Acosta Interviews An A.I.-Generated Image Of A Deceased Person

 

Incredibly, former CNN host Jim Acosta recently said that he had conducted an interview with an AI-generated version of Joaquin Oliver, a victim of the 2018 Parkland school shooting. Acosta was properly mocked for the distasteful endeavor. “Interviewing” a person long dead to put words in his mouth and push your own liberal agenda is beyond the pale, even for Acosta. Or damn well should be. Who is he going to “interview” next, George Floyd? Tawana Brawley? Jimmy Hoffa? Shameful.

Anyway, look for my soon to come interview with Brian Thompson, the United Health Care executive who was brutally murdered by now leftist hero/heartthrob Luigi Mangione. Moreover, in the near future I plan to interview AI-generated images of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and Winston Churchill! And holographic images of JFK and Ronald Reagan! Unlike Acosta, I promise I can pull them off, so don’t miss them!

Mass Shooting In Minneapolis Anything But Incomprehensible

Many folks, in and out of government, including Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara, have called the horrendous recent mass shooting at a Minneapolis Catholic school/church “incomprehensible.” It is part of the tragedy that this couldn’t be further from the truth.

Sadly, it is particularly comprehensible. In light of what has happened to our society in recent years, it was a certainty that the least stable among us would lash out in the most sickening and evil ways possible. Progressives’ long march through the institutions resulted in them having almost total control of government, media, corporate boardrooms, legal institutions…and, perhaps worst of all, academia. This in turn led to ever more shocking and disgusting “art,” television, movies, and literature. Technological advances such as the internet, smart phones, and “social” media have made this easily available to all, including young children. Modern day teachers, many fresh from the hyper-woke universities, have pushed a secular and LGBTQ agenda in their schools. Almost ubiquitously. Drag Queen story hour replaced just plain story hour in schools, libraries, and churches. The Ten Commandments were first rendered suggestions and then mocked and dispensed with entirely. The percentage of folks identifying as Christians has plummeted as the percentage of those identifying as LGBTQ has skyrocketed. Especially among our youth. And especially those claiming to be transgender. Our hate-stream media has aided and abetted the Democrat Party-- and its sycophantic remoras in academia-- in insisting that America is a hateful place, never great, filled with bigots and homophobes. And that, essentially, 40% or so of Americans are Hitler-loving fascist deplorables. (In doing so, they have ironically demonized political opposition in the name of “saving our democracy.”) These “progressives” have made it clear they favor immigrants, even (or especially) illegal ones, over American citizens. They have chipped away at our First Amendment rights and are going hard at our Second Amendment rights…among others. They disdain the Constitution and all those that set the country on its course to become the freest, richest, and most generous the world has ever known. They promote death in the form of abortion and euthanasia. They denigrate police and law enforcement and try to defund them. Which leads to more death, as occurred in Minneapolis at the Annunciation Catholic School. Corollary: it is no wonder that the vast majority of mass shootings occur in areas where firearms are banned. But how can that be? Well, criminals don’t obey laws (as none of those who are here illegally do, either).

And so you have 26 people shot in Minneapolis in two days. Maybe it is the new Chicago.

And people like former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey mocked prayer and worried about the affect the slaughter would have on the “trans community.” Just like the shooter, apparently.

Worse yet, Mary Margaret Olohan of The Daily Wire reported that Gov. Walz was specifically asked for more money for “school safety in nonpublic schools”…back in 2023. Olohan stated that Tim Benz, the president of MINNDEPENDENT and Jason Adkins, the executive director of the Minnesota Catholic Conference, informed the governor of an “urgent and critical need in Minnesota to make sure our schools are secure and safe” in light of “recent, and continuing attacks, on our schools in this country and in our state.” Walz, Minnesota’s inimitably bizarre governor, did not act on that request for $50 million to address the issue. Even though he has blown through the surplus he inherited and has authorized nearly unlimited expenditures in the course of making Minnesota a sanctuary state for abortion, illegal aliens…and trans folks and their medical procedures.

Nice? Nope. Anything but. Democrats are simultaneously—and zealously-- embracing crime and criminals, illegals, secularism, and radical Islam. In other words, evil. This cannot-- and will not-- end well for anyone. “Evil” is a bit strong you say? Various trans “social” media sites are alive with folks applauding the targeting of Christians, the slaughter of children.

Like a drunk unwilling to recognize his addiction, if we continue to refuse to acknowledge the evil among us, we have no chance of defeating it.

I want to know: what would Frey, Walz, and the rest of the insane clown posse progressive bunch do if a trans person shot up a Mosque? Or if an illegal Muslim immigrant shot up a bar frequented by trans folks? Which would be worse in their eyes? Why?

Why, indeed? Why is any/all of this happening?

Demography is destiny. You get what you tolerate. All that is needed for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing. Period.

 

  

Neil deGrasse Tyson: If There Is A Creator, He Is Pretty Stupid

The headline read: “If We Really Did Have a ‘Creator,’ He Certainly Wouldn’t Have Been Very intelligent.”

Say what?!

The headline-- and story-- were on a site called The Daily Galaxy, of which I know nothing. But the piece and its banner were spawned by a remark Neil deGrasse Tyson made during one of his many public talks/interviews. At one point, Tyson actually stated, “If we had a creator, I’d have to say that the creator is pretty stupid.” Unlike Neil deGrasse Tyson Himself, of course. I mean, he’s brilliant.

Tyson also magnanimously stated: “I have no problems, if as we probe the origins of things, we bump up into the bearded man. If that shows up…we good to go, okay. Not a problem.” (Apparently “the bearded man” is his term for an alleged God/the Creator.) What a guy! Old Neil is “okay” with potentially bumping up into evidence of a supreme being. Tyson says that is “not a problem!” If a godlike figure actually exists, Tyson has given him His blessing!

But the astrophysicist has often argued in his various public appearances that any evidence of intelligent design is far from convincing.

The Daily Galaxy: “Tyson’s central argument lies in the observation that many features of the human body seem illogical or inefficient. A frequently cited example is the recurrent laryngeal nerve, which takes an unnecessarily long detour from the brain to the voice box by looping around the aorta. This awkward path makes sense only in the context of evolutionary history, where the nerve’s route was shaped by anatomical changes over time. Similarly, Tyson points out that the esophagus and trachea, responsible for transporting food and air respectively, intersect in a way that makes choking a constant risk — a dangerous design flaw in an allegedly perfect system.”

In other words, Tyson the scientist would not have made such an obvious blunder.

Tyson also believes the human birth canal is too narrow relative to the size of a baby’s head, which would be a sign of incompetence in an alleged designer. Yet he believes these imperfections are not, in fact, mistakes, but logical outcomes of a non-directed process. He has stated: “There’s no intelligent design, because if there were, we wouldn’t have to breathe and eat through the same hole in our neck.” Well, there are actually two “holes,” Neil, a trachea and an esophagus, had you paid closer attention in anatomy class. Science, you know. Can’t be wrong.

So, Tyson believes if we really did have a “Creator,” He would have been an idiot. The One who created us—and the universe—all things, was probably not very bright, says the Science Guy/expert. What does this say about Tyson’s intelligence? His ego? Morality? Many of today’s “scientists?” (See also Dr. Fauci.)

Nonetheless, this is one of my favorite headlines of all time, for the sheer preposterous idiocy of its zealously implied scientific insight and brilliance.

Sure, if there is a Creator, He made the universe, planets, stars, all life on Earth, created time, the concepts of beauty, duty, honor, courage, integrity, compassion, romance, and empathy. Sure, He made roses, tigers, puppies and kittens, glorious lakes, rivers, and oceans, sunsets and the northern lights, imbued in us the talent for architecture, medicine, music, and writing, gave us oxygen, the ability to perceive color and ponder our existence, and the sexual complimentarity that simultaneously creates, excites, bonds, and defines us…but I think He mighta screwed up on the trachea and esophagus thing!

Perhaps it is this aspect of Tyson’s thinking that is illogical or inefficient. Or in error.

 

 

 

Christians Slaughtered In Minneapolis...You Know The Rest

 

Evil defeated tolerance again yesterday, in George Floyd’s hometown of Minneapolis. Just days after the Democratic National Committee held its “Summer Camp” in the Minneapple, with a speaker remarking that most Americans don’t care about migrant crime or carjackings, a “trans” person shot and killed two children and injured 17 other people at a Catholic school in the city. 23-year-old Robert Westman, who changed his name to “Robin” Westman 6 years ago because he identified as a female, eventually turned a gun on himself after the extended bout of senseless carnage. Westman (wonder why he didn’t change his last name, too) reportedly had a series of video manifestos, since taken down by YouTube. In one, he stabs a knife into what appears to be a drawing of a church layout. The alleged manifesto also depicted a trans flag reading “defend equality.” Some of his guns reportedly had anti-Christian phrases on them. One read, “Kill Donald Trump.”

Of course, the mainstream media will use this tragedy to lobby for the repeal of our Second Amendment rights, though this slaughter could’ve been mitigated or potentially even prevented had one of the adults in the Annunciation Church and Catholic School had a firearm of their own and the requisite courage to use it to defend the innocent. But of course these mass killings keep happening at soft targets, places where guns are banned from the premises. Tragic coincidence, huh? Former Obama White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki went so far as to take to ‘X’ to take a shot at President Trump, stating: “When kids are getting shot in their pews at a catholic school mass and your crime plan is to have national guard put mulch down around DC maybe rethink your strategy.” Democrats are hell-bent…on cornering the market for mental illness. How low can they go? There appears to be no limit. Unless, perhaps, it is Tartarus, the pit of Hades.

Sadly, trans violence has become an epidemic. Violent trans people are turning the beauty of the Song of Solomon, about true love and the complimentarity of the two sexes, into the Song of Slaughter as they lash out in their feverish attempt to blur the divine distinction between sexes. Even though, for the most part, they have been welcomed and feted as a part of the LGBTQ community (PRIDE!), deep down most realize that their assertions about who they are are at odds with religious teaching… and reality. And so they lash out in unspeakable ways, to punish others for their beliefs. They need help, not validation. One cannot validate a lie. And trying to do so isn’t compassion, it is malice.

Yet Progressives will say, “It's too bad that the two children were killed and the 17 others injured, but what really matters is that we don’t misgender the mass shooter! That would be immoral, especially posthumously! Speaking of mental illness.

Definitionally, “trans” is a prefix with Latin roots, whose meanings include “across,” “beyond,” “through,” “on the other side of,” and “changing thoroughly.”

Changing thoroughly, as when Barack Hussein Obama repeatedly stated he wanted to “fundamentally transform America” and put it on the other side of what the founders intended. I myself am “beyond” pissed off at this nonsense. I am “through” with tolerating the hyper-secularism that is leading to the breakdown of our society. The belief in an infinite number of genders is insanity. The belief that one can’t tell men from women…but can define the other 71 or so genders is far beyond madness.

I am done with trans logic and trans reality. It would be better for us all if we put less effort into going “across,” and more into respecting a cross, such as the one to which Christ was nailed.

 

 

DNC's Summer Meeting Goes Off The Rails Like A Crazy Train

 

Meanwhile, in Minneapolis:

Insha Rahman, the vice president for advocacy and partnerships at the Vera Institute of Justice, made a shocking statement while speaking at the recent DNC summer meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She characterized President Trump’s crackdown on crime in Washington, D.C., as a “huge opportunity” for the Democratic Party. Say what?! But that wasn’t even the shocking statement.

Rahman stated: “Don’t take the bait and talk about migrant crime or carjackings or the things that actually don’t matter to that many Americans.” The epidemic of migrant crime and carjackings around the country “don’t matter to that many Americans?” I know that is not true, but perhaps those in the liberal coastal elite bubbles where prominent Democrats reside don’t care because it doesn’t affect them all that much.

Naturally, upon opening the meeting, a “land acknowledgment” was proclaimed, making it clear that Minneapolis, like most of the U.S., sits on stolen land…and that the United States still perpetuates a system of oppression and suppression.

Lindy Sowmick, treasurer of the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL) and self-described “Indigenous queer woman,” recited the acknowledgment, stating: “The DNC acknowledges and honors the Dakota Oyate – the Dakota people – who are the original stewards of the lands and waters of Minneapolis. The Dakota cared for the lands, lakes and the Wakpa Tanka – the ‘Great River,’ the Mississippi River – for thousands of years before colonization. This land was not claimed, or traded – it’s a part of a history of broken treaties and promises. And, in many ways, we still live in a system built to suppress Indigenous peoples’ cultural and spiritual history.” Stolen land acknowledgements are as ubiquitous in Minnesota as lakes and liberals. One was dutifully recited at my daughter’s graduation. You can’t walk into a library, drug store, school building or pot dispensary without encountering a sign acknowledging that the building(s) sit on stolen land.

Yet, apparently, Rahman and Sowmick were just warm-up acts for Minnesota’s own beloved Gov. “Tampon” Timmy Walz, who appeared to have a near complete mental breakdown during his speech at the Democrat’s end of summer soirée.

Walz: “Think of how easy it would be to be a damn Republican. Oh, what should I wear today? This stupid freaking red hat. What should I say today? I don’t know. Just make sure it’s cruel. Who do we listen to? That guy. Oh, the felon in the White House? Yeah, listen to him, and that will be fine.”

Walz continued, “Now he’s talking about burning flags. He’s going to have flag burning or whatever, because he knows there’s a hell of a lot of flags with his picture on them that are going to get burned.”

He then spoke longingly of a world devoid of Trump and his followers, saying: “We wouldn’t wake up every day to a bunch of shit on TV and a bunch of nonsense. We would wake up to an adult with compassion and dignity and vision and leadership doing the work, not a manchild crying about whatever’s wrong with him. May his fat ankles find something today.” The last an apparent reference to Trump’s documented chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) condition.

Incredibly, Democrats are now nearly universally pro-crime. Those like Rahman want to ignore (or foster) crime and put the focus on mental illness. Ironically, that would shine the light on themselves. Today’s “liberalism” (and concomitant Trump Derangement Syndrome) is a mental illness.

 

                              

Republicans Facing A Blue Wave In 2026?

 

I have repeatedly stated-- in this forum and elsewhere—that Republicans must not gloat over their rare and recent victory in the 2024 elections. The incumbent party typically loses numerous House and Senate seats in mid-term elections. Moreover, things can change fast. Unforeseen circumstances routinely arise. (See COVID-19.) Arrogance can turn many voters off. The mainstream media is 100.0% in the tank for Democrats, as is the education establishment and other institutions. The Deep State is ever lurking. And Democrats cheat…whenever and wherever they can. (Which is why they are so rabidly against the concept of requiring an I.D. to vote.)

Always remember: Democrats are outstanding at being evil (if nothing else), and Republicans are gifted at snatching defeat from the jaws of almost certain victory. I guess everybody needs a hobby.

I say this in light of a recent Newsweek opinion article I accidentally read, titled, “Republicans Look Set To Get Wiped Out in 2025 and 2026.” The piece was penned by David Faris, a professor of political science at Roosevelt University and the author of It's Time to Fight Dirty: How Democrats Can Build a Lasting Majority in American Politics. Faris is, how shall I put this, not exactly a rocket scientist…which is likely why he is a professor of political science. Memo to the nutty professor: Democrats have always fought dirty, especially now. Whether it be cancel culture, lies, hoaxes, physical assault (too many examples to list here) —and even assassination attempts (Ford’s Theater, Butler, PA?)—Democrats are quick to rally to violence and the dark arts. One of the few things Faris may have been right about is that Republicans could conceivably be defeated in the mid-term elections…if not actually “wiped out.” Several recent polls allegedly have President Trump’s approval ratings dropping, particularly amongst white voters. I don’t trust these polls, but…

Can it be that the majority of voters don’t care about rising real wages, lower inflation, lower national debt, good job growth, fairer world trade, wars ending by Trump-brokered deals, and a finally secure border…as much as they do about “mean” tweets, aggressive deportation of illegal alien criminals, and the continued non-transparency regarding the Epstein Files? If so, the country is finished. Absolutely finished. The Marxist-Muslim-Media Complex will have won. Permanently.

And it will be a pyrrhic victory, not just as regards the rest of us, but ultimately for the Marxist-Muslim-Media Complex, as well.

Because there is a corollary to “all boats rise with the tide.” And it is irrefutable.

That corollary? All boats fall with the tide, too.

And history shows that the tide goes out fastest when Marxists are in control…and the media is corrupt.

 

 

Call Me A Contarian

 

Apparently, some folks think I’m a bit of a contrarian. But I don’t believe them. In fact, they’re dead wrong.

Anyway, much of what many people think is hard to understand, I find easy to grasp. Conversely, much of what many people believe to be true, I find preposterous on its face.

For example, I didn’t believe Obama when he stated, “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor.” I didn’t believe the vaccines were safe… or that the actions taken by government-- allegedly for our safety-- would just be in force for “two weeks to flatten the curve.” I didn’t fall for the Russia Collusion Hoax. I didn’t believe the “very fine people on both sides” ruse. I didn’t believe Hunter’s laptop showed “all the hallmarks” of a Russian disinformation campaign. I didn’t believe the 2020 presidential election was one of the “most secure” and above-board in our nation’s history. The Chinese spy balloon was actually just a harmless weather balloon blown badly off course? Didn’t buy it. I didn’t believe Biden was as sharp as the proverbial tack and as fit as a fiddle. Somehow, I even failed to get on board with the notion that Kamala Harris was/is a Black, female Redeemer. I didn’t believe that 18,000 cows were killed in an explosion on a dairy farm in Texas in 2023. I do not believe that man-caused global warming will cause the Earth to spontaneously ignite in a few short years. Nor do I believe that a man can become a woman just by stating that he is one.

Perhaps most egregiously, I didn’t believe Trump was Hitler. Still don’t.

And yet, neither do I believe what’s been said about Epstein and his “files,” from prior administrations or this one. You get the idea. Which is why I wrote “The Hoax of the Year” posts each of the past five years. (Check back in early December for this year’s edition!)

Call me a conspiracy theorist, a tin-hat-wearing MAGA supporter. Or just tell me I’m wrong. Of course, I’d have to vehemently disagree with you.  

If Public Universities Were Private Businesses, Democrats Would Want To Shut Them Down

 

Outrageous price increases, rigid ideology, rampant intolerance, openly/institutionally racist, continual misinformation. What American institution am I describing? Congratulations if you said colleges and universities! And you probably didn’t attend one.

Ironically enough, no one with a functioning brain wants to attend one now. I believe it was George Bernard Shaw who said, “Those who can, do, those who can’t teach.” He might well have added, “And those who can’t teach often become college professors.”

These erstwhile “institutions of higher learning” are today’s biggest hypocrites. I signed up for a biology class when I was a freshman in the College of Liberal Arts and didn’t find out until the first lecture its official title was “Marxist Biology.” Talk about false advertising and deceptive practices! I would have requested my money back if I thought it would have been possible. The professor claimed that biological and physiological processes made it a certainty that capitalism would end up on the “ash-heap of history.” That is a true story.

Tragically, these schools have become nothing but indoctrination centers, purveyors of Marxism. Yet they keep jacking their prices up by raising their tuition and book prices-- despite gigantic endowments, government (taxpayer) subsidies, etc. And this money doesn’t trickle down to the students, but most often goes towards hiring more administrators. In recent years, often in the guise of DEI coordinators and diversity trainers. (Now that some of those have been shed due to Trump administration policy, I bet refunds will be given and tuition will fall, right? Right? Bueler? Bueler?)  

And let’s face it, student loans are a scam. They help drive up the cost of tuition and then force people with no kids to pay for them when they are ultimately waived or “forgiven.”

How much would you pay to indoctrinate your kids and have the schools teach them to hate you, the nation, capitalism, and Christianity-- among other things? If these schools were businesses, Democrats would be calling for them to be regulated, reformed, fined, or shut down. Well, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander!

Except that, after a couple of semesters at these indoctrination mills, your children will no longer be able to recognize the difference. And you may not recognize them.

So, exercise your right to choose-- and homeschool your kids…or send them to Hillsdale.

Most of the rest of these allegedly elite institutions should be aborted.*

Of course, that’s just my opinion.

NASA Warning: Earth Is Running Out Of Oxygen

 

I am so sorry to bring you this news, especially if you haven’t yet heard, but it is so dire I feel I have to.

 I’ll let the headline tell the story: “NASA Warns Earth Is Running Out of Oxygen, Study Predicts End Date.” Earth is running out of oxygen?! Bummer. I guess we should just get our affairs in order and man-up for the end. Tell your spouse you love them and call your mother if you can.

How bad is it? How little time do we have left? Well, researchers used climate and bio geochemical models to simulate the Earth’s future atmospheric changes…and determined that oxygen levels will plummet to deadly levels in about one billion years.

One billion years?! At the rate humans are going and with the rapid onset of Artificial Intelligence and ever-more deadly and easily dispersible weapons, we’ll be lucky if we make it another one hundred years! Maybe that headline (MSN/The Hearty Soul) was nothing more than clickbait. (Which, unfortunately, would make it like nearly every other headline on nearly ever mainstream “news” platform.)

The “expert’s” study revealed that oxygen levels will eventually collapse as the sun brightens. Because, according to these scientists, as the sun brightens, carbon dioxide will rapidly diminish, halting photosynthesis and thereby causing oxygen levels to plummet. This seems ironic to me, as I’ve been taught to believe that carbon dioxide is a dangerous “greenhouse gas” that is proliferating and leading to the global warming that will soon cause Earth to burst into flames and the ocean to boil. And now we’re being told that carbon dioxide is necessary for a robust and stable supply of life-giving oxygen?!

I’m confused. I can’t breathe. I don’t know what to think.

Just kidding! Carbon dioxide and oxygen levels are fine.

Ignore the clickbait and breathe easy everyone.

English Police Arrest Man For Saying "We Love Bacon"

 

In today’s edition of “This didn’t really happen, did it?” we have an Englishman arrested for expressing a fondness for bacon. You read that correctly. A young English man was recently taken into custody outside of the soon-to-be South Lakes Islamic Center, a $3.35 million Mosque set to open in Cumbria in 2026. There are already three Mosques in Cumbria, a small town of less than 8,000 residents.

On August 16, hundreds of folks, fed up with the construction of yet another Mosque in their area, protested near the construction site. Peacefully. And that is when the young man stated "We love bacon." Two police offers, no doubt a brace of England’s finest, rushed in to arrest the pork-loving protester. Allah be praised!

According to Blaze media, when the man asked why he was being handcuffed, “one of the officers informs him that he is being arrested under Section 5 of the Public Order Act of 1986, which prohibits the use of ‘threatening or abusive words or behavior, or disorderly behavior’ within ‘the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm, or distress thereby.’”

Blaze media: “The arresting officer suggests in the viral video of the incident that the expression ‘we love bacon’ might be ‘perceived to be racially abusive.’”

“We love bacon” is “racially abusive?!” Britain is toast? (Is that still okay to say, I mean toast is often served with bacon for breakfast?) What if the man had said “We love Kevin Bacon?” He probably still would have been arrested in today’s ever-less United Kingdom. Scotland Yard isn’t what it used to be. Neither is England.

The number of people in England and Wales identifying as Christian plummeted from 59.3% in 2011 to 46.2% in 2021, a truly staggering drop. During that same 10-year stretch, the number identifying as Muslim rose from 4.9% to 6.5% — an increase of over 1 million people. Ironically, when it comes to procreation, native Englishmen are laggards while Muslims are “makin’ bacon.” As mark Steyn says, “demography is destiny.”

What if protesters in England started chanting the famous Black Lives Matter phrase so often used in America, “Pigs in a blanket, fry ‘em like bacon!” Would the local constabulary arrest said protesters for threatening them or for offending Muslims by uttering the word “pig?”

Will folks be arrested for asking those at the construction site, “Care for a pork rind?” For saying, “Dang it, I think I pulled my ham string?” or “Wanna walk my dog?” How about, “Sex, drugs, and rock and roll forever, am I right?” Or “Excuse me, where is the nearest gay bar?”

Seriously, will advertisements for bacon-- and pork products-- eventually be banned in formerly Jolly Olde England in keeping with the no-offense laws?

Does it work the other way? Because some of us are offended by the behavior of certain Muslims and the tenets of Islam itself.

In any case, this is the question that begs to be asked: “Is it too late to save England’s bacon?”

Sadly, it just might be.

Of Lies And Entitlement

 

We are living through a blizzard of lies. Hoaxes reign supreme. Gaslighting is the order of the day.  The truth is everywhere ignored, obfuscated, reviled. Those who tell it are scorned and threatened. And called liars.

“Experts” and “authorities” tell us what to do…and what we can’t do. And what to think. They blather on and on, on radio and television, news and talk shows, and online forums. And they are usually wrong. Almost always, in fact. About everything. Whether speaking of The Coronavirus, Climate Change, The Russian Collusion Hoax, Hunter’s Laptop, who the best Fantasy Football player will be this week, or just about anything else.

This is of a piece with the fact that people who think they know it all are the most ignorant, while truly intelligent—and wise—folks realize they know next to nothing, cosmically speaking. How could they/we know it all? Or even a measurable percentage of what’s to know? We don’t even know most of what we don’t know. We didn’t create the universe or ask to be born, so we’re at a bit of a disadvantage in this regard. Ergo, perhaps a little humility is appropriate. Perhaps a great deal of humility would be even more appropriate.

Yet, many, particularly on the left, blame others for every alleged slight, reject the concept of a higher power-- especially the Christian God—and refuse to believe in objective truth. All while denigrating the Judeo-Christian work ethic and the capitalist system that has made us-- and indeed much of the world in more recent times—wealthy or relatively so. And they do this to the detriment of themselves and society as a whole, especially “the most vulnerable among us.”

In such a fashion, a nation, too, is set on the path of destruction. If a country is extremely prosperous and wealthy for a lengthy period of time, it, too, typically becomes soft and entitled along with its inhabitants. Indeed, the rulers relish the softness and entitlement of their charges, as they use that weakness to solidify their power. It is easy to chastise the rich and promise everyone else more of their lucre. It is extremely hard for a nation to recover its virtue when that point has been reached.

It is fatal if it does not.

 

 

No Time For "Sunshine Patriots"

 

Nearly every time I visit a conservative website, such as the Blaze, PJ Media, the Gateway Pundit, American Thinker, SteynOnline, the Daily Caller, etcetera, etcetera, my antivirus and firewall protection pops up with the message reading “You have tried to access a dangerous website” and severs my connection. Yet I have literally never once received that message on any other website, even outlandishly leftist ones such as the Huffington Post, Slate, The Daily Beast, Salon, etcetera, etcetera. Not once. And this has been the case for months on end. Coincidence? Obviously not.

This on top of SEO, shadow banning, and a myriad of other techniques employed to keep people from seeing the truth. It is extremely disheartening, to say the least. And most people, sadly, have no real idea of the staggeringly ubiquitous forces arrayed against us as conservatives. It's not just the Deep State. It's not just redistricting, or mail in voting, or the fact that virtually every institution is controlled by progressive and leftist morons and would be tyrants: the mainstream media, academia, Hollywood, corporate boardrooms, urban city councils, Big Pharma, Big Tech…and almost every other institution you can think of. Worse yet, the nearly impenetrable wall put up by these entities is soon to be even further fortified by AI. Taken together, this all may be too tall of a wall to scale, too long of a bridge to cross.

The one thing I do know is that the only way out, the only way back to sanity, is to fight fire with fire. The vast majority of us are sick of the lack of accountability for even the most egregious acts and crimes, including treason. Failure to do so will guarantee a nightmarish dystopia, a hell on earth, and suffering as great as it is needless. That is not tolerance. That is not compassion. That is not inclusiveness. That is not religion. That is insanity. That is evil. That is to deliberately sentence our progeny, our descendants, to 1000 years of darkness. To allow ourselves to be pushed aside, duped, and gaslighted, would be the opposite of what the founders wanted and indeed crafted for us. It would be the opposite of what true Christianity entails. It would be to tolerate bald-faced tyranny, and slavery of the mind, soul, and body. This would be a recipe for societal disaster. The pandemic on steroids, maybe forever.

Conservatives tend to get complacent with good news and an electoral victory or two. This is not the time to slack off. Quite the opposite, in fact. History proves that things change, sometimes in the blink of an eye. Times will get very tough for us again sometime soon, if they aren’t already now.

Churchill said of those who refuse to stand up for themselves when it would be relatively easy to do so: “You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.”

As President Trump said seconds after he nearly perished: Fight! Fight! Fight!

This means getting out of our comfort zones and redoubling our efforts. It means monitoring school boards, attending meetings and caucuses, telling the truth no matter the consequences rather than “going along to get along,” pushing back against fake news and lies, engaging on social media, donating to candidates and organizations that advance the cause of freedom and conservative values, contacting our Senators and Congressmen, or even running for office ourselves. Progressives/Leftists never rest. We mustn’t, either.

Swalwell: "We're Gonna Bury [Republicans} Below The Capitol"

 

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) went completely off the rails during a recent appearance on CNN Newsroom. Speaking about President Trump’s decision to send the National Guard to Washington, D.C., the erstwhile Fangbanger said of Republicans, “When they go low, we’re gonna bury them below the Capitol. That’s what we’re gonna do, because this is about protecting democracy.” Will Swalwell and the Democrats dig so deep that they’ll make it to China?

So, we have the former head of the FBI posting “86 47” on Instagram earlier this summer-- and now Swalwell threatening to bury Republicans under the Capitol. Speaking of going low. Really low. Incredible chutzpah and hypocrisy. Then again, many of today’s Democrats seem utterly unaware of how their own actions and words appear, juxtaposed to those of their political opponents. And reality.

What if Trump had put the message “86 44” on social media, perhaps Truth Social? Might the mainstream media have gone bananas? You think? What if a Republican representative had gone on television to state that Republicans were going to bury Democrats under the Capitol? I’m guessing the mainstream media might have given the story more than a passing mention.

There can never be equal justice until there is real accountability for Democrats’ increasingly unhinged and hostile words and actions. There can never be true confidence in, and respect for, the rule of law-- and indeed America herself—if BLM and Antifa are allowed to lay waste to our cities and Trump supporters aren’t even allowed to wear MAGA hats in public without being harassed.

There are still some decent, if misguided, folks out there who vote for Democrats. I don’t like to brand all of them as “deplorables.” I know some who are very fine people. But many of the party’s leaders—and many of those in the hyper-progressive groups that now form the party’s base—are deranged and dangerous lunatics bent on destruction. Destruction of Trump and his supporters…and indeed all political opposition. Destruction of traditional mores. Destruction of cities, history, and personal responsibility. Destruction of our inherent freedoms. Destruction of the Judeo-Christian work ethic. Destruction of Capitalism. Destruction of the Constitution… and societal bonds. Destruction of America.

All of this is the opposite of “preserving democracy.” And they know it. Which makes it even more sinister.

Democrats still hold up “Jan. 6” as one of the darkest days in American history, a day when Trump supporters dared to stroll through the Capitol in protest of an election they firmly beloved was stolen. (One might even say they believed they were doing this to preserve democracy.)

And now Democrats like Swalwell want to bury them under it.

Soviet leader Nikita Khruschev once stated (of the relationship between communist nations and capitalist ones): “We will bury you!”

How did that work out for him, Swalwell?

If there is a God in heaven, Swalwell and his ilk will be left to molder in the dustbin of history.

 

 

 

James Comey Puts Up Unhinged Instagram Post Targeting trump

 

Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey recently trashed President Trump in a 5-minute rant posted to his Substack account. In it, Comey bizarrely stated that pop singer Taylor Swift helps him deal with the mean old Orange Man. A few excerpts from the lengthy and unhinged diatribe:

“Taylor Swift has grown up with my family and provided us a soundtrack, really, as we’ve grown ourselves and learned and adapted and dealt with adversity and celebration. She had songs for all of it.”

“I don’t want us to become like Trump and his followers. There are far more decent, honest, kind people in America than there are mean jerks.”

“There’s a stunning coarseness and ugliness in the Republican Party today. It’s upsetting, but it’s also a minority of America. On the whole, we aren’t like that, and we don’t like that.” 

“And last year, she urged Americans not to make the serious mistake of electing him. Of course, we’re now living with the consequences of that mistake.”

“At my second Taylor Swift concert in Hartford, Connecticut, 14 years ago this summer, she sang a song about this topic, asking: Why you gotta be so mean?”

Comey is not a deep thinker. Based on this immature harangue, he seems more like an ill-informed and star-struck teenager than a former head of the FBI. One who has it in for a more accomplished peer.

The Comey-led FBI let several known radicals and thugs go, including the Boston Bomber. It spied on innocent Americans and allowed Hillary Clinton and her aides to destroy their laptops even as it granted them immunity despite her egregious handling of classified material. Comey has long been a crazed never-Trumper.

And Comey posted a picture on Instagram of “86 47” written in shells on a beach, an obvious wish for President Trump to be assassinated, accompanied by the words, “Cool shell formation on my beach walk.” There is a far greater chance that a monkey with a typewriter could, given enough time, accidentally produce “Hamlet,” or “War and Peace” in their entirety than that a bunch of seashells should wash up on shore and create a perfectly formed “86 47” message, consistently gapped with a space between 86 and 47. (86 means eliminate or kill, Trump 2.0 is the 47^th president. There is no other possible meaning.)

Comey is a mentally ill monster who should be in counseling, treatment, or jail —likely all of the above.

Here’s hoping it’s a Cruel Summer for Comey. As the allegations against him mount, he should not be allowed to just Shake it Off. His rant is So High School, his Love Story with Swift was never going to come to fruition in his Wildest Dreams. Comey is an Anti-Hero and Karma is a bitch.

Comey, I Knew You Were Trouble when you exhibited Bad Blood towards President Trump. I knew it All Too Well. But it’s August, and You Need to Calm Down. Your legal troubles may be a Delicate matter that could go Down Bad, but that has nothing to do with ME! I know you were Enchanted with Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, but Don’t Blame Me. Blame that Blank Space where your Brain and soul should be.

Perhaps Comey is just shell-shocked.

More "Pride" Months Needed ASAP!

 

With the end of Pride Month (June, for those of you who just returned from a different planet), we turn to the next major month-long celebration seemingly acknowledged by every nation, group, organization, and person on the face of the earth…and find that there isn’t one. That must quickly be rectified, though perhaps not in the manner of which you may be thinking.

I propose that August should henceforth be PROUD! of our PRIDE! Month, as a significant percentage of the LGBTQ Community seems to be inordinately, in-your-face proud of both their sexual proclivities and their pride as regards same. No other group, no matter their beliefs or deeds, seems to be anywhere near as proud of themselves as gays, lesbians, and transgenders. (“August: so proud it’s overflowing.”)

Why is it that just those in the LGBTQ community get to show off their prodigious pride? What about the rest of us? Might not the entirety of, say, September be set aside to worship those who are proud of their greed? We could celebrate those in Congress making about $175,000 a year who have multiple houses and a net worth of tens-- or hundreds-- of millions of dollars……and an insatiable hunger for power. What about the rest of the year? Let’s have a look, shall we?

October: Wrath Month. A whole month of reveling in all things angry and violent!

November: Lust Month. Take pride in your lasciviousness. Crave another? Violence? A bong hit? This month is for you!

December: Envy Month. Ever felt that you’ve been wronged because you don’t own a Lamborghini Countach and a seaside mansion and beach house? Even though you don’t have a job and play Grand Theft Auto V all day and night while clad in your pajamas? Covet your neighbor’s wife, manservant, or sprinkler system? This is your time! And those of you who didn’t get the Christmas present you wanted-- and so richly deserved-- can play along, too.

January: Gluttony Month. Do you supersize your fast-food orders on a daily basis? Do you ask for fries with your salad or daily multi-vitamin? Do you think “Big Gulp” soft drinks are small beverages? Do you smoke so much “weed” that you’ve forgotten to get up from the couch for days on end? 31 days in tribute to you!

February: Sloth Month. Are you too lazy to change the channel? With the remote? Or change your clothes every week? Did you plan to take a shower last month but didn’t get around to it? Let’s use the shortest month for lauding everything you don’t do! For four straight weeks! You deserve it, baby!

That leaves March, April, and May. Some might think that such things as prudence, justice, temperance, courage, faith, hope, or charity might be honored, but they’d be mistaken. Those things—and the backward prudes who believe in them—are, like, sooo yesterday!

March: It’s Albino Eskimo Month!

April: Dedicated to celebrating pedophilic mulatto Pacific Islanders!

May: Is all about touting Capricorn accountants who were born on Thursdays! It is your month—and your world…we just live in it.

The rest of us fervently hope you are half as proud of yourselves as we are of you!

"Democrat" Becoming Synonymous With Criminality, Anti-Americanism

 

There is no other way to say it: today’s Democrats have a love-affair with criminals, violence, and vulgarity. Thus they clearly favor illegal immigrants over citizens, criminals over the law-abiding, and chaos over the Constitution. The examples are legion, inexhaustible. To wit:

The man charged with assaulting a U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent with a Subway sandwich is now a former DOJ employee, an ex-Swamp dweller.

Hunter Biden recently claimed that Melania Trump met her husband through Jeffrey Epstein. Hunter dismissed First Lady Melania Trump’s demand for an apology for his statements linking the former super model to Jeffrey Epstein. Melania’s lawyers promptly persuaded the Daily Beast, who published the accusation, to post a retraction. Her attorneys also threatened Hunter Biden with a $1 billion defamation lawsuit if he did not retract his statements linking her to the notorious pedophile. When one of the First Lady’s attorneys demanded that Hunter retract the statement and apologize, the smartest man Joe Biden ever knew replied: “F*ck that! That’s not gonna happen” on a Channel 5 YouTube video.

Speaking of Daily Beasts, WCBD reported that 53-year-old William “Mullins” McLeod, a Democrat candidate for governor of South Carolina, was arrested on May 15 after he was found “yelling at the top of his lungs” while walking in downtown Charleston. Wearing only underwear and shoes. The Charleston Police Department recently released a remarkable one-hour-long video of the arrest, in which McLeod states, “I’m one of the most just humans to ever walk this soil,” and adds, “I’m Superman, godd*mn it!” Delusions of adequacy mindful of a slew of Democrats, from Barack Hussein Obama to Corey “Spartacus” Booker. McLeod even threatened current and former South Carolina GOP politicians, at one point yelling of South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, “I’m gonna kick your f**king teeth in!” (It’s extremely likely that McLeod was under the influence of a narcotic or other drug, but that does nothing to excuse his actions.) That perfectly sums up many in today’s Democrat party: expletive-spewing would-be pseudo-gods. More proof that what is called “liberalism” today is a mental illness.

Speaking of mental illness, many in the ever-so-tolerant Left also wigged out after a CNN story on controversial pastor Doug Wilson, of Christ Church in Moscow, Idaho. Pastor Wilson spoke of the story-- and its aftermath-- on a video recently posted on YouTube. The church has views that many of us would find old-fashioned at best, but the vitriol subsequently directed at Wilson and his church was stunning. The pastor himself was gracious in his remarks on the CNN story itself, while chronicling the over-the-top hatred of its viewers. Wilson stated that “They filled up comment threads with vitriol. They swarmed the phone lines to give our church secretary a boatload of obscene messages to delete. They subscribed us to porn sites.” Care to speculate on the “commenters” political persuasion? Talk about Christianophobia! In his YouTube video, Wilson stated of the progressive left: “When they say ‘democracy,’ they mean ‘tyranny.’ When they say ‘love,’ they mean ‘coercion.’ When they say ‘liberty,’ we can hear the clanking of the chains. When they say ‘dialogue,’ they mean for us to shut up. When they say ‘free your spirit,’ what they really mean is ‘obey the demons.’” I must say, that seems to me a reasonably accurate summation.

On the eve of President Trump meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin to try to foster a deal to finally end the bloody Russia-Ukraine War, California Gov. Gavin Newsome took to social media to state, “Donald Trump is about to have a very bad day”-- pertaining to Newsome’s vow to further redistrict his state to favor Democrats.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., recently posted a picture of himself holding a baseball bat and promising to push back against Trump’s "big, beautiful bill." What was Hakeem threatening to do with that bat?

Newly declassified FBI records have pointed to Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), and Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA), as likely conduits for damaging leaks aimed at undermining President Donald Trump. Many of us have suspected this for a long time now. The inimitably repulsive Swalwell was the victim of a Chinese honey-trap, yet has faced no consequences for his incredibly irresponsible actions. And, rather than address the charges, he recently tweeted, “Come get me, Kash,” a taunting reference to FBI Director Kash Patel. Schiff, i.e. “Pencil Neck,” is facing allegations of mortgage fraud as well as what many would consider treason. Talk about a demented duo! Swalwell, Schiff, Pelosi, Harris… oh my! California has come a long way from Ronald Reagan! Down a road that ought not have been travelled.

I would normally say “And I could go on…” about now, but that would be an understatement. I have barely scratched the surface of Democrat’s lawlessness, thuggery, vulgarity, perfidy, and insanity. And yes, anti-Americanism. Nearly all of the aforementioned events occurred in just the past few days.

Mind-bending. Some of the Democrat Party’s leaders are (allegedly) criminals themselves, so perhaps it shouldn’t be surprising that they have such an affinity for others of their ilk.

 

 

 

Of Democrats And Gerrymandering-- A Primer On Projection

 

California Gov. Gavin “French Laundry” Newsome and other prominent progressive politicians recently gathered in support of an aggressive “new” gerrymandering campaign. If voters subsequently approve the proposed new political map, half a dozen California Republicans would be thrown out of office.

This endeavor is supposedly to “combat” redistricting in Texas that would see several Democrats lose their seats. But nothing could be further from the truth. Democrats have redistricted and gerrymandered much of the United States, to the point that states like New jersey, New York, and California itself have significantly more Democrats in Congress than would comport with the actual statewide percentage of folks who vote Democrat. In fact, Democrats have historically been the ones gerrymandering, incessantly and preposterously, to increase their representation over what it otherwise would—and probably should—be.

With a straight face Newsome stated: “We can’t stand back and watch this democracy disappear, district by district, all across this country.” Others said much the same thing in support of the Golden State’s gerrymander campaign. Which is hard to do given the fact that many Blue States’ congressional district maps look like they were drawn by Kamala Harris after closing time on 2-for-1 night at the local bar.

Gerrymandering makes fewer districts competitive, whether done by Democrats or Republicans…and tends to drive both parties towards the fringes/extremes. Yet, once again, it is the staggering hypocrisy, gaslighting, and projection of Democrats that is objectively repulsive.

Gavin Newsome’s name should be Gerry Mander! He is all over the map, whether it be redistricting or as regards policy prescriptions. The Democrat Party either needs to change its name or at least have the decency to put an asterisk and/or disclaimer after it to comply with truth-in-advertising laws. The party blathers on about “saving democracy” while they do everything conceivable to destroy it. Democrats lie, cheat, steal, wish to pack the court, embrace lawfare and hoaxes, dismiss the rule of law, foster judicial tyranny, eschew the Constitution, disregard citizen’s rights but welcome illegals, and utterly reject the wishes of the majority.

“Autocrats” would be a more accurate term for them. Or perhaps “Despotcrats.”

“Nastycrats?” The “Prevaricator Party?” “Corruptocrats?” “Asshatocrats?”

I’m sure readers can come up with their own updated terms for the erstwhile DFL. I might even reference the best one or two in a future column.

 

Democrats Revealing Themselves Yet Again

 

As others have already written, Beto O’Rourke recently spoke to a crowd in Texas stating, “There are no refs in this game. F**k the rules! We are going to win whatever it takes.” Talk about stating the obvious. Democrats have never cottoned to been bound by the rules, although this may be the first time a prominent one said “F**k the rules” to an audience. Then again, as much as they’ve all been cussing lately, maybe not.

One thing is clear: Democrats have sworn off American citizens in favor of, well, anybody and everybody else. O’Rourke spoke of redoubling Democrats’ efforts at gerrymandering and vowed that when Democrats regain power, they will immediately grant amnesty to illegals. Knock me over with a feather. In short, O’Rourke told the 200+ people packing the Ridglea Theater that Democrats will do whatever it takes to regain power. Yes, and the sun sets in the west. Now tell me something I don’t know. Democrats always do whatever it takes to retain, augment, or regain power. Always. Hence the Russia-Collusion Hoax, the Plandemic and consequent mail-in voting, impeachments, lawfare, etc., etc., etc.

O’Rourke also claimed of Democrats: “In Texas, our knees do not bend.” I, well, [fill in your own joke here.] He further opined, that illegal aliens do the back-breaking work “that makes this country so Goddamned great in the first place.”

No, those who came here legally in the past…intending to become Americans in every way…made this country God-blessed great in the first place. There is an enormous difference between the two. The difference between a society based on limited government and the rule of law that respects the rights individuals have been granted by their Creator and one in which intersectionality, entitlement, and criminality necessitates a massive government and leads to a two-tier “justice” system that eschews individuals in favor of…favored groups.

We have always known Democrats will do anything—anything at all—to further their own power. (See also Tammany Hall, slavery, secession, the Civil War, Richard Daley, the Clintons, Adam Schiff, etc., etc.)

John Adams famously stated: "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People.”

Today’s Democrats favor unfettered immigration, abortion until the moment of birth, the mutilation of children’s genitals, the conflating of man and woman, medical assistance in dying (MAID), and a dozen other insane policies that—coincidentally of course—line the pockets of their benefactors and themselves.

Moral and religious people? Most of today’s Democrats are the polar opposite of that. Does that make them unconstitutional?

Certain Canadian Leaders Need To Take A Hike

 

Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston and New Brunswick Premier Susan Holt recently apparently decided that global warming/climate change has gotten so bad that even walking in the woods could cause spontaneous conflagrations. So no hiking! Holt subsequently went on record as saying the directive to avoid walking amongst trees was not, in fact, due to the risk of more fires, but due to the risk that hikers themselves could possibly get hurt while strolling through the forest at a time when EMTs and emergency vehicles and apparatus are dedicated to fighting fires. In other words, their fellow Canadians will not be allowed to take the risk that they could get a booboo and the government wouldn’t be there to help them out. But Houston, we have a problem. (And I bet no Holts will be barred from any activity.) If everybody and everything is spread out across Canada fighting fires, you could say the same thing about fishing, playing tennis…or any other activity. What’s more, by far the most dangerous activity of all, with a 100% chance of impacting any and everyone, is breathing in the effing toxic smoke from the fires themselves. Fires with which Canada’s dedicated fire-fighting assets have been entirely unable to contain for the entirety of the summer thus far.

Are today’s Canadians this willing to allow their government to tell them they can’t walk in the effing woods? Which means they can’t walk in almost any part of Canada, except perhaps the most urban areas where help might be more quickly available or above the tree line. And, sadly, the former is now particularly dangerous due to the literally countless numbers of undocumented “guests” the country has let in, the latter because it truly is an extraordinarily harsh environment and exceedingly remote. So, perhaps Canucks should just stay in their homes and wait for the fires to burn themselves out naturally, in, say, 2032. If they (and we) are lucky.

Are Nova Scotians and New Brunswickers experiencing a bit of Déjà vu? It's almost like The Plandemic all over again, isn’t it? “Stay inside and be safe! That’s an order! Sit-up! Roll-over! Play dead!” These Maritime Canucks should tell Houston and Holt to go lay by their dishes. Or are many Canadians this docile now? This afraid?

What became of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, lumberjacks, and rough and tumble hockey players? What has become of the country that once fought valiantly in World War II and whose troops stormed Juno Beach?

Today its citizens seem unable to push back effectively against forest fires and the abusive actions of their leaders in government.

Maybe those leaders need to “take a hike.”
