Truth And Reconciliation Day In Canada

 

Today is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada. Which is odd, since Canada’s leaders avoid the truth as if it were a rotten hunk of back bacon. Actually, they avoid it as if it could turn them into MAGA types, or, gasp, conservative Christians. Which it could. The truth can set you free.

As for reconciliation? If Canada was serious about anything but faux “crises,” it would reconcile with the truth. And reality. And sanity. And America. But it’s too busy pretending men can become women just by donning a string of pearls and pronouncing it so. It is similarly wrapped up in welcoming legions of foreigners, in this case Muslims, into the formerly Great White North. So much for the back bacon. And the Molson. And the Windsor.

Canadian leaders are also still fervently engaged with abusing the Canadian Freedom Truckers. Because they feel the truckers, like the truth, are a threat to their power. They attempt to control social media, bribe the mainstream media, and threaten any and all citizens who they believe have strayed off the reservation.

As a kicker, Canada’s Slime Prime Minister, Mark Carney, recently officially recognized a Palestinian state, a nation that never was. And never should be. Hail to the terrorists! But that is in keeping with recognizing ‘trans’ people, existential man-caused global warming, and that Islam is a Religion of Peace.

Tragically, the leaders of “the deranged dominions,” to quote Mark Steyn, have entirely lost the plot. They have willing ceded their nations’ past…and future…to lies and liberals. And Islam.

Canadian citizens need to reconcile themselves with the fact that the truth could set them free, if only they would recognize it…and act on it. Let’s hope they summon the courage to do so before it’s too late. (After their next federal election?)

Me? I’m not hopeful that they will.

Canada’s National Day of Truth and Reconciliation was instituted as a remembrance of the loss of culture, freedom, and self-esteem that many Indigenous children experienced at the hands of the residential schools. The day purportedly reminds us that “Every Child Matters.” (Except, of course, those whose lives were snuffed out by abortions. But few Canadian leaders want to hear that!)

Ironically, Canadians in general already appear to have lost their self-esteem. And, if they don’t quickly recover it, they will soon lose their culture. And freedom.

I wouldn’t care so much, but Canada was once…what it is no more…and should be again.

Democrats Love Illegal Aliens, Criminals; American Citizens Not So Much

 

Unbeknownst to some, Democrats are currently forcing Americans to pay for the healthcare and shelter of many of the millions of illegal aliens the Biden administration let into the country over the past several years.

This is akin to a cheating spouse demanding that their betrothed pay for the food, clothing, and shelter of the person with whom they have been unfaithful. I can’t decide if this is more absurd or evil. And they are determined to keep doing so in perpetuity. They now are threatening to shut down the government if Republicans and the Trump administration don’t agree to a trillion-dollar budget for illegal aliens’ healthcare, among other things.

If Democrats are determined to shut down the government over this, then let them. If the majority of Americans then don't understand who's to blame, there is no hope anyway.

Democrats stand with Ukraine. Democrats stand with hardened criminals. Democrats stand with—and indeed comprise the vast majority of—the liars, fraudsters, and mind-bogglingly corrupt automatons in The Deep State. And Democrats stand with illegal aliens.

It seems like the only people with whom Democrats do not stand are law-abiding American citizens. This is not only strange and immoral, but would logically appear to be a terrible way to go about trying to be elected.

The sad caveat is, as recent history shows us, an ever-larger percentage of Americans are utterly bereft of morals and/or are mentally ill, so it is by no means certain that sanity will prevail. Moreover, a significant percentage of Americans have been brainwashed into believing that “tolerance” and “diversity” are somehow overriding virtues, instead of the Devil’s trojan horse that they so clearly are in the case of today’s Western nations.

Recent Assessment Shows Students Are Getting Dumber

 

The National Assessment of Education Progress (NAEP) results are in! And they are discouraging to say the least. The most recent “Nation’s Report Card” isn’t pretty. Average scores were lower across all three assessments as compared to 2019. (What happened in 2020? Oh yeah, the plandemic.)

The survey revealed that 69% of eighth-graders performed below the level the NAEP considers to indicate proficiency in science.

65% of twelfth-graders were deemed not proficient in reading.

And only a paltry 22% of twelfth-graders performed at or above the NAEP Proficient level in mathematics.

These results, though horrendous at first glance, should not be cause for concern. In fact, they should be cause for joy, as we now know that science, math, and reading are all R-A-C-I-S-T. Better to be an idiot than a racist! How important are science, mathematics, and reading skills anyway?

More importantly, when compared to 2019, students were far more likely to use the “correct” pronouns (she/her) when speaking to a bepenised woman…and to shout “fascist!” at a person whose opinion they didn’t wish to hear…or with whom they disagree! Progress!

Moreover, rumor has it that fully 19% of twelfth-graders knew they were in 12^th grade! This might be the Golden Era of Education!

How dumb is we? Let me count the ways. I mean, as long as there ain’t no more than, like, 10 of them.

The root cause of students’ ignorance is that they are being indoctrinated, not educated. Public education is failing them. It is well past time to insist that everyone responsible for this debacle be held accountable.

*Just two days before Charlie Kirk was assassinated while speaking on his college campus tour, Jezebel, a far-left feminist outlet, published an article titled "We Paid Some Etsy Witches to Curse Charlie Kirk.” The radical outlet updated the article after Charlie’s death via an editor’s note claiming the piece was satirical and never intended to incite physical harm. Shortly after that, the article was removed from the website entirely. Leftists are back to placing curses on people? Employing witchcraft? I guess it’s no wonder why so many of its women look like crones.

 

*In a few parts of the U.S., where Muslims are a significant percentage of the population, they have made the first probing attempts to restrict the areas where dogs are allowed…and to ban the sale and use of alcohol. Memo to everyone in the world: Jesus turned the water into wine. He did not turn the bread into khat, cocaine, or weed. Nor did He demand that unbelievers be converted, enslaved, or killed. Important distinctions, wouldn’t you say?

*As of now, Canadian health officials will not follow the lead of the United States in recommending pregnant women avoid using acetaminophen, or Tylenol, after a study indicated it is a contributing factor in the autism epidemic. (And even after one pregnant woman nearly died from an overdose of acetaminophen, and is fighting for her—and her baby’s-- life on a ventilator as I write this.) The Canadian health officials probably also recommend washing down the Tylenol with a couple bottles of Molson.

*Democrats are demanding more than $1 trillion in spending for the health care of illegal aliens or they will force a (partial) shutdown of the U.S. government. Because they care less about American citizens, a plurality of whom voted for Trump in the last election, than they do for the unvetted illegal aliens whom they wish would replace them. They would make citizens pay through the nose for health care for those who have entered the country illegally and have no desire to assimilate. Sick. Though Republicans are currently riding high, if they allow Democrats to succeed in this most preposterous of endeavors, they will never win another election of any import. And, in that case, they shouldn’t.

Dearborn, Michigan: America's Canary In A Coal Mine

 

The Detroit suburb of Dearborn, Michigan, sports a population of about 100,000 people. It’s the birthplace of Henry Ford and the longtime world headquarters of the Ford Motor Company.

 Per the 2020 census, slightly over half of its population is of North African or Middle Eastern ancestry, the highest percentage of Muslim residents in the United States. Its current mayor, Democrat Abdullah Hammoud, is a Muslim who was born in Dearborn.

As I noted in an earlier piece, a Christian minister named Ted Barham recently showed up at a City Council meeting to protest the renaming of two intersections in honor of Osama Siblani, a local journalist…and supporter of terrorism. Barham cited articles in which Siblani had written that “the blood of the martyrs irrigates the land of Palestine” and opined that everyone should fight within his means, including “with stones, others…with guns, others…with planes, drones, and rockets.” Barham understandably stated: “I feel like having that sign up there is almost like naming a street Hezbollah Street or Hamas Street.”

The Dishonorable Mayor proceeded to call Barham a “bigot,” a “racist,” and an “Islamophobe. He added: “Although you live here, I want you to know as mayor, you are not welcome here. And the day you move out of the city will be the day that I launch a parade celebrating the fact that you moved out of this city.”

Hammoud’s new campaign video is subtitled in Arabic. For that matter, so is most of Dearborn.

I find this sadly ironic. Henry Ford invented the assembly line near Dearborn, an innovation which greatly enhanced efficiency and productivity…and directly led to the production of the first car that the middle class could afford. Ford said of his ‘Model T,’ you can have it in any color…as long as it’s black. (And they called him a racist, LOL!) Ford’s invention revolutionized the manufacture of countless items around the world, dramatically reducing the costs of these items to consumers. “Down the line,” the cost of other items was reduced with the improvement in speed and efficiency of shipping brought about by the replacing of horse-drawn wagons with motorized vehicles. Moreover, the frequency of certain illnesses was reduced with the dramatic decrease of horse manure in the streets.

Future Fords bore names such as “Mustang” and “Thunderbird,” a nod to the freedom, physical and spiritual, that they helped usher in. One pictures long blonde hair trailing behind the driver of a convertible as one of these iconic machines rolls down Route 66 or California’s Pacific Coast Highway.

In the Dearborn of the future, that freedom might well be in short supply.

But I’m sure you will be able to choose to belong to any religion…as long as it is Islam.

*Recently, a leftist former teachers’ union legislative director (is there any other kind?) shot up an ABC affiliate in Sacramento to protest the temporary suspension of Jimmy Kimmel’s remarkably unfunny late night show. The show has now been reinstated. Violence can reap rewards in a society that has lost the plot. Far too often, terrorism works. Side note: leftists hatred of the Second Amendment/firearms is never more ironically on display than when they are shooting at people—or places-- with whom they disagree. Which is often.

*Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, predictably, called for more gun control after the assassination of conservative leader Charlie Kirk. Democrats can’t even control their own guns. And it is their own increasingly “progressive” policies that cause these tragedies, and the despair and mental illness behind them. In truth, the Democrat Party is nothing but one big crime family now. Fortunately, it is currently a dysfunctional one. But it is nonetheless dangerous.

*England’s Prime minister Keir Starmer recently recognized a Palestinian state, despite the fact that there is no such entity—and never has been. How was Starmer repaid for his misguided kindness? Well, Palestinian Authority president Mahmoud Abbas is now reportedly demanding that the United Kingdom pay it reparations in the amount of approximately $2.7 trillion. Reparations?! $2.7 trillion?!! Coincidentally, $2.7 trillion is roughly the size of Britain’s total economy. Talk about unforced errors!

 

 

 

Gunman Shouts "Free Palestine!"; Authorities Baffled As To Motive Behind Shooting

 

One person was killed and several injured when a gunman shot up a country club in New Hampshire recently. The crazed gunman shouted “Free Palestine!” as he opened fire.

Incredibly, New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella stated of the shooter: “We don’t have any evidence at this time that Mr. Nadeau was motivated by hate-based motivation. In fact, I would say that the evidence leads us to believe this was more likely Mr. Nadeau simply trying to make a number of statements to create chaos in the moment.”

Yeah, that checks out. I know when I shoot up a place and shout “Allahu Akhbar” I do it to create chaos, throw people off, and keep them from discovering my Christian identity. Pretty clever, huh?

And, “We don’t have any evidence at this time that Mr. Nadeau was motivated by hate-based motivation?” I’m pretty sure Mr. Nadeau wasn’t motivated by love-based motivation. (Department of Redundancy Department.)

I am so tired of authorities professing their cluelessness at the motives of homicidal maniacs that are on record as screaming “Allahu Akhbar,” “Free Palestine,” or “fascist pigs must die!” Especially as some of these same authorities are quick to label “misgendering” a hate crime.

 

Shouting “Free Palestine!” was no indication of the shooter’s motives or beliefs, but was solely intended to sew chaos? Shooting people doesn’t cause enough chaos? “You know, I can handle the repeated staccato gunfire. I think we’re okay…unless the mass shooter starts yelling ‘Free Palestine.’” Is A.G. Formella on drugs? In any case, criminal apologists love to set criminals free, consequences to the rest of us be damned. (Because the agenda and narrative simply cannot be denied.)

It would be better for everyone if they freed their minds instead.

 

 

 

13 Months To Save The World

 

There can be no doubt that recent months have seen an American Revival, an American Comeback. Whether on the world stage or right here at home. Economically, militarily, and culturally. Especially culturally. Those on the right—and in the right—do not seem as timid, scared, and hopeless as they did not so very long ago. We have the likes of President Trump, Vice-President Vance, and the late great Charlie Kirk to thank for that. But far too many Republican influencers and talking heads seem far too smug and satisfied, wildly overconfident about the future. Opinions such as “the Democrat Party is collapsing” and “Is this the death of the Democrat Party” can be found on many conservative sites.

Talk like this is incredibly premature, naïve…and dangerous. Republicans are famous for their ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of near certain victory, as well as their almost miraculous historic tendency to “compromise,” cave, surrender, or otherwise see to their own demise.

Democrats’ seemingly casual and cavalier, but meticulously preplanned willingness to do virtually anything to win elections, combined with their manic desire to augment or replace American citizens with an electorate imported from foreign lands and unaccustomed to freedom and the rule of law, makes them formidable political foes. And they have been winning off-year elections against all logic and odds.

Sorry, but it is time for a national sobriety check. There is a mid-term election looming on November 3^rd, 2026, that will be a referendum on the Trump administration, the MAGA movement, and on the work of those such as Charlie Kirk. If Republicans lose their tenuous hold on the House and Senate, Trump is a lame duck, the movement will be stilled, and the work of those such as Charlie Kirk rendered moot. I literally pray to God this doesn’t happen, but it is true. It would be an American Setback, one which we may never be able to overcome. It would indeed be a Turning point, but one directing us to ruin.

If Democrats regain power, do you really think they will rule benignly? Of course not. They will go after conservative Christians as if they all were Emperor Nero. They will figuratively toss us to the lions. Already owning academia, mainstream media, “entertainment,” corporate boardrooms, and much of what passes for mainline religion today, a Democrat-controlled national government would be the death knell for free speech, debate, the Second Amendment, the rule of law, a jury of one’s peers, the Electoral College, conservative media, etc., etc. The debt would explode even more rapidly, as inflation would skyrocket again. Government departments would become even more massive and intrusive…and politically weaponized.

Possibly even worse, the effect on our culture would be devastating. Homelessness would reach new heights. The “trannification” of America would continue apace, even as Muslims would gain ever more power in many cities. Whether deliberately or inadvertently, work would be discouraged and a universal basic income would likely be put in place.

For starters.

The next national election will occur on—and prior to-- Nov. 3, 2026. Let’s hope we don’t wake up November 4^th to find that the country we love is once again on the brink of being fundamentally transformed. We can’t let that happen. We must do everything we can to win. For Charlie. For Rush. For all those who have done everything in their power to speak the truth and shepherd the nation back to its Founding principles. And especially for our children… and theirs.

Let freedom ring. Just remember, it is only available in the long term to a moral people. Charlie knew that. We must, too.

The movie “ORWELL 2+2=5” is “misinformation.” A lie. Like nearly everything else Leftists assert, write, or utter, it is ass-backwards, 180 degrees opposite of the truth. Projection. This “documentary” infers that what George Orwell really wanted to warn about in works such as “1984” were the dangers of free speech and political dissent. Not Communism or totalitarianism! Whereas Orwell himself desperately warned against Big Brother, “ORWELL 2+2=5” seems intent on turning Orwell into Big Brother.

Not surprising when you learn that it was written and directed by Raoul Peck, a radical activist from Haiti who once made a “movie” celebrating Communist mass murderer Patrice Lumumba. By contrast, George Orwell made a literary career fighting against Soviet Communism. 

This is of a piece with Jimmy Kimmel knowingly flat-out lying about the nature of the person who recently assassinated Charlie Kirk. Kimmel inferred that the shooter was a MAGA type, when in fact he was, admittedly, a radical leftist trans person-- living with another radical leftist trans person-- who hated Christians and conservatives.

Lying is what today’s late-night shows do, what the vast majority of news outlets do, what nearly all colleges and universities do. Which is why Charlie Kirk, for example, went to so many colleges and universities. He hoped to exercise the demons and counter the indoctrination.

Orwell said, “The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those that speak it.” That in itself is true. That is why they killed him.

I have tried to tell the truth here for the past decade plus. If we are to save Western Civilization, it is incumbent upon all of us to do so now. And forever more.

2+2 does not equal 5. And it never will. 

 

Texans Urged To Take Their Lunches To work

 

A Newsweek article recently stated: Millions of Americans in Texas have been urged to take their lunch to work amid concerns over high air pollution levels.

Huh?!

Newsweek: The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued air quality alerts in Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky on Wednesday. The warnings mean ground-level ozone and particulate concentrations are forecast to reach dangerous levels.

The NWS warned that the general public as well as sensitive groups—children, seniors and individuals with preexisting respiratory or heart conditions—might experience health effects linked to poor air quality in the affected regions.

"Anyone sensitive to changes in air quality may be affected when ozone levels are high. Children, the elderly, and anyone with heart or lung conditions should reduce or avoid exertion and heavy work outdoors," the NWS said.

And again: The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality told residents in affected areas: "You can help prevent ozone pollution by sharing a ride, walking, riding a bicycle, taking your lunch to work, avoiding drive-through lanes, conserving energy, and keeping your vehicle properly tuned."

The article noted that “Sensitive groups are advised to limit outdoor activities.”

How does taking one’s lunch to work reduce air pollution and ozone levels? Perhaps because then one won’t automatically go to a fast-food drive-thru? And if the NWS and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality are urging folks to avoid needless exertion and limit their outdoor activities, how can they simultaneously urge them to walk or ride their bicycles to work?!! Moreover, people would have to drive their vehicles to get them to a shop for a tune-up, right?

Guess that’s government logic.

I just hope everyone in the affected areas are caught up on all their COVID booster shots.

If “take your lunch to work to help limit air pollution” isn’t a non-sequitur, neither is (for example), “Make sure to exercise your gerbil so Earth doesn’t get hit by an asteroid,” or “Massage your camel to help counteract global warming/climate change.”

 

 

A Tale Of Two Peoples (Whither America?)

Can the status quo hold? Should it? What is to become of the (formerly) United States? I couldn’t have imagined asking these questions not too many years ago. Yes, we are still arguably the largest economic and military power on Earth. But we are more divided than ever. And, as Lincoln said, “A house divided cannot stand.” E pluribus unum used to be the order of the day. Out of many, ONE. Today’s so-called “liberals” have instituted concepts and policies meant to divide us, tribalize us, and balkanize the nation. Intersectionality, CRT, The 1619 Project, etc., etc. Diversity über alles. And you better be tolerant of everything these liberals are for, but none of what they are not, as they are spectacularly intolerant of dissenting opinion.

So, most of us are appropriately horrified when we witness someone engaged in civil discourse and debate get shot and killed because of their beliefs. But many celebrate the assassination. Most of us love our country, but many of us detest it to their core. Most of us believe that Capitalism is a better economic system them Communism, but many no longer believe that. Most of us believe that racism is bad, but many believe that white folks are inherently racist because of their skin color. Duh! Most of us believe that our rights are inherent, granted by our Creator, but an apparently increasing number believe that they are bestowed upon us by government. There is an ever-increasing number of devout Muslims among us, and Sharia Law is simply incompatible with a free republic.

Tensions are rising, everyone can feel it. What can be done? What are the possible outcomes?

       As I see it, there are 8. Here they are:

1)      We stay together and things stay the same, the status quo reigns supreme for the foreseeable future.

2)      We stay together and things get better. We relearn how to be “Americans” first…and last. And everything in between.

3)      We stay together and things get even worse, but never quite truly boil over.

4)      We decide on a mutually agreeable separation.

5)      One side or the other forces a separation of sorts.

6)      There is a Second American Civil War.

7)      Earth is wiped out by a nuclear holocaust, direct hit by a massive asteroid, or other cosmic-scale catastrophe, rendering the question moot.

8)      The Rapture

       Likelihood of each of these possible scenarios:

1)      20%. I simply don’t see how things can stay the same forever. First of all, Leftists would never allow this. Republicans—all Republicans—would have to quickly grow a spine. How likely is that?

2)      10%. This would obviously be the best case, except for perhaps #8, but, unfortunately, I cannot see how this could transpire, either. Leftists are determined not to let it. Republicans—all Republicans—would have to quickly grow a spine. How likely is that?

3)      25%. Here, again, I fail to see how things could continue to get worse and worse without boiling over. Seems like things are starting to boil over already.

4)      5%. At first glance, this seems like it might be a good option. But how could this work in practice? Economically, militarily, etc.?

5)      10%. Similar to #4. But how could this work in practice? Economically, militarily, etc.?

6)      1% or 100% chance, depending on your definition of “war.” 1% if talking about an all-out military confrontation, winner-take-all. 100% if we are speaking of an existential clash of ideas, sometimes turning violent, something which is already occurring.

7)      25%. Seemingly slightly more likely each day.

8)      4%. In the next hundred years or so, anyway. Pray.

    It would be surpassingly odd to want to share your country with those that hate it. And you.

    What to do? Don’t back down. Tell the truth. And pray. I don’t know of a better way forward. But, perhaps there will be a Revelation.

    There is no doubt that God has blessed America on several past occasions. Here’s hoping He cares to do so at least one more time.

"You Are Not Welcome Here" Said The Muslim To The Christian...In Michigan

 

At a recent Dearborn City Council meeting, Michigan resident Edward Barham, a practicing Christian, expressed concerns about new street signs honoring Arab American News publisher Osama Siblani. Barham, who goes by “Ted,” introduced himself and stated his objections to two intersections being renamed after Siblani. The objections? Barham stated that Siblani is “a promoter of Hezbollah and Hamas.” That seems valid, for starters.

And then Barham quoted a few past remarks of Siblani’s, including: “…the blood of the martyrs irrigates the land of Palestine … whether we are in Michigan and whether we are in Yemen. Believe me, everyone should fight within his means. They will fight with stones, others will fight with guns, others fight with planes, drones, and rockets." 

Barham called the signs "provocative" and stressed that, as a Christian, he wanted to encourage peace. Council members then reportedly interjected, warning Barham against "personal attacks.” Of course they did.

One council member noted that the signs were placed on Warren Avenue, which is in Wayne County, by the Wayne County Executive, but Barham explained that the issue mattered to Dearborn residents because the signs stood in their city.

Dearborn Mayor Abdullah H. Hammoud then said of Barham: "The best suggestion I have for you is to not drive on Warren Avenue or to close your eyes while you’re doing it. His name is up there and I spoke at a ceremony celebrating it because he’s done a lot for this community.” The mayor tells a resident to close his eyes while driving?

Incredibly, Mayor Hammoud then told Barham that he was "a bigot,” adding, “and you are racist, and you’re an Islamophobe," before declaring: "Although you live here, I want you to know as mayor, you are not welcome here. And the day you move out of the city will be the day that I launch a parade celebrating the fact that you moved out of this city.”

It can’t be made any clearer than that as to where we’re headed if we keep tolerating—and celebrating—everyone but ourselves. So, where Muslims are now prevalent, those of us who were born here and still live here are not welcome here?! Is this a hostile takeover or an invasion? A tip: Sharia Law is utterly incompatible with a free democratic republic, as are certain other tenets from the Quran.

Nevertheless, someone should send Mayor Hammoud a peace offering. Perhaps a basket containing a honey-baked ham and a six-pack of Budweiser. Would that not be a touching gesture?

Surely we can all just get along. Allahu Akbar. Right?

California Law Allows Rogue Abortionists To Ship Deadly Drugs Across State Lines

According to Life Site News, “California legislators recently passed legislation to protect rogue abortionists who illegally send abortion drugs into states with protections for preborn babies. Governor Gavin Newsom has until mid-October to sign the legislation.”

Life Site says that Assembly Bill 260, recently passed on a party line vote, “would authorize a pharmacist to dispense mifepristone or other drug used for [chemical] abortion without the name of the patient, the name of the prescriber, or the name and address of the pharmacy, subject to specified requirements,” according to a legislative summary.

How does one get to be so pro-death and pro-murder? Kill the babies! Find a way around the new laws that would prevent killing babies. So, ship pills to kill the babies. What, a new law against that? Just pass a state law to get around the federal law so that you can ship pills to other states to kill the babies! Encourage, aid, abet, and cheer the assassination of Charlie Kirk for the crime of civilly debating important issues. Cheer Luigi Mangione, for premeditatively slaughtering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in cold blood in broad daylight. And celebrate once again when a judge tosses out charges of murder in the first degree as an act of terrorism and murder in the second degree as a crime of terrorism against the 27-year-old Ivy League grad, keeping only a lesser second-degree murder charge against the crazed assassin.

 Euthanasia. Genital mutilation of young people. Abortion. Murder. Assassination. How did we get to the point where a significant percentage of the population are for the aforementioned?! I mean, WTF?!!!

Whether you are in England, Germany, Sweden, Canada, Australia, or the U.S., this cannot go on much longer folks.

If the rest of us submit to the wishes of the hyper-secular or radical Islamists—or both—we sentence our societies to certain death. And we will deserve the demise we have tolerated.

 

 

More Americans Believe Charlie Kirk's Killer Is A Republican Than Believe He Is A Progressive?

 

Incredibly, if you choose to believe a new YouGov poll, a plurality of Americans believe the alleged assassin of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk is a Republican. Several outlets and notable figures have made the preposterous claim that the suspect, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, was a conservative Christian, when the truth is that he was a radical transgender man living with another transgender man whose own relatives admit he “hates conservatives and Christians.” Federal authorities confirm that Robinson has been “deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology.”

Yet, according to the poll, 24% of adults believe Robinson to be a Republican, while only 21% believe him to be a Democrat. 15% polled said he was neither, and 40% admitted to having no clue. Tragically, fake news is still consumed by many. Speaking of which, most all mainstream media outlets—and many online sites-- seem to be trying to pass off the most preposterous lies imaginable. “The transgender man who shot up a Catholic church in Minneapolis recently was actually a devout Christian nationalist and Trump supporter.” Never mind what he wrote on his bullets. Or what his family, neighbors the authorities, or his diary says!

The media has leaned left for a very long time now, but in recent years has morphed into a rabid pack of mudslinging liars possessed by Trump Derangement Syndrome and a vitriolic hatred of America and all things traditional.

If today’s mainstream media were around on December 7^th, 1941, it would have reported that “Right-wing extremists have attacked Pearl Harbor!” If the president at the time would have been Republican Wendell Willkie, instead of FDR, the media would have stated something like, “Willkie’s chickens come home to roost; regret your vote now, Americans?”

Fake news is very dangerous, if only because the perhaps 20%-30% of undecided voters in the mushy middle may well determine the outcome of many elections, especially in battleground states.

Free speech, whatever it is, must be defended. (Sorry, Pam Bondi.) But fake speech, deliberately used to indoctrinate, disarm, confuse…or foment violence, must be aggressively and routinely challenged, mocked, and corrected.

 

 

GOOD VS. EVIL

 

The chaos, violence, pain, and death will not abate until enough Americans finally admit that what we are currently witnessing is a battle between good and evil. It is hard for decent, tolerant folks, open-minded folks to come to this realization. It is also distressing to do so. In this ever more secular world, few folks really welcome this reality. It seems daunting, and, well, Biblical. And it is. But we reached this point expressly because we have for too long now ignored reality, acted as if there were no such thing.

Turns out, some things are immutable. Everything doesn’t equivalate. Some things just are. Truth exists. The Bible makes that clear. That should give us comfort, show us the light and the way, give us tangible things to hold on to. (Much like Charlie Kirk did.)

The COVID vaccines were not a panacea. Communism doesn’t work. Socialism is Communism Lite. Capitalism makes for freer and more prosperous societies, allowing for far more charity. We do not control the earth’s climate. Obama did “fundamentally transform” America…in a very bad way. You don’t fundamentally transform things you love and respect. Trump isn’t Hitler. MAGA types are not “fascists.” Math isn’t racist. Proclaiming that 4+4= 9 does not make it so. (It would be disastrous to screw around with equations and preach false math in engineering, at NASA, and in many other instances.) Men can’t become women and vice-versa. Period. (And men can’t have periods.)

Conservatives don’t shoot those with whom they disagree. Charlie Kirk politely debated with those who disagreed with him, brought them to the front of the line. He acted with civility. Conservatives don’t burn and loot cities. We don’t act up at funerals. By contrast, “progressives”/Leftists/budding Communists do whatever it takes to “win.” Whatever it takes. To wit: a Utah Target store had to be evacuated upon reports that trans extremists were threatening to bomb it—and others-- for removing some trans apparel accessories from their stores. Two Pakistani men were charged with placing a bomb under a Fox News van during that network’s coverage of the Kirk assassination. The demented duo reportedly were flying an upside-down American flag and a banner that read “Is He Dead Yet” at their residence. Hmm. A student at Texas Tech was expelled after assaulting mourners at a vigil for Charlie Kirk. She also shouted, “F*ck y’all homie dead, he got shot in the head.” Dialogue please! Oh, wait, that was dialogue. Rep. Jasmine Crockett’s pastor, Rev. Frederick D. Haynes III of Friendship-West Baptist Church in Dallas, stated that Kirk was killed by a “white Christian” and not “assassinated.” Kirk was, in fact, assassinated by a radical trans activist who hated Christianity and all things traditional. Rev. Haynes III doesn’t sound very “friendly” or Christian.

A Colorado family created a memorial along their fence in honor of Kirk. One sign read “Our resolve> than your hate, United We Stand.” That night, leftist vandals burned down the display—and shattered the windows on their car for good measure.

It appears that there is a large and connected group of trans terrorists among us, from sea to shining sea. And that they have a hit list of those they would like to see killed in the near future, including President Trump, Ben Shapiro, J.K. Rowling, Matt Walsh, Dennis Prager, Elon Musk, and Andy Ngo.

After Kirk was assassinated, a great many celebrated his death. Classy. Teachers, pilots, professors, doctors, and even a few prominent Democrats rejoiced in the murder of a political opponent. That’s more than deplorable. Seems almost Hitlerian and fascist to me.

And Democrats cry for “unity” and “dialogue.”

The burgeoning trans mafia is a threat to public health. And a clear and present danger to the republic. America was founded on a belief in God, family and country, beliefs that Charlie shared. Leftists despise each of these. God for putting them in the “wrong” body and insisting on certain morals. Family for imposing too much structure and expectation. And America for believing in all of these, herself included.

And Democrats cry for “unity” and “dialogue.”

Oh, and gun control. It’s clear that their acolytes can’t keep themselves from slaughtering others with firearms. Maybe that’s why they don’t think others can. Or maybe they just don’t want their targets to be able to defend themselves from evil.  

 

Democrat Senator Says Idea Of Natural Rights "Extremely Troubling"

 

Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., during a recent Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing, stated: "The notion that rights don’t come from laws and don’t come from the government, but come from the Creator — that’s what the Iranian government believes. It’s a theocratic regime that bases its rule on Shia law and targets Sunnis, Bahá’ís, Jews, Christians and other religious minorities.”

He added, "They do it because they believe that they understand what natural rights are from their Creator. So, the statement that our rights do not come from our laws or our governments is extremely troubling.” Memo to Insane Kaine: the Iranian mullahs believe that Allah has gifted them the right to determine what—if any—rights others have. Or that he meant to. The mullahs have subsequently decided that others, especially women, have no rights. Or very few of them.

In this utterance, Tinpot Tim has gone on record as rejecting the core principle of the Declaration of Independence…and America’s founding. And the reason it has been the freest land in the world. At least until recently.

The U.S. was founded on the principle that all men are created equal because our rights come from our Creator; not from government or the laws it makes. Or from the likes of Tim Kaine. People of the world, please understand: THIS IS THE MOST SALIENT ASSERTION/RECOGNITION IN HISTORY.

Why? Because if this were not the case, were not true, then the Holocaust could not have been inherently evil. Nor could Mao Zedong’s killing of perhaps a hundred million souls. Or Stalin’s execution of 40 million hapless inhabitants of the Fatherland/Motherland. If we have no rights but those “bestowed” upon us by others and governments, elected or not, then whatever they decide to do to us is definitionally fine, legal. Exterminate the Jews? The Nazis have spoken. Kill our political opponents? Democrats are sorely tempted. Trump decides to imprison every Democrat? That would simply be his choice.

There is no way for a free society to long exist if the ideas of natural law and natural rights granted us by our Creator are not acknowledged.

Leftists? They are A-okay with that possibility. Because then they get to pick up the slack and play God themselves.

 

 

 

Not The Flags Of Our Fathers

 

The flags of 11 sovereign Indigenous tribal nations were permanently raised recently at the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul, during a ceremony at the new Tribal Flag Plaza. Gov. Tim Walz said of the ceremony, "Minnesota is moving in a direction that everyone is welcome.” I’m not sure about that, but, based on recent tragedies in Minneapolis, it appears murderous nut-jobs are welcome.

I have respect and admiration for Native Americans and their history, but I am more than a little leery about continuing to emphasize our differences instead of the things that make us American. And the 11 different “sovereign” tribal nations didn’t always play well together amongst themselves.

Walz’s claim that “everyone is welcome” in Minnesota is simply untrue. It is most assuredly not true of President Trump, who Walz wishes would “make news,” meaning die, soon. And probably not his supporters, either, meaning roughly 40% of his fellow citizens are persona non-grata, as well. Tampon Tim did make the state a sanctuary for illegal aliens, though. And those seeking abortions or transgender surgeries.

You know the LGBTQ flag is welcome at the Capitol, as is the trans flag by itself. And in some of the state’s schoolrooms, too. But you know the governor wouldn’t raise the “MAGA” flag at the Capitol, if there was one, even though there are far more people in that group than the others referenced thus far. (Based on his past history, I wouldn’t be surprised if Walz someday allowed the flag of China—or even that of the Chinese Communist Party—to fly at the Capitol.)

Meanwhile, a full-sized Palestinian flag has been hanging in the hallway of a Brooklyn high school for months, despite complaints from Jewish teachers at the school. The banner has been prominently displayed at Leaders High School in Gravesend, though no one claims to know who hung it. But, hey, it’s been there for months and only the Jewish teachers seem to mind, for some reason, so it’s all good, right?

The flags of tribal nations are okay, BLM flags too, as are LGBTQ flags—or any of their derivatives—on government property in parts of the formerly United States. Even the Palestinian flag is apparently welcome in some government buildings today.

But, in Minnesota, the state flag itself, which actually depicted a Native American as well as a farmer and other denizens, had to be redone so as not to offend native Americans. The new flag is symbolic of nothing, though it does bear a vague resemblance to the Somali flag, which is fitting—and perhaps no accident—as Somali refugees now make up a measurable percentage of the North Star State’s population, and continue pouring into the state inexorably. Perhaps Democrats in charge at the Capitol should fly a white flag, too, symbolizing their abject surrender of the state to Somalis and other migrants, many of them Muslim.

Let us hope we don’t go the way of England, where the home country’s national banner can be removed due to the “narrative challenges” it purportedly presents. (Meaning it could somehow offend Muslims.)

When our “leaders” emphasize everyone’s differences, when they emphasize skin color, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and “intersectionality,” it should not be surprising when society begins to break apart.

There is not enough room on any flagpole or plaza for each one of us to fly flags representing everything that makes us who we are.

It would be best if just one flag represented us all as Americans. That is what the red, white, and blue stripes and 50 stars on Old Glory were meant to do. It actually would be “progress” if we went back to that belief.

Some Muslims Demanding Americans Comply With Sharia Law

 

Some Muslims-- in Houston, Texas, of all places—have recently been going store to store demanding that alcohol and pork be removed from the stores’ shelves. Reports indicate that they are threatening to hold demonstrations to educate the infidel store owners on the finer points of Islamic Law if the stores don’t cave to their demands.

More generally, some Muslims are pushing Americans to refrain from gambling—as well as from consuming alcohol and pork.

I figure the odds of them being successful at about 100-1, bad if we were talking about pigskin prognostications, but significantly better than one might suspect in this case. Americans are shockingly tolerant—and equally averse to being called bigoted, racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. We have lost our inherent rebel mentality and love for fundamental freedoms. We have decided we value safety over freedom, and, as such, will likely soon have neither. Those who despise America use these weaknesses against us to devastating effect.

It exhibits staggering chutzpah—and not a little intolerance-- for any group to come to a new country as a small (if growing) minority and promptly demand that that country change its ways to suit it. As a contrarian and lover of liberty, this stunning disconnect and rudeness makes me want to have bacon for breakfast, a ham sandwich for lunch, and pork chops for dinner.

I mean, we don’t migrate to their homelands and demand they stop chewing khat, cease growing opium, and quit performing clitoridectomies. Or marrying 11-year-old girls.

In the face of these demands, almost certainly just beginning, Americans need to man-up and reply, “Bleep you…and the goat you rode in on.”

I’d drink to that.

 

The Left Shoots Those With Whom It Disagrees-- And Then Calls For Gun Control

 

The Left kills those with whom it disagrees, such as folks who believe in free speech and the Second Amendment. Leftists routinely do so with the guns they purportedly despise. They then attempt to use the very deaths they’ve caused to take away our ability to defend ourselves from…them. To them it is a ‘two-fer.” In truth, to use the self-same people you’ve shot dead to lobby for gun control is beyond ironic, beyond monstrous.

Republicans and conservatives must stop letting Democrats and “progressives” frame every single effing argument and issue, and every side/angle/aspect of those arguments and issues.

Obviously, if they do not, the only possible outcome is defeat. A defeat that would lead to cultural, economic, moral, and spiritual disaster. (The same can be said about conservatives in countries such as England, France, and Germany-- among others-- as well.)

American Setback: Charlie Kirk Assassinated

 

Charlie Kirk was shot and killed while speaking on a Utah campus Wednesday. Has the hecklers’ veto become a murderers’ veto? Is that how the left is going to prevent speech it doesn’t like from being heard going forward? Scalise, Trump—twice—and now Kirk. The Left’s policies and “values” create the climate and chaos needed for this kind of intolerance and evil to metastasize. They can’t control their own adherents’ murderous instincts and actions. In fact, they seem to feed them. The truth may be that they don’t want to control evil, just firearms…so the path to total power for them is easier and not fraught with peril.

Mr. Kirk was assassinated on his “American Comeback” tour of college campuses. It appears there is still quite a long way to go before America can truly come back.  You are witnessing the battle between good and evil in real time, folks. There is one and only one reason that the hyper-secular LGBTQ types and the radical Muslims are joined in this battle against conservatives and traditional Americans: they both detest America and what she stands for…and wish to destroy her. The Democrat Party is rapidly morphing into a Socialist/Marxist Party that is pro-crime, pro criminal, pro abortion and euthanasia, pro genital mutilation of young kids, and anti-Capitalist, anti-white, anti-male, and anti-Christian. That it still receives roughly 40% or more of the vote is repulsive and astounding. It speaks to their success at rotting out the core of the nation, AKA “fundamentally transforming” it, emphasis on “trans.” And this, not Trump or guns, is what leads to these kinds of tragedies.

We have to ask ourselves, “Do we want a nation in which people who tell the truth get shot, or do we want to return to one in which vigorous debate is considered healthy?” (Then again, what good would that do; we know how The Left would reply.)

Universities used to teach the classics, rhetoric, and debate, back when homicides were much less frequent and people could take the subway or train without legitimately having to be concerned for their safety. Big cities used to be the heart of most states. Now that heart has moved to the country, much like many of those fleeing the urban decay, crime, and chaos. Today’s universities have “safe rooms” and issue “trigger warnings” for any speech, written or oral, to which anyone could possibly object. And crime and chaos reign. Might there be a connection?

The firearm was invented over a thousand years ago. Guns do not cause crime. Progressive Democrats/Leftists do.

Charlie Kirk should not have needed a safe room. No one gave him a trigger warning.

America is on the way back. But there is still a long way to go. Charlie Kirk can attest to that. He gave his life trying to help her find the way home.

 

Postscript: Democrats in the House of Representatives shouted down a request to observe a moment of prayer for Kirk on the day he was assassinated. How many moments of prayer and silence did Democrats observe for career criminal George Floyd?

Charlie Kirk, say his name, Democrats. Let’s hope this is a turning point for America. And that it goes in the right direction.
