Woman Who Was Raped Gets Harsher Sentence Than Her Rapist

According to the New York Post, “A German woman was handed down a harsher sentence than a convicted rapist after she called him a ‘disgraceful rapist pig.’ Maja R, 20, was jailed for a weekend after she was found guilty of defaming the man, who was one of nine attackers who had gang-raped a 15-year-old girl in a Hamburg park four years earlier, according to reports. The man had only been given a suspended sentence and served no time in prison due to his age, the New Zealand herald reported.”

Deutschland ist tot. Und böse.

Ms. Maja sent the rapist messages via WhatsApp, including one that read, “Aren’t you ashamed when you look in the mirror?” She also apparently called him a “disgraceful rapist pig” and a “disgusting freak.”

“Disgraceful rapist pig?” To describe someone who took part in a gang-rape of a 15-year-old girl? That is far too mild of an epithet, far too polite. How about “satanic monster?” Will the German authorities now want to jail me? Back when I was in school, a very popular saying was, “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.” Today, insane “authorities” are claiming words may hurt more than rape.

According to the Post, “A court spokesperson told local media that Maja R.’s hostility was emblematic of the country’s lingering anger over the rape case, even four years later.” A German court was worried about Maja R.’s hostility?! After she was gang-raped?! If the German people truly no longer wished to be complicit with evil, they would rise up and vanquish their pathetic and immoral leaders, through the ballot box, peaceful protests, or continual shaming.

The spokesperson added that the case had “reached a new, worrying level of intensity,” and described the criticism as “a targeted attack on the rule of law.” Criticism of a gang-rape is a targeted attack on the rule of law?! What about the gang-rape itself?! Meine liebe Gott in himmel, is gang-rape not an attack on the rule of law?!

The Post article also noted that calling someone an “idiot” in Germany can result in a prison sentence of up to two years.

Idiots. Every one of the disgraceful rapist pig supporters and disgusting freaks that were involved in this monumental miscarriage of justice should be ashamed to look in the mirror.

The end result of a society in which criminals are considered victims-- and are treated better than those they have raped, robbed, and murdered-- is too obvious to require elaboration, as Paul Harvey might say.

What kind of society values the entitled more than the grateful? What kind of society values those who loot, rape, and destroy more than those who create, protect, and build? Answer: the kind of society that is destined to be destroyed in the very near future.
