CNN's Don Lemon On Antifa: "No Organization's Perfect"

CNN’s Don Lemon recently offered up several sentences so preposterous and convoluted that they are as laughable as they are pathetic……to a sentient person. On Tuesday, August 28, he said of Antifa on his show “CNN Tonight”: “It says it right in the name: Antifa. Anti-fascism, which is what they were there (in Charlottesville) fighting.”
Antifa was in Charlottesville fighting anti-fascism, Don? I’d say that perhaps your Freudian slip is showing, but you are so completely held hostage by ideological (or ideoillogical) zealotry and hatred that simply can’t be the case. As for “It says it right in the name,” what, is he six-years-old? Ever heard of “The People’s Republic of China,” Don? “The Democratic Republic of Korea”? Neither entity is a republic or a democracy, and both treat their “people” like livestock. Your skepticism and jadedness disappears when talking of Antifa?
Lemon then said: “Listen, no organization’s perfect. There was some violence. No one condones violence, but there were different reasons for Antifa and for these neo-Nazis to be there. One, racists, fascists, the other group, fighting racist fascists. There is a distinction there.” If there is a distinction there, and that is doubtful, it is a distinction without a difference. “No organization is perfect”?! What about the Communist Party of America? Planned Parenthood? The North American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA)? MS-13? ISIS?

   What an ignorant asshole.

I don’t like saying that in this time of needlessly heightened racial tension, because Lemon happens to be black. I’d rather say it about Joy Behar, Al Gore, Rosie O’Donnell and Rachel Maddow……and I have. So, here was what legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin (white), appearing on CNN’s The Situation Room, had to say about those that oppose Antifa: “Let’s be clear also about what’s going on here. The theme here is, ‘I’m Donald Trump and I’ll protect you from the scary black people.’” Toobin then rambled on, referencing LeBron James, Maxine Waters, NFL players, UCLA basketball players, and Don Lemon himself, before declaring “This is about black versus white.” Yep, the science is settled. Very helpful, Jeff. What an ignorant asshole.
The viciously crude and imbecilic website Splinter, that frequently uses profanity in its “news” headlines, mocked Fox News and conservative politicians for disdaining disorder and the destruction of property, “the two things they hate the most.” Splinter then termed Lemon’s comments “pretty mild and rational,” while deeming Toobin’s analysis to be “mostly correct and certainly well argued!”
Well, you can’t argue with that. Or Antifa might set your car on fire.
