Three To Get Ready:
*A Maryland school
district recently barred
its staff from informing parents of their children’s desire to transition
genders. No big deal. Why would parents want or need to know if their young
children are about to undergo a gender/sex transition/change? On the other
hand, I’m sure the district will promptly alert parents should their children
show any signs of a desire to identify as a conservative……so that an
intervention can be held with all due haste.
* The recent wave of Hispanic voters shifting their
support to Republican candidates has leftist activists deeply concerned. Ergo,
the Latino Media Network (LMN) recently raised $80 million to pursue and secure
a $60 million cash deal with TelevisaUnivision to purchase 18 radio stations in
top Latino markets. To, you know, fight “disinformation.” Forbes reported that
LMN's debt financing came from Lakestar Finance LLC, an investment entity
affiliated with Soros Fund Management LLC. (Knock me over with a feather.) The
FCC still needs to approve the purchase, a process that may take a year, but Democratic
politicians are already celebrating a big win. Yeah, these stations are to combat
“disinformation”……just
like Tokyo Rose fought “disinformation.”
*A survey conducted by Harvard University’s student
newspaper The Harvard Crimson revealed that liberal-identifying
faculty in the school’s Arts and Sciences Department, the largest of the
university, outnumbered conservative-identifying faculty 82-1. Moreover, according to the July 13 survey report,
82.46% of faculty surveyed identify as “liberal” or “very liberal,” 16.08%
identify as “moderate,” and a mere 1.46% identify as “conservative.” Not a
single faculty member identified as “very conservative.” Now that’s
diversity, equity and inclusion!
