Diamond And Silk Censored

            And the flames leapt higher.

            The book burners are back.

Diamond and Silk, two African-American ladies who support President Trump, have apparently had their page censored by Facebook, dramatically reducing their reach. The duo queried Facebook as to why the company took the action and claim to have received this response: “The policy team has come to the conclusion that your content and your brand have been determined to be unsafe to the community.” They say the tech behemoth also noted that its “decision is final, and it is not appeal-able in any way.”
The ladies Facebook page was created in December of 2014, and has received millions of visits, most since the inauguration of President Trump. Apparently, this is what was deemed “unsafe to the community.” You-Tube recently demonetized the duo’s videos, as well, costing them potential income. You-Tube has also banned a number of videos from Dennis Prager’s PragerUniversity. Mr. Prager is an intelligent, soft-spoken, mild-mannered, articulate defender of free speech whose videos never contain violence, sex or profanity. Yet leftist crackpots are allowed to utilize social media to post vile, obscenity-laden tirades threatening physical harm to conservatives. Users are allowed to watch ISIS behead someone, or observe other brutal acts as they unfold, but are often prohibited from seeing someone calmly and rationally challenge the prevailing orthodoxy as regards abortion or transgender bathrooms. Unbelievable. Or it should be. Arbitrarily abridging or negating one’s right to freedom of speech is unconstitutional and therefore criminal.
Nevertheless, conservatives on social media routinely get “shadow-banned,” their content blocked from the online community in such a way that they do not even realize it. In fact, there is a good chance you are not reading this right now, due to the very same bias and censorship, in which case I’m simply talking to myself and this has all been for naught…precisely the aim of the giant social media thought-killers.
Progressives don’t care for black folks—or any others-- who stray from the mental and physical plantations they have so correctly and generously provided.
Welcome to the new Salem. Hail the new witch hunts. Take a seat, the trials are now proceeding. You might want to hang around for a spell, the executions will soon be coming.

Students Suspended For Legal Activities Away From School

Two New Jersey high school students were suspended for five days after they posted pictures on Snap-chat of legal firearms being used at a private gun range. The pictures had the benign caption, “fun day at the range.” According to the Lacey Township High School handbook, students can be suspended for up to one year if they are “reported to be in possession of a weapon of any type, for any reason or purpose, whether on or off school grounds.”
That’s as asinine, impracticable…and chilling…as it gets. So, the school--or school district-- believes it has the power to arbitrarily overrule the Constitution of the United States and randomly take away its student’s rights? This has nothing whatsoever to do with the school or its grounds, and it still thinks it can reach into people’s private homes and lives and dictate what is and is not “allowed?!”
The junior high school I attended once tried to tell me—and my father—that he “couldn’t” take me out of school for a half-day to attend the local major-league baseball team’s home opener one spring. That did not end well for anyone employed or attached to said school. In general, in a government versus family contest, the family must prevail, or the society is doomed.
Will schools soon suspend students for posting pictures of themselves in cars, or engaged with other implements that kill more people each year than firearms do? Will kids be kicked out of school for hunting, wielding a baseball bat, bass fishing, attending a Charlie Daniels concert, or eating at Chick-fi-la? Don’t laugh. None of these are any more outrageous examples of tyranny than the recent action of Lacey Township High School.
If a school believes it can regulate completely legal activities occurring outside of its grounds, based purely on its own particular likes and dislikes, then it can tell kids—and by extension their families and friends—what they can eat, watch, do, and who they can meet, date, sleep with…or vote for.
Wake up, people! Do not go gentle into that good night, where freedom dies and wrong is right.
Rage, rage, against the dying of the light!

Al Sharpton's Half-Brother Arrested

Kenneth Glasgow, reportedly the half-brother of the "Reverend" Al Sharpton, is a member of The Ordinary People Society (TOPS) and is active in homeless and community ministry.  He participated in the March for Our Lives rally on March 24th, where he took the stage to make an impromptu speech deploring gun violence. Ironically, on March 26th, he was arrested and charged with capital murder in Alabama after a passenger in the car he was driving shot and killed a 23-year-old woman in another car.
Oops. I hate that when that happens.
Apparently, an acquaintance asked Glasgow, 52, a community activist and pastor, to help him find his stolen car. As they were driving around, Glasgow’s acquaintance allegedly opened fire on the woman, believing her to be the person who stole his car, a claim the now-deceased woman’s mother disputes.
Alabama law holds that a person is legally accountable for a crime committed by another if “1) he procures, induces, or causes such other person to commit the offense; or 2) he aids or abets such other person in committing the offense; or 3) having a legal duty to prevent the commission of the offense, he fails to make an effort he is legally required to make,” according to online reports.
As of March 27th, both Glasgow and his passenger were being held without bond, according to Houston County, Alabama jail records.
The track record of uber-morons shilling for leftist causes is breathtakingly bad. They are almost without exception hypocritical in the extreme, nearly unanimously wrong, and often deliberately malevolent.

California Conundrum

California has branded itself a “sanctuary” for illegal alien criminals. No matter how many times they’ve been deported or what crimes they’ve committed, California will shield these illegals from the uncaring Feds who’d like to know their whereabouts. Now that’s tolerance.
The formerly Golden State is also awash in homeless folks. Countless thousands roam the streets of its inner cities, where they defecate. A lot. So much, in fact, that an interactive map of San Francisco was created back in 2014 charting the locations where human excrement “incidents” have occurred. The map, dubbed “Human Wasteland,” tracks the specific locations of piles of fecal matter reported to the city’s police force during any given month by marking them with poop emojis. Perhaps, instead of being touted as “The City by the Bay,” San Francisco should be referred to as “The Shitter by the Bay.” California as a whole might now be more accurately called “The Brown State.”
California has literally gone to pot. The state recently legalized recreational marijuana use, and has been abuzz ever since.
And now a judge has ruled that businesses selling coffee must soon warn their customers that the beverage may be harmful to their health, due to acrylamide, a chemical that’s produced when coffee beans are roasted. The warning, mandated by the judge’s ruling in favor of the Council for Education and Research on Toxics, an organization that originally filed a lawsuit back in 2010, reads in part: “Chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive toxicity, including acrylamide, are present in coffee, baked goods, and other food or beverages sold here. Acrylamide is not added to our products, but results from cooking, such as when coffee beans are roasted, or baked goods are baked. As a result, acrylamide is present in our brewed coffee….”
So, drinking coffee, cooking and baking are bad for a person, but smoking marijuana is perfectly okay? Incredibly, California purports to be concerned about possible birth defects or reproductive issues, yet treats Planned Parenthood and other abortion “providers” as if they were the bedrock of society. It can’t stomach the thought of a citizen somehow being adversely affected by a cup of joe, but steadfastly harbors criminal aliens who consistently end up rearrested for robbery, aggravated assault, and sexual abuse.
How can this be?! You can’t make it up. This brings new meaning to the phrase “the pot calling the (coffee) kettle black.”
Maybe someday Californians will get tired of rising to the smell of marijuana and human dung.

Here’s hoping that they wake up and smell the coffee.

Al Gore, Rain Bombs, And Flying Rivers

Former vice-president Al Gore recently warned attendees of the Global Education and Skills Forum in Dubai that bizarre weather phenomenas such as “rain bombs” and “flying rivers” are starting to occur due to climate change. Gore is the founder and chairman of The Climate Reality Project, a “non-profit” organization devoted to solving the “climate crisis.”  Here is a personal, heartfelt tribute to the man who is always wrong. Yes, this one’s for you, Al:

Rain-bombs are falling on Maghreb
And just as my ego’s too
Bleepin’ big for my head
Nothing seems to fit

Those rain-bombs
Are falling on Maghreb
They keep falling
So I just did me some
Talking to The Hun
And I said I didn’t like the way
He gets things done
Tweeting on the job

Oh, those rain-bombs
Are falling on Maghreb
They keep fallin’
But there’s one thing I know
The rubes that don’t believe me
Won’t defeat me, it won’t be long
Till flying rivers
Will besiege thee

Rain-bombs keep falling on my head
But that doesn’t mean my ledger
Will soon be turning red
Lying’s set me free ‘cause
 I can stop the trains
By complaining
And charge any fee

So nothing’s worrying me

It won’t be long
Till flying rivers
Will besiege thee

Rain-bombs keep falling on my head
But that doesn’t mean my ledger
Will soon be turning red
Lying’s set me free ‘cause
I can fly on any planes
While complaining
And I fly for free

So nothing’s worrying me

Houston Councilwoman Berates Girl For Trump Tee

West University Place Councilwoman Kellye Burke was cited for disorderly conduct recently for allegedly screaming at a teenage girl wearing a “Trump: Make America Great Again” tee-shirt. Burke, a liberal elected official, yelled “Grab ‘em by the p---y, girls!” at a group of four teenagers waiting in line at a retail outlet to buy cookies for younger children at their church, KPRC-TV reported.
The father of the girl who dared to wear a tee-shirt supporting the president of the United States told local news that when the girls ignored Councilwoman Burke, she hollered the obscenity again. Then she started bellowing “MAGA! MAGA! MAGA!” while shaking her fist at them. The father of another said, “They were scared. They were absolutely scared. My little girl essentially wanted to know if this woman was going to hurt her.” Burke reportedly took a photo of The Girl in The Trump Tee before walking away. Nothing creepy there.
The girls were understandably shaken. University police referred the incident to the constable’s office, which filed a class C misdemeanor charge against the Councilwoman.
Burke is a member of “Moms Demand Action.” As a father and husband, this sounds like a sentiment I would heartily agree with, a movement I would strongly support. However, it turns out it’s the name of a group agitating for strict gun control. It is more than a little ironic that those who purport to want to end gun violence against children tend to berate those kids—at least those they haven’t aborted-- if they happen to be of a conservative bent. When it comes to those who disagree with them, they evince all the tolerance of Nikita Khrushchev addressing a vocal dissenter from The Party line.
Who in their right mind would publicly tell young girls buying cookies to grab them by the p---y? I mean, what the hell?! Clearly she was in her left(ist) mind. Maybe she knew they were being purchased for their fellow Christian church members, and that offended her.
As much as I despise vacuous politicians like Hillary Clinton, the policies of Barack Obama, or the fecklessness of John Kerry, I wouldn’t want them publicly shouted down-- or threatened—by an elected conservative politician…while they were in line to buy cookies. (Of course, that would never happen). That type of behavior is a sure recipe for the eventual destruction of a democratic republic.
Would Burke have debased the girl if she was wearing a tee-shirt supporting Barack Obama? Touting “Hope and Change?” Of course not. She might even have said something like “You go girl!” if the youth was wearing a “Planned Parenthood” shirt in support of the mass slaughter of innocent babies.
To paraphrase Thomas Jefferson: If Western societies think they can be ignorant, hypocritical, amoral and free, in a state of civilization, they believe in something that never was and never can be.

The Dictionary Of Progressive Expressions

Selections from the Dictionary of Progressive Expressions (or DOPE; also known as the Dictionary of Leftist Terms, or DOLT):

*”conservative:” troglodyte

*”constitutional:” things clearly legal, allowed because progressives like them

*”controversial:” anything that progressives don’t entirely agree with

*”diversity:” having more of the kind of people progressives like; this allows for partial, temporary bans on the participation by— or existence of-- straight white males

*”endangered species:” any of many valuable life forms threatened by capitalism’s rampant exploitation of our mother, the Earth; what progressives hope to make Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, and anyone to the right of Mao Zedong

*”equality:” arbitrarily, unjustly infringing on the rights of others to make up for real or perceived injustices those-- or other-- others may or may not have committed in the past

*”fairness:” arbitrarily taking from those who have more and giving to those who have less, regardless of the reason(s) for the discrepancy

*”far-right Republican:” any politician or citizen that isn’t pro-abortion, doesn’t believe there are innumerable genders, isn’t anti-gun, and does not want the federal government to provide total,  holistic cradle-to-grave care, including free contraception and sex toys, to citizens and illegal aliens alike

*”gender:” a bizarre, useless—and unknowable-- construct of the fading white, male patriarchy; there are now at least 63 recognized genders, though true progressives know that there are, as with  snowflakes, an infinite number of genders. Remember, no two genders are alike!

*”hate speech:” anything that progressives don’t agree with

*”inclusiveness:” the idea that any entity, club, organization, gathering or group must be comprised of exactly the same ratio of races, sexes, creeds, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities as the population as a whole. If this is impossible, then at least half of the entity, club, organization, gathering or group should be comprised of members of the LGBTQIA community.

*”marginalization:” the hurt inflicted on minorities by the unwillingness of many straight, white males to admit that people of color and members of the LGBTQIA community are superior to themselves in every respect

*”microagression:” an indirect, subtle, possibly unintentional statement, action, or incident considered to be potentially offensive or discriminatory to a marginalized and protected group, excluding white, heterosexual, Christian males. (for example, offering to let an African-American share your bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken)

*”moderate Democrat:” Bernie Sanders

*”progressive:” a person who is exalted, superior, elite… if they do say so themselves; they sometimes think, “if there was a God, we would be Her Chosen Ones”

*”spending cut:” slightly reducing the rate of increase in spending on something progressives like (also known as “slashing spending,” and “dismantling a program”

*”tolerance:” absolute acceptance of any thing, act, belief, or behavior, no matter how vile or destructive, including the absolute intolerance of any thing, act, belief, or behavior with which one disagrees, especially traditional ones.

*”triggers:” things that cause progressives to faint and/or cry out in anguish and/or run for the nearest safe house; almost anything (for example: the Ten Commandments, the Stars and Stripes, “Duck Dynasty,” the word “Trump,” Ben Shapiro, expectations, Chick-fil-a, firearms, one-gender bathrooms…)

*”unconstitutional:” things clearly illegal, not allowed because progressives do not like them

*”your truth:” can be any belief whatsoever, especially if it’s demonstrably untrue

CNN: JFK's Love Life Was "Legendary"

Incredibly, CNN recently promoted its upcoming documentary/mini-series “The Kennedys” by hailing JFK’s “legendary love life.” The 35th president was famous for his serial adultery. He had an affair with actress Judy Campbell, who was allegedly also concurrently canoodling with the head of the Chicago mafia. According to a 2012 Daily Mail story chronicling the incident, JFK forced an intern to publicly perform oral sex on his assistant while in the White House swimming pool. He regularly swam naked in the same pool with two girls his Secret Service officers dubbed “Fiddle and Faddle.” Kennedy cheated on his wife with scores of women, many while in office. A friend of his, a Senator from Florida, once said: “Jack liked girls…he was a great chaser.” There is no doubt that in today’s #MeToo world he would be considered an odious sexual predator.
And yet, CNN refers to his “legendary” sex life? Immediately after painting President Trump as a monster for alleged affairs with a Playboy model and a porn star, years before he held public office? CNN should be in the dictionary as a synonym for hypocrisy. Jeff Zucker, head of CNN Worldwide, apparently has as much of a fixation for Karen McDougal and Stormy Daniels as JFK had for Fiddle and Faddle. CNN mentioned them more often than the recently enacted Omnibus Spending Bill or North Korean despot Kim Jong-Un, actually remarking that the former wasn’t as “photogenic” as McDougal or Daniels…something that could certainly be said about Little Rocket Man, as well.
To mainstream media outlets such as CNN, Kennedys and Clintons have “love lives,” whereas Trump and Republicans are vile, misogynistic womanizers. Watching-- and/or listening to-- sneering, Trump-hating anchors and “journalists” turns any fair person’s stomach. Those in the mainstream media have a mob mentality when bashing conservatives, but not, apparently, when reporting on a president who actually slept with someone who had mob ties.
Using “legendary love life” to describe repeated adulterous acts lends them a patina of glamor. (He came a lot in Camelot!).
CNN slams the NRA at every opportunity. Yet, it would probably tout an upcoming series on Chicago mobsters by referencing their “legendary” prowess with firearms, and Al Capone’s “remarkable dexterity” with a baseball bat. It would surely promote a series on notorious serial killers by noting Ed Gein’s “stunningly unique” line of home décor accessories.

And then it would refer to another “disgusting” and “unstable” tweet from Donald Trump, bigoted, misogynistic womanizer.

Disney Princesses And Planned Parenthood

“We need a Disney princess who’s had an abortion. We need a Disney princess who’s pro-choice. We need a Disney princess who’s an undocumented immigrant. We need a Disney princess who’s actually a union worker. We need a Disney princess who’s trans.”

So read the tweet from the Planned Parenthood office in Keystone, Pennsylvania.

The tweet was posted around 9:30 a.m. and taken down several hours later. But, prior to its removal, social media users shared captured screenshots of the post.
Planned Parenthood Keystone President and CEO Melissa Reed, in a statement provided to Fox News, said: "Planned Parenthood believes that pop culture - television shows, music, movies - has a critical role to play in educating the public and sparking meaningful conversations around sexual and reproductive health issues and policies, including abortion. We also know that emotionally authentic portrayals of these experiences are still extremely rare - and that's part of a much bigger lack of honest depictions of certain people's lives and communities. Today, we joined an ongoing Twitter conversation about the kinds of princesses people want to see in an attempt to make a point about the importance of telling stories that challenge stigma and championing stories that too often don't get told. Upon reflection, we decided that the seriousness of the point we were trying to make was not appropriate for the subject matter or context, and we removed the tweet."
A social media backlash quickly ensued, with one female tweeting: “We need a Disney princess who can stop my money from going to Planned Parenthood where they spend it on killing future princesses.” Just so.
Ms. Reed purports to want an honest depiction of “certain people’s” lives and communities? How ‘bout we start with Christians, since they are mercilessly mocked on nearly every television show and in nearly every popular movie? Or white male businessmen, relatively few of whom are the greedy, conniving, bigoted bastards portrayed in the mass media?
Ms. Reed, do you really want an “emotionally authentic” portrayal of abortion? If so, in many cases we would be watching a confused young woman allow someone to reach into her uterus to snuff out a life. A woman who may be “emotionally scarred,” haunted even, for the rest of her life.
Ms. Reed’s statement that, “the seriousness of the point we were trying to make” was not appropriate for the subject matter or context of Disney princesses is entirely disingenuous. She targeted Disney princesses for her social-engineering remarks specifically because animated children’s shows are the only remaining “entertainment” vehicles that haven’t already been totally given over to progressive’s views on sexuality and the “values” of the LGBTQIA community.
What’s next? Disney princesses who have sex with animals? The dead? Their fathers? Donald Trump? No, that last one they wouldn’t countenance, that would be “icky” and weird…but all the others would be “challenging stigma and championing stories that too often don’t get told.”
Planned Parenthood is, by definition, an existential threat to innocent life. It is therefore also an existential threat to morality on planet Earth, and to any nation founded on the belief in the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
What we really need is a Disney princess courageous enough to say just that.

Easter For This April's Fools

April Fool’s Day fell on Easter this year, for the first time since 1956 and only the twelfth time since the 1600’s.

While most Westerners well know the origins of Easter, or at least used to, historians don’t agree on the date “All Fool’s Day” originated. Some speculate that April Fools’ Day dates back to 1582, when France switched from the Julian calendar to the Gregorian calendar, as required by the Council of Trent in 1563. People who were slow to get the news or failed to recognize that the start of the new year had moved to January 1-- and continued to celebrate it during the final days of March through April 1-- became the butt of jokes and the victim of hoaxes.
Others believe that April Fool’s Day was tied to the vernal equinox, or first day of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, when Mother Nature often fooled people with changing, unpredictable weather. However, perhaps this belief is itself an elaborate hoax, as it seems unlikely that weather could have changed much back then, in the halcyon days before humans started spewing greenhouse gases into the atmosphere via Western industrial societies.
On April 1st, 1700, inveterate scamps and pranksters in England began popularizing the annual tradition of April/All Fool’s Day by playing practical jokes on each other. The gags included placing paper fish on other’s backs and referring to them as “poisson d’avril,” or April fish, marking them as gullible persons akin to young, easily caught fish.
Fast forward to 2018. It’s likely more young folks are familiar with the “traditions” and “meaning” of April Fool’s Day than are versed in Jesus’ crucifixion and subsequent resurrection. Perhaps more even “celebrate” All Fools Day. Certainly, more take part in Halloween activities. And, to the extent that many do look forward to Easter, it is for the same reason they look forward to Halloween: the anticipation of receiving candy. Easter egg hunts, chocolate bunnies, and pastel M&Ms.
Many in today’s hyper-secular culture worship themselves. (“We are the ones we’ve been waiting for!”). Many more worship at the altar of political-correctness. A growing number even claim to worship Satan.
Making others look like fools is one thing. But, in caring only about what we can get while ignoring the most meaningful sacrifice of all…we make ourselves into fools.
                May God help us all.
He’s already tried to…by offering us the gift of eternal salvation.
