

Breast Milk, Chest Milk

 

United Kingdom health officials recently directed nurses at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS (National Health Service) Trust to quit using the terms “breast milk” and “breastfeeding.” According to a 19-page document cited by Sky News on February 10^th, the health care centers instructed nurses in prenatal units to use more gender-inclusive phrases such as “human milk,” “chest milk,” and “milk from a feeding parent” in order to be more inclusive and welcoming to “trans and non-binary birthing people.”

The hospital system also urged its health care professionals to avoid the terms “mothers” and “women” unless called for in specific cases. The new guidelines suggested they use gender-neutral terms such as “parents” and “people” instead.

The hospitals tweeted: “Today we are launching the UK’s first clinical and language guidelines supporting trans and non-binary birthing people. We are proud to care for trans and non-binary people.”

The Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS also released a statement proudly noting: “As midwives and birth workers, we focus on improving access and health outcomes for marginalized and disadvantaged groups.” And to hell with anyone else. Just kidding, they didn’t actually say that.

“Midwives,” though? How backward and non-woke is that?! Shouldn’t that term, too, be shit-canned in favor of, say, “midpartners,” “midpeople,” “midthey.” Or perhaps “midpeople helping support trans and non-binary birthing people?” Much better, no?

Twice, in fact. But, hell, why not milk it for all it’s worth? It’s good to keep abreast of current events.

But I do not want to be too flippant about this. It is a very slippery—and dangerous-- path we go down when we deliberately and wantonly disassociate gender, sex, and their accompanying physical attributes from procreation and child-raising. If people who can’t give birth (because they are men) are referred to as “birthing people” and those who can’t impregnate women (because they are women and lack a penis and the ability to produce semen) are referred to as a “man” or “father” we are nearing the point of rendering language moot. To say nothing of thought, logic or reason. And life itself.

This insistence on overturning reality will prove to be very harmful to the family over time. And, since the family is the most important building block of any society, this, in turn, will be extremely damaging to the nation as a whole.

In this case, tolerance is not a virtue, but a curse.

Biden Policies Putting Americans Last

 

President Biden was very busy his first week in office: eliminating jobs, angering a friendly border nation, appeasing enemies, threatening any and all domestic opposition, reattaching his nation to a ridiculous “climate accord,” ensuring men can play women’s sports and use their locker-rooms and bathrooms, and otherwise attempting to inflict as much harm on the nation he leads as humanly possible in such a short time span.

Biden let Dr. Fauci make the announcement that his administration is ending the Trump Administration’s Mexico City Policy Agreement and will thereby once again commit the U.S. to begin using federal tax dollars, more commonly known as American taxpayer’s money, to pay for abortions in foreign countries. We know American colonists became enraged when king George III taxed them without granting them representation. Today, the large majority of Americans don’t wish to have their money taken from them to pay for the killing of diminutive foreigners. Seems logical. Even moral. But what recourse do they have?

Reports also surfaced that the nascent Biden Administration was planning to administer the coronavirus vaccine to terrorist suspects at Guantánamo Bay-- including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who has boasted of masterminding the 9/11 attacks that killed roughly 3,000 Americans in 2001-- in a matter of days. Don’t worry about granny or fret about your spouse, just celebrate the fact that we are taking good care of those that killed so many of us and would do so again in a heartbeat. “America First” is out with the bad old Orange Man! Yay! After pressure from some congressional Republicans, the pentagon has now apparently decided to postpone vaccinating the Gitmo detainees until more American citizens have been inoculated.

What does the president’s press secretary, Jen Psaki, have to say about all of this? Not much, really. She’s too busy ducking questions to have time to answer them. When asked a question about alleged Biden family grift, she responded by saying, “The president is committed to ensuring we have the most ethically vigorous administration in history.” Right. Now tell us the one about the three bears.

Biden’s deputy press secretary, T.J. Ducklo, recently announced that news organizations tracking in “conspiracy” will no longer be allowed in the White House. This essentially means that the administration will look to ban conservative media from the briefing room. Ducklo, however, even more recently resigned due to backlash from his threatening to “destroy” a female reporter who questioned him regarding a personal matter.*

Yes, prohibit news outlets and reporters with whom you disagree from getting a chance to query you! That is the very essence of democracy! Also, it will make it a lot easier to appear “ethically vigorous” if you aren’t ever challenged about such things.

Hi all! Remember, you get Double the Fun™ with Democrats! Not just one, but two impeachments of former President Trump. You get to wear not one, but two masks, possibly for perpetuity. You get two presidents for the price of one! And often hear President Biden espouse two sides to any issue, even though you know which one he will actually choose. (See the previous sentence.)  You get two sets of rules and two different approaches to justice, depending on your political beliefs! White, Christian, doing okay? You’ll be sorry for all of those sins. Transgendered, mulatto, bisexual, atheist transvestite? You are a hero! We’ll double your votes…and promise to pack the court with twice the number of Supreme Court Justices as currently exist. By Godlessness, if we prevail, we might even be able to promise you two Americas, one red, one blue. One just for us, one just for you!

 

Biden To Make Military Stand Down To Purge Extremists

            President Harris’ Biden’s Defense Secretary, Lloyd Austin, recently ordered military-wide stand-downs pausing regular activity to “address white nationalism” in the ranks and rid the military of “extremists and racists.” Neither Austin nor anyone in the Pentagon bothered to say how “extremism” will be defined or dealt with. Perhaps anyone who voted for Donald J. Trump will be given a dishonorable discharge…or be summarily executed.

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby told reporters, “We don’t know how we’re going to be able to get after this in a meaningful, productive, tangible way and that is why he had this meeting today and that is why he certainly ordered this stand-down.” Well that certainly clears things up and inspires confidence.

Are there plans to rid the military of Muslim extremists? Christians? Jews? White people? Patriots? Those who wish to defend the Constitution? Those who know how to shoot a gun? What a slap in the face—again—to those who serve. First the Bite Me administration makes the National Guard hang out in drafty parking ramps and now this? We are going to end up with a military force composed entirely pf transgenders, members of the LGBTQIIA+ community, and socialists. The military will soon resemble the San Francisco City Council. And it will be about as effective.

But at least there won’t be any “extremists” in it.

Tampa Mayor Threatens Mask-Less Buccaneers Fans

 

One might think that the mayor of a city whose major professional sports team just won a championship would be excited to share in the celebration. Think again. Tampa Mayor Jane Castor threatened citizens and others who celebrated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ victory in Super Bowl LV sans mask. The Democrat ruler warned that the mask-less revelers would be identified by the Tampa Police Department…who would then “handle” the situation. Ahh. As in, “Ve have vays of…how you say?...solving the problem once and for all, ya?” If the mask-less fans were also carrying “Trump” signs or sporting “MAGA” hats Castor might have had them shot on sight.

Castor, who callously and non-inclusively labeled fans without masks as “bad actors,” averred that “Everyone knows that simply wearing a mask dramatically reduces the spread of COVID-19.” Which is simply not true. If that were definitively the case, we wouldn’t all still be wearing masks nearly a year after we were first told to do so.

The mainstream media shared Castor’s professed concern and high dudgeon for those who had the temerity to leave their breathing apparatus unburdened while celebrating their hometown team’s improbable victory, even outdoors. Disgraced former CBS News anchor Dan Rather even questioned whether it was “responsible” to air commercials that showed mask-less individuals. This is remarkably ironic given the fact that these same mainstream media outlets joyously celebrated the burning and looting of America’s cities by BLM and Antifa members, many of whom were mask-less, for several consecutive months this past summer.

A question for leftist tyrants: is a mask-less NFL fan worth less than a mask-less BLM or Antifa member? Is failure to wear a mask a more heinous offense than destroying public monuments and statuary, and burning down private businesses?

If so, riddle me this: would you treat a mask-compliant Trump supporter pulling down a statue of Nancy Pelosi better than a mask-less BLM or Antifa member celebrating their team’s championship? Hmm?
