A Brace In Your Face:
*Leftists (today read Democrats)
purport to be appalled that a U.S. border
control agent might not be sufficiently welcoming to an illegal alien
attempting to enter the United States. If one agent is seen with the reins to
his horse dangling
down, they immediately assume a migrant is being mercilessly whipped. Yet they
have absolutely no problem with images of Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)
trampling innocent legal protesters—Canadian citizens-- with horses and
beating them with clubs, etc. Amazing. I should say sickening. And frightening.
*Four
in 10 people do not feel confident about using numbers in their everyday lives,
a survey
published by the Association of British Insurers (ABI) has found. Research for
the same survey also found that one in five (20%) would avoid jobs that involve
using numbers often. Moreover, more than a third (37%) said that having easier
access to online numeracy tools would help them, and a quarter (25%) feel that
clearer explanations would increase their confidence in dealing with numbers.
Four in 10 aren’t confident about using numbers in their everyday lives?

like, over 50%, right?
